The parking was off the street and safe. Once it is found - which is almost impossible - it is close to shops and cafes. First, this was the hardest hotel to find. A kind man finally led me to it; he was on foot and I was driving my car. This is after 2 hours of driving around! Three other people tried to help. Then, the Internet did not work. This was the worst. It is a pretty hotel and the room was nice.

We stayed at the hotel on a trip from Switzerland to Tuscany. Good location and a good breakfast. Room was ok but air-condition was not so good

I've stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time, and after 1 night stay 4 years ago I was recognized by the manager, and it seamed the hotel haven't changed since that time. Bravo.

Excellent attitude of staff, good location, good breakfast. Staff did not charge parking and minibar to compensate for a/c issue. A/C not working, ants on the bathroom floor, very old furniture.

The lobby was pretty and the dining room was clean and bright. The bathroom was nicely updated in the hotel room. The staff was excellent. The room itself was outdated.

L'hotel ha una posizione ottima, il centro è vicinissimo, in piu' ha la connessione internet di 5 ore gratuite e la possibilità di avere sky senza effettuare alcun pagamento a differenza degli hotel di categoria anche superiore. Lo staff è disponibilissimo e amante degli animali (viaggiavamo al seguito di N. 2 cani) la stanza era ben arredata e funzionale, silenziosa nonostante fosse all'angolo della strada. Veramente ottimo soggiorno, torneremo.

Die Lage Das Zimmer (Juniorsuite) war sehr sehr klein und die Fenster waren gegen den hässlichen Innenhof gerichtet...(auch Tiefgarage genannt). Eher Gefängnis atmosphäre..:-)) aber dafür war das Badezimmer sehr sauber! Das Frühstück war auch ganz O.K. aber es wurde nicht aufgefüllt....
