Staff were great. Breakfast was good although some pastries were repeat. Overall, very good.
Can't think of anything that I didn't like.
Our room faced an alley where there appeared to be suspicious dealings going on. It was extremely noisy also. Another issue was the service in your restaurant and bar. We tried to order a drink and there seemed to be no one to assist us. We did want to dine in your restaurant and again no service so we gave up. There were also many people in the same situation which we find hard to understand because most people on holidays want to sit and relax and have a drink and it's really unacceptable to expect your guests to run around the hotel trying to get any sort of service.
Julia at the front desk accomated every question and request that we had. It was our first 2 days/nights in Italy for our honeymoon and she along with the rest of the staff were wonderful. The hotel was clean, modern very comfortable!
missing out on one of the free breakfasts bc we had to leave so early to go to our next city
Lack of international channels on TV
Large Bed Great Air Conditioning Good Breakfast
Too far from the Centre Staff not welcoming
The staff were very friendly and always helpful.
There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, i have never stayed in a hotel where they arent supplied. The noise made by other hotel guests was atrocious and interferred with our sleep.
Excellent staff... Excellent food...
Poor wi-fi signal and it was available only for 2 electronic advices...
The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were great. They have excellent free breakfast. I would recommend it to other travelers if distance from the Vatican area is not an issue.
I was not aware that it was quite far from the Vatican which was my primary destination. If it was indicated anywhere that it was that far from central Rome, it was not very obvious. Had I known about the distance, I would have booked another hotel.
Room clean & modern Staff friendly & helpful
Bed a little hard A little outside from main centre Resturants don't start dinner until late
I did not like the attitude and friendliness of the staff except for a lady named svetlana who worked at the reception. She was very freindly
Design of hotel,
Room tax of €6 per person per night, €15 for a burger in room service. No English TV channels. No English paper. Breakfast €12 per person with very poor choice.15 minutes from nearest metro station, 20 minutes bus ride into town. Lots of doggy characters in Poor area
Helpful staff, good price compared to other hotels in Rome, decently sized room. Also, some kind of spa bath is apparently standard in room, which is nice.
Location. Traffic in Rome is horrorific, so you need to plan at least one hour from hotel to various tourist attractions, and another hour back.
Lovely room very clean and modern
Staff not at all help full. Could not find anyone most of the time.
The rooms were a good size. And the design and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
It would have been nice if the rooms had a kettle for tea and coffee.
Breakfast was ok.
Hotel personel is very insensitive when a problem gets in the way. Wi-fi was very slow that I couldn't connect my Office with remote connection in an urgent situation. Region is maybe the worst place in Rome, I must have been understood from the taxi driver that told me it was his first time to that hotel in his twenty years experience as driver. An Italian woman yelled at me near the hotel when I was walking on the Street Via Casilina, she was about to attack me because "I had looked at her" when she was at the bus stop. I am travelling a lot like this, but this is my first bad intention about a 4-star-hotel. It won't worth it, believe me. Have a good holiday..
Cleanliness Staff Room service Relatively quiet.
Location No iron and board
Staff very affable and helpful with a variety of items. Restaurant excellent value and surprisingly same or less pricey than neighborhood restaurants.
Breakfast just adequate for quality of hotel. Staff again great. Bed a little hard for our taste.
There was a male staff who was very friendly but the female staff in reception was often rude and grumpy (Julia?), thank God the spanish guy was there with charm and knowledge. The rooms where of good size and well presented. Good breakfast
Very poor internet connection in the rooms, better in the reception area. Little to do in the surrounding areas and public transport to the hotel was poor and not easy to find. The reception seemed severely under staffed. There seemed to be a lack of maps with the bus route available which was the most useful one. My shower was broken.
-Loved how clean it was. -Like having a minibar -The aircon was excellent.and necessary! -The staff were pretty helpful
-The breakfasts were too expensive (there is a cafe across the road that did coffee/tea and a croissant for 1 Euro 5o as opposed to the 12 Euros the hotel charges). -The nearest metro was a good 20/25 minutes walk away, and I am a fast walker! -The sound-proofing for the rooms is not great and my party and I were frequently disturbed by other guests in the corridor and the cleaners vacuuming.
Breakfast, bed and bath were perfect.. Very big room.. Very friendly staff. Nothing to fault!!!
A bit far from metro station and the area is a bit run down.. If I was with another girl friend I wouldn't walk from the station to the hotel alone in the evenings.. Prefer to take a taxi back which can be anything from 15 euros depending on where you are. But the quality of the place overcomes this.
very bad location
Rooms. Cleanliness Breakfast Staff
Restaurant dosent have good lunch and dinner menu. Very limited options.
The facilities are great, the rooms very comfortable.
The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the nearest underground station. If you have a car, it's fine. If not, it can be a bit uncomfortable to be walking back and forth several times a day.
Overall nice tidy place
