Convenient location. Exactly what I expected of a business hotel, good & reasonable facilities. The rooms are overall clean and staff are friendly. Ample parking spaces and food at the restaurant offer adequate selection. None apparent. However, I do wish the hotel would have another servicing restaurant to offer more selection for guests, instead of just one restaurant and a bar. Other than that I think the hotel is reasonably priced and no complaints about their services. |

very nice breakfasts/polite staff we got a room that was a bit noisy (some kind of fans working), but we changed the room next day and it was ok since then |

The size of the room, of the bed and the cleanliness. Unavailability of satelite television, no pay TV, early closure of the bar and the restaurant. Once one is in Rome one would be expected to return to the hotel fairly late. The only thing you can then do is sleep, there is no other choice. |

The room was lovely and the hotel itself. The staff were very slow, on arrival we waited for 45 minutes for a burger + fries and a cappucinio (which was cold). Another occasion I was at the bar with 2 others, and it took 20 minutes to get served. The area is a bit dodgy, but the hotel is set well back so you don't see any of it until you come out. No shampoo in the bathroom. |

Nice clean hotel. If you there to visit rome it's way to far from teh city center. You need to take the metro to the last stop and then take a bus 14 stops. The hotel in literally in the middle of nowhere. They do have a shuttle bus but it's 6 euros per person each way - can really add up and they only run at certain times. |

The room was ok Hotel is way too far from the city center and to reach it you have to either take the sub to on of the line's end and then take a bus for another 20 minutes or take one of the regional trains that goes there each 2-3 hours. on the website it's said the hotel is easy to reach but that is far from truth. When the bus driver stopped at the station for eurostar and said i honestly got scared. |

Quality and standard I would expect. No swimming pool, too far from resturants cafes and bars. Too far from centre of Rome and 4euros per person per journey expensive. First bus back to hotel at 19.30hrs makes for a very long day. 16.00 would be better. |

This hotel was lovely! We received a very warm welcome on our arrival. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is quite a bit out of Rome, but there is a shuttle bus at specific times during the day direct from the hotel to Central Station. This costs 4euros and it only took 30 mins (this was during August when the roads in the city were very quiet!). When booking the hotel, we has asked if it was possible whether we could use the shuttle bus on the day of our arrival. We did not receive a reply. We chased this and still did not receive a reply. We ended up having to use public transport, which takes quite a while (the metro and a bus) and is the hotel is not the easiest to find. |
