Eurostars Roma Congress Hotel & Convention Center  

It's a 4 stars hotel in a place which is really far away from the city center. It took us more than half a day to get to the hotel from the railway station. The best way to get to the hotel is take metro first to P.Mammolo and than take a No. 508 bus. To Via Prenestina's stop Tenuta della Mistica. However, after you arrive the hotel, you can use the hotel's shuttle bus every day free at 10.am or 12 am and 10 pm. This is convinient. Except the location problem, the hotel is really nice.

Free parking place, free internet (in the lobby), nice breakfast (but you have to pay for it).

Room was beautiful, very clean, great size. Hotel facilities were generaly very good, bar was expensive but good service.

Location! Very misleading as to how far the hotel was from city, no guidance regarding transport to get there. Hotel advertsies shuttle service but neglects to mention its very infrequent service.

The price is optimal. The rooms are nice, clean, big and modern. If the Hotel were in downtown Roma, it would cost at least twice the price

Food at dinner is terrible. Is probably the worst place to eat in Rome

The hotel is in an industrial zone, lots and lots of dust everywhere in the room. Too far from the closest metro station, the hotel provides only 2 morning transfers to the metro station and only one evening transfer, each for only first 16 people that reserve their seats the previous day. Not the friendliest staff that we met on our trip.

The hotel was clean and neat. The staff were friendly.

A bit far out of town. They did offer a shuttle service to the metro which made travelling into Rome centre easier. However I would recommend more shuttles should be put on as only two in the morning and one i the evening was a bit limiting.

Staff were very helpful at all times

One of our rooms had not been cleaned properly with previous guest's shaving items still in the shower. However once this was brought to the attantion of the management, the situation was immediately resolved.

We had a misunderstanding with payment. I paid for the room on arrival (three person room) on my nz credit card. I left before the two others and the reception asked for the other two to repay. My friends had told the reception of this payment and they were made to pay again. This is unacceptable as it should be on record of when payment occurs and who pays it. We are now trying to get bank statements to prove the misunderstanding. We all have busy lives so this is a big pain.

Clean room, big bathroom, can have fresh food in the bar.

Far away from the city, only have 3 shuttle in a day, staff's attitud wasn't very good, and not patient.

The best about this hotel is cleanliness,every day cleaning the whole room.Thats is most important for me .

Neighbordhood is very unpleasant,lot of whores staying on the road like in ghetto.
