I liked the fact that it was a four star hotel(sometimes hotel ratings don't reflect the reality).The location was excellent, no tourist around so we got to eat and drink with the locals.Also it was easy to move around,bus 105 was right in front of the hotel and would bring you everywhere.I Didn't use the Restaurant in the hotel so I can't comment on that. If you're coming from Ireland or uk and love drinking in the residential bar you can forget about it.Il Pignetto has everything to offer every night of the week so it would be a waste of time sitting at the bar in the hotel.

buses often overcrowded which makes transportation difficult with young children and pram. However very frequent bus routes.

Hotel have nice design

We had an incident with the car, we were parked in front of the hotel, in the middle of the night someone broke us two glasses of the car, they stole the gps, the police did not want to come to a scene but I had to go to the police station to report the theft, lost a whole day to renew the glass (300 Eur). Hotel had Garaz but was charged 21 Euro for 24 hours. After a couple of days ago we had a similar situation but I was just in time to stop teafs, the hotel staff I've heard that cars with foreign tabs are often targeted by thieves. Also in the centar of town prices are 3 times biger than of centar, two cafe and coke in centar I paid 18.5 Eur, of centar price was 4,5 Eur

I booked 3 nights for 117euros per night and when I requested via e-mail a half day stay (to accomodate us with our late departure flight at 22:00) they asked for the absurd amount of 99 euros for just 5 hours extra stay! Also the room was rather small for a 4* hotel and the bathroom glass was defective (room A102)

The jaccuzi tub and the quiet terrace were just what we needed after a long day. It's true that its a bit far from the nearest station of San giovanni. But 15 min walking in a quiet neighborhood was enjoyable. Plus there is a park for the children at mid way, where on our way back, our baby could have some fun. Eurostars Hotel's staffs are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the price are reasonable.

The location of the hotel is 10-15mins walk away from Metro.

The room was very clean but not so big. The bathroom was big and the jacuzzi was perfect!!!! You can go everywhere with the buses but you should pay attention to some bus stations cause sometimes the buses change their servises and you will wait aimlesly. The metro station ine 10-15 minutes on foot. You should choose to stay to this hotel. Its very very good choice.

Friday night in Pigneto. Tuna steak in the Restaurant. Room with small jakuzi and balkon/terasse.

Area around is quite dirty and not very inviting. You are away from the sights. A hotel on the metro is better. 1 Service person in the restaurant is not enough, when more then 3 tables are full. Expencive car park. Cafe was not as good as in the rest of rome. Beware of the pocket pickers that travel with Bus81 from time to time...

Don't try to walk from Termini. Too far.

Everything was great. The hotel and the services were amazing. Big rooms, jacuzzi in every room, spacious bathroom, great breakfast, nice building. Good minibar prices.

Location is very bad. The access to the city center is not very good, the buses to the hotel are packed and awfully dirty. The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly- the room was too hot at all times. Restaurant not in service at the hours mentioned and the menu was poor and expensive.

Temperature in the room was too high Wifi was slow Hotel staff told us both things would be fixed, but we did not notice this during the 4 days we were in the hotel. Hope it is fixed now.

excellent service by fluent and attentive staff. breakfast catered for everyone and was more than enough. the room and hotel in general was well kept throughout our stay. great choice of hotel for value!

the location is a bit out of the centre and the 105 bus into central Rome can be crowded at times.

Everything was fine, 350Euro for 5 nights with some very good breakfast, location was quite close to the city next to the bus stop. New fashioned rooms, very good quality for reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I like double room with whirlpool. It's nice, very clean, comfortable room especially when you have walked for hours and you returned tired!Rome is a wonderful city, it's a dream but two days are few!

-Modern and very clean hotel. -Great price for the budget traveller - Efficient and professional staff -Good well equipped gym -Close to a few good eateries that were reasonably priced.

-Location was not conducive to walking too far at night, as didn't feel safe. -A little far out of the central area (hence the reasonable price). -Local tabacchi was not opened on a Sunday and this is where you needed to purchase a bus ticket. Note: you cannot buy bus tickets once on the bus. -Breakfast appeared expensive in relation to other hotels we had stayed at. (We didn't have this included in our room rate).

Cleanliness was excellent, staff friendly and a very good choice of breakfast.

There was no facility for making a hot drink in the room. The bar closed very early and the Hotel lacked ambiance.
