The location is good. It's just few minutes walk from the Termini Station.
The reception doesn´t exist, the breakfast is poor and the staff is not organised. They use to double charge in the check-in.
Walking distance from roma termini station
Wifi limited to lobby, breakfast is practically one slice of bread, no provision for payment by credit or debit Card

Bathroom dirty and moldy, staff unfriendly and unapproachable, television surcharge, credit card payment not accepted. Presentation at booking support is misleading!!! We do not recommend
Location. Really close to Roma Termini.
Everything else aside from the location.
With hotels like this, i think this was my first and last trip to italy. On arrival the lift was broken and we had to climb stairs to 3+ floor. No mini bar, not even a fridge (despite it being advertised) in my very cramped room. Very little space to move around the bed. Noisy guests + noise from manager's tv. my dirty towels that i left on the floor for replacement were rehung expecting me to reuse. No soap provided for 2nd and 3rd day. Had to pay cash (not informed beforehand). Included breakfast was a voucher for a few blocks away for a small unfilled croisant and coffee or instant cooldrink. The manager tried charging extra for using aircon, even though it was included in the add. I wont stay there again
All in all the rooms were clean and decent. The beds were a bit squeezed in the room however it was manageable and good for a night's sleep.
The staff made me feel uncomfortable. The night we arrived their sistems were inoperable and we couldn't check-in and hence couldn't pay. On several occasions I was questioned by an employee when was I planning to pay for the stay even though I talked to the manager as soon as we arrived at the hotel and came to an understanding that I would pay the night before the check-out since I had to pay in cash because their credit card machine was not working. We paid for three nights and three breakfasts, which were provided in a bar two blocks away but ONLY if the manager gives you the tickets. We waited for an hour in the lobby so the manager would come and provide us with the necessary tickets. Our last day was unfortunately on Easter Sunday and we were not informed the bar would be closed, so you can imagine the moment we saw the bar closed and the breakfast we paid for was not provided. I sincerely do not advise this hotel as it almost ruined my stay in a truly beautiful city such as Rome
Hot water in bath, wash basin had very low pressure on first day and family did not take bath on first day morning due to this issue. But it improved from second day. Very basic breakfast provided in a different hotel which is 5 minutes walk, which could have been more for the money paid for the accommodation. Lift was not operating for the entire day on last day resulting in shifting all luggages downstaire from 5th floor. ATM card reader to pay for the room was not working resulting in I am ending up using a forex agency to buy Euro to pay cash, resulting in hefty fees.
There was no administrator when we need his help, bad smell in the room, terrible bathroom (a lot of hairs everywhere, the shower was not working well). It was not possible to pay with card and nobody informed about it before.
Toilet flush not working and shower head blocked with gunge so hardly running
No Hangers in wardrobe, no soap etc in bathroom,No facility to make tea etc in room. Booked by visa but had to pay cash from spending money as they had problem with visa connection.
The shower head was broken and we couldn't take a shower. The sheet was dirty and there were even some unknown insects on the bed! It was really terrible! What's worse, the wifi is not free there.
2 minutes from termini.
Very very bad hotel ,Moisture i bathrom and rom , reception very bad
It's a very central hotel next to termini station. The room is ok and the bathroom is clean. A cheep place for whom just need a safe place to sleep and rest after a busy day knowing Rome.
I didn't expected so much from a hotel in central Rome for this price but the shower was really not working very well, it was almost impossible take a warm shower and the heater in the room was not enough to keep it warm. The staff was nice and not rude but they could try learn a little more of basic English.
Close to Termini station.
Receptionist didn't speak very well English. He understood something, but most of the time he had to call manager because he couldn't answer our questions. When we arrived to the 'hotel' one of our booked rooms wasn't ready. Eventually, the manager told us that the shower in our room is broken so he couldn't accomodate us there. He had to put us to different hotel, but fortunately in the same building so we weren't far from the rest of our family. Still, we had to argue about all of this, otherwise we would be put into the room with the broken shower and broken bed. The other room which was still in Eurorooms, had toilet with no seat, so you had to sit on the porcelain part or stand over the toilet. Besides that, the room was very dusty and not very clean. Also, the discription of the hotel rooms says that there is air-condition but they forgot to mention you have to pay additional 10 euros for air-con. On the whole, I would rather pay extra ten euros and be in different hotel, because this one was far from good one. If you have an option not to stay in this hotel, then don't. It is not worth the money you pay for it.
The room was very clean. The beds were comfertable (wich is not the case in a lot of hotels). Hotelclerk was friendly, did his best to serve you (when he was there) Location Price No outside noice (quite)
Defects: We couldn't hang the showerheadsprinkler because it was broken. The door of the showercabine was also broken. Breakfast was poor: only one coffee/juce and one croisant. Hotelclerk was not present in the morning so 1 out of 3 mornings we could not ask for the breakfast card, and therefor we had to pay for our own breakfast.
Without a notification, they transferred us to another hotel. According to our reservation, it should be a 3-star hotel, however, they transferred us to a no-star hotel. Furthermore, the breakfast is included in the price, the hotel we stayed only provide coffee and croissants which is really disappointed. On booking, it is said "wifi is available at all spaces in the hotel"; actually, it is available only on the ground floor while we lived on the fifth floor.
Price / performance ratio
Hotel took from the card 55 euros for 17 days prior to arrival and all cash payments upon arriva. On check-out 55 euros is not returned.
Others Long black hair on a floor and on a bed The dirty undershirt left in the room by the person carrying out cleaning Absence of the person on duty on a reception - it is necessary to reap the button about a door and by an intercom to call the person on duty
Near Termini Station
- No permanent staff or receptionist available to answer guests inquiries. - For the hotel's breakfast, you have to go outside the building about 300 meter with a card from the hotel. - The breakfast is just a croissant + drink
Good location, nice staff
The frige doesn't cool at all -> useless; air condition is charged 10€/night, and there is no fan in room.
