Excellent Clean Rooms.
Did not show up on GPS. 123 Casilina takes you on a wild ride through the streets of Rome.
-bad location (scary one actually) -No AC even tho it wasn't cold -no transportation facilities and you can barely get a bus -I hate this hotel
Good location – a short taxi drive to most of the sights and attractions one would like to see in Rome (taxi is cheap), near the hotel are cool hipster bars/caffès. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The price-quality rate was excellent. All in all, a great place to stay while in Rome.
The WiFi quality could be better.
The hotel is excellent, the breakfast is great and has a lot of variety. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
The area is not great, quite a rough place to walk about, especially at night time. Also it is too far away from the center: although it is on 2 bus routes, the bus 81 was a bit of hit and miss coming back to the hotel and it took us quite a long time to get back each day. It was simply too far to get back in the afternoon and head out again in the evening... (we were exhausted by the time we got back!)
Room was lovely and staff were helpful! Lots of little restaurants near by.
Not in the nicest area to stay in, also train line near by which can be quiet noisy.
rich breakfast buffet modern, clean & spacious rooms
- nocturnal noise at the rear of the hotel > ask for a room at the inside!!! - given the location of the hotel, more detailed information about the bus network, given by the reception of the hotel, would be handy (eg. different bus regulation on Sundays and holidays) - small minus: no rubber strip on the underside of the shower glass => part of the bathroom wet after showering
Excellent facilities and services. Clean and quiet. Stuff was so helpfull.
Bad neighbourhood. Dangerous at night.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The size of the bathroom and rooms.
There is no kettle in the regular room, apparently being reserved for the higher tiered rooms. There is no conditioner in the bathroom and the shampoo and bath gel that is there could be of higher quality especially for this hotel's four star rating.
Clean the room every day
Location, wi-fi, extra city taxes 6 euro per person per day (other hotels charge 3 euro)
Staff were great. Breakfast was good although some pastries were repeat. Overall, very good.
Can't think of anything that I didn't like.
Our room faced an alley where there appeared to be suspicious dealings going on. It was extremely noisy also. Another issue was the service in your restaurant and bar. We tried to order a drink and there seemed to be no one to assist us. We did want to dine in your restaurant and again no service so we gave up. There were also many people in the same situation which we find hard to understand because most people on holidays want to sit and relax and have a drink and it's really unacceptable to expect your guests to run around the hotel trying to get any sort of service.
Julia at the front desk accomated every question and request that we had. It was our first 2 days/nights in Italy for our honeymoon and she along with the rest of the staff were wonderful. The hotel was clean, modern very comfortable!
missing out on one of the free breakfasts bc we had to leave so early to go to our next city
Lack of international channels on TV
Large Bed Great Air Conditioning Good Breakfast
Too far from the Centre Staff not welcoming
The staff were very friendly and always helpful.
There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, i have never stayed in a hotel where they arent supplied. The noise made by other hotel guests was atrocious and interferred with our sleep.
Excellent staff... Excellent food...
Poor wi-fi signal and it was available only for 2 electronic advices...
The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were great. They have excellent free breakfast. I would recommend it to other travelers if distance from the Vatican area is not an issue.
I was not aware that it was quite far from the Vatican which was my primary destination. If it was indicated anywhere that it was that far from central Rome, it was not very obvious. Had I known about the distance, I would have booked another hotel.
Room clean & modern Staff friendly & helpful
Bed a little hard A little outside from main centre Resturants don't start dinner until late
I did not like the attitude and friendliness of the staff except for a lady named svetlana who worked at the reception. She was very freindly
Design of hotel,
Room tax of €6 per person per night, €15 for a burger in room service. No English TV channels. No English paper. Breakfast €12 per person with very poor choice.15 minutes from nearest metro station, 20 minutes bus ride into town. Lots of doggy characters in Poor area
Helpful staff, good price compared to other hotels in Rome, decently sized room. Also, some kind of spa bath is apparently standard in room, which is nice.
Location. Traffic in Rome is horrorific, so you need to plan at least one hour from hotel to various tourist attractions, and another hour back.
Lovely room very clean and modern
Staff not at all help full. Could not find anyone most of the time.
The rooms were a good size. And the design and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
It would have been nice if the rooms had a kettle for tea and coffee.
Breakfast was ok.
Hotel personel is very insensitive when a problem gets in the way. Wi-fi was very slow that I couldn't connect my Office with remote connection in an urgent situation. Region is maybe the worst place in Rome, I must have been understood from the taxi driver that told me it was his first time to that hotel in his twenty years experience as driver. An Italian woman yelled at me near the hotel when I was walking on the Street Via Casilina, she was about to attack me because "I had looked at her" when she was at the bus stop. I am travelling a lot like this, but this is my first bad intention about a 4-star-hotel. It won't worth it, believe me. Have a good holiday..
