Very helpful and friendly staff Good value breakfast

Location isn't very attractive

Rooms were old, stuffy and you could here people in all surrounding rooms next to you, above you and below you. No sound proving in the old structure.

The hotel is really clean, very close to the center of the city (1 min walking) and 100 mt far from a large free parking (Gobetti square). Breakfast is good.

Very close to the centre of Alessandria; right opposite a little supermarket if you were staying longer; we were only having an overnight stay, but room was suitably cool & comfortable and suited our needs for a small young family of 2+2; breakfast was very good and staff were very, very helpful on all queries, including pre-printing our Disney tickets for us. Nothing was too hard. Found safe, free parking right out the front of the hotel; suited all our needs perfectly.

It's a family-run hotel, and all the family and staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. It's on the corner of two quiet streets, but just a minute's walk from Via Milano and Piazzetta Lega Lombardia, the hub of Alessandria's food, drink and shopping area. There's free parking in Piazza Gobetti next to the river, a minute's walk out of town.

This is a budget hotel that is well situated for seeing Alessandria. It offers off road parking (not too excessive at 8 Euros) and wifi throughout the hotel & the staff are helpful.

The room we had was situated at the front of the hotel - there was a lot of noise from the road and also from a bar. If you like sleeping with the window open and the air conditioning off, this is a problem. The pillows were hard.

Close to train station and had secure parking

breakfast selection! could do with catering for all types of europeans not just just bread, jam, meat and cheese etc. Something hot would have been appreciated, even if it was only hot eggs with toast. Saying that, the breakfast room was very nice, modern and exceptionally clean.

The owners /staff were really great about some of our odd demands due to the fact we were on a motorcycling holiday .... really great and would go back without question ....

even though it was a none smoking hotel it was a little stale !! where people have had a sneaky one !! ....

La relación calidad-precio no es favorable. Hotel viejo y con poco mantenimiento. Habitación muy pequeña.

Der Eingangsbereich und der Frühstücksraum sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffett war perfekt. Der Vorteil war, in der Stadt eine Tiefgarage im Hotel für 8€ buchen zu können.

Das 2-Bett- Zimmer klein und unfreundlich ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns nicht wohl. Die Fenster verschmutzt und nicht leicht zu bedienen.

Присоединяюсь ко всем положительным отзывам. Хороший отель за свои деньги. В номерах чисто и есть все необходимое. Приватная парковка. Дружелюбный персонал. Подсказали отличный местный ресторан. При выезде нам подарили бутылку вина!!!

В моем номере интернет был нестабильный.

La stanza molto carina, semplice ma accogliente,per di più con un piccolo balconcino (che immagino con il sole sia splendido..io purtroppo ho trovato il diluvio). Bagno piccolino, ma molto carino e con tutto (solo il phon un pò strano e lento...ma funzionante). La colazione è splendida: c'è davvero di tutto, dai dolci alle cose salate quali affettati e uova. Per chi ha molta fame la mattina avrà da mangiare! Il centro poi è vicinissimo, insomma lo consiglio! ps: non fate caso all'esterno della struttura che è un pò anonima, perchè dentro è tutto nuovo!

Buffet de dejeuner pauvre et très moyen. Insonorisation interne mauvaise, par contre peu de bruit de la ville
