Very helpful staff, who went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one. I also appreciated the overall quality of the room and the nice breakfast. Far better than other hotels I have stayed in in the same town, and cost effective. |

The hotel was very centrally located just off the main square. It also had a couple excellent restaurants nearby including outdoor cafes. Very competant staff who willingly made suggestions about sites to see in the city. |

It's location, very close to the Arena, shops and good restaurants. Improvements could be made to the breakfast regarding quality of food, and service. The cups were chipped and cereal bowls did not match which did not give a very good impression. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, central location, second time staying here and would come back. Short walk to the Arena and Theatre so perfect for shows. While good value the hotel remains on the expensive side |

Very central location, within walking distance to all the main sights. The staff were a little rude and over all poor value for money. |

The interior design of the hotel was welcoming, clean and stunning. Prompt service and hearty breakfast buffet perfectly complemented the hotel's central location, literally 3 minutes from Venice's famed arena. We could only afford one night... |

The rooms are extremely small even to European standards. The only good thing about this hotel is its location, walking distance to the Arena. |

The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. The chamber-boys are more than helpfull. Having garage, fairly priced, in the center of the town is fabulous. The breakfest is rich on varieties of the quality food. The room has been very cramped, looking nowhere, with practically no possibilities to open the windows and lift the dark curtains. The bathroom is also very small, has poor lighting. There is only wireless internet contact, so you should have your notebook with you. According to the current price level, probably due to the Opera Festival, there was little value for money. |
