Overall nice tidy place
The breakfast is ok
The location was not good
We like brake fast and the room was clean.
Our bed room was not good place to use pram. We have to carrie the pram the small stair up and down.
Great quiet location, good breakfast and spacious clean rooms with super comfortable beds.
Wi-fi could have been a bit faster, it would routinely freeze on me.
Too far from the centre, poor transportation available Uncomfortable beds Poor quality of bathroom: things were falling apart
-Everything you expect from a 4 star hotel.
-Location was terribly bad! -Staff wasn't that helpful. -Restaurant's staff was asking for tips despite a poor performance. (Is a hotel staff supposed to ask for tips?)
The room was very comfortable and clean. Airco worked well and didn't make too much noise
Breakfast is way too expensive. Wifi was virtually non-existent.
Friendly staff, complimentary fruit and water on arrival, efficient service, tourist information provided by the reception as well as their own tailored map with metro/bus info and the proximity to the nearest metro station.
the disappointing on-site restaurant, lack of amenities in general and pillow/mattress choice and no pay-per-view TV options.
Staff clearing out pretty early for breakfast
The team was always cared for us. We had a small problem with our shower but it was immediately fixed by the technician. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with the customer-friendliness! Prefect team!! Grazie mille!!!
- easy acces to the Bus Num 81 , drop in the most important places to visit in Rome - comfortable and quiet - Freindly and helpful Staff
- Internet is very slow
Good location, on bus line and great restaurants on street. Great value for money
We had a room very far away from recreation so our wifi was bad, but it is very good in reception
the hotel is well equiped, clean and comfortable. hotel staff are friendly and helpful. the location is fair, but bus stop of 81 is right in front of hotel which can take us to most of tourist attacktions.
the restraunt hotel frontdesk recommend was not good, even a free shuttle service is provided. it's not worth going.
location is not good for tourist
The straff was polite and helpful. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean.
The firealarm woke me up half past six. When I got down there was anyone at the desk. No one told us what was going on. We waited outside the hotel, to get an all clear that never came. Finally some guest went inside the hotel and there we got confirmed that it was a false alarm. There should be someone at the desk and that person should have gone out and told us that everything was okay. Also the breakfast did not look as the picture and although good wasn't value for money.
the staff was very friendly and helpful the hotel room was very clean. the hotel was very nice and clean-
The hotel was well located. There were bus stops right outside the hotel & a metro station down the road. It was also close enough that you could walk to the Colosseum, which we did. The street next to the hotel, Pigneto, had a strip of many restaurants where we ate nearly every night. Very affordable, authentic Italian food. Iulia at reception was the kindest and most helpful lady and was happy to chat to us and give us recommendations whenever we needed it. Our room was lovely and the bathroom had a jet bath & a shower in it.
The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved or rolled over in the night. Our bath leaked and we filed this complaint to reception but it was never properly rectified. Some of the staff at reception couldn't understand or speak English very well so communication was sometimes quite difficult.
Excellent the breakfast is good and the room is clean.
The location is far from the touristic area is 30 min walk and the area around the hotel is ghetto but still nice.
Room was very good Room service is perfect
Location is unsafe
Fantastic hotel, very well priced, modern, plenty of space and large rooms. Good staff and nice ambience. Good transport options and interesting boho cafe's with many young people just around the corner.
2 out of 3 staff gave excellent information but the one female staff sent us on a wild goose chase for cafe's when they were just around the corner!
good price for triple bedroom. Modern room.
The parking place is too expensive (more than 20 euro per night). The TV is so little. Even having a car, location is not good. Far away from centre and is not a quite neighbourhood.
Extremely friendly and helpful male staff members, modern clean rooms with air conditioning, good breakfast and restaurant, close to public transport just need to know how to get around.
On the out skirts of Rome
The cleanliness and staff were of high quality. Centre of rome easily accessible and directions and maps available for the hotel were concise and really helped get us around
Lack of indoor facilities to just relax such as an outdoor pool or terrace to enjoy the hot sunny weather. Surrounding area was run down so wasn't always comfortable to wait for buses or walk in surrounding areas as two females travelling alone.
The room is clean, and the staffs are nice, although it's a little bit far from the train station and other attractions, bus 81 in front of the hotel can take u to almost every scenic spots. I asked for 3 days breakfast but actually we didn't eat in the hotel, after explaining to the staff, she return the money back to me without hesitating. I ordered a nonrefundable room, it's really valuable for the price. It can be considered if u won't change your scheduled.
The hotel near the rail road, our window doesn't confront the rail but can still hear and feel the movement when the train passes, I know this before we check in,but I'm not a light sleeper so it didn't troubled me anyway
