Free parking lot, free internet (in the lobby) extremely nice breakfast, confortable rooms. It is one of my favourite hotels! For a hotel of this level all rooms should have a bathtuub, under the shower cabinet there was no tool to put the soap or the shampoo... |

Clean and Tidy. Staff were a little rude, and services not always fulfilled. 30 minutes outside Rome City Centre, shuttle bus from Hotel into Rome was a goood price but restricted to certain times....which was not always convinient. |

We had two reservations at this Hotel, the first on the 25th October and the second on the 31st Ocober. When we arrived at the Hotel on the 25th we were told it was full and we had been booked into an inferior Hotel down the road. We had a confirmed booking made in April and no communication from the Hotel since. This re-arrangement is totally unacceptable and we did not even receive an email to tell us. It appears the Hotel books in groups and totally dicards earlier individual bookings. The other Hotel was of a lower standard and we ended up loosing our only half day sight seeing in Rome. We asked to see the manager but gave up after waiting half an hour. Our second booking was much better and we were ug-graded to a suite with breakfast. We do not accept that we should have been moved nor that we were not told in advance that they could not honour the booking. We will not stay again as we need to know that our booking is confirmed (When you arrive in aforeign country after a long flight you need to know that your room is available. |

Very nice hotel, new and clean. Hotel staff. Italian breakfast for only 4€ including juice, coffe/tea and croissants (buffet). Quite far from city center. Private hotel driver 30€ to town and 45€ to Vatican. Taxi early in the morning or late at night (less traffic) 20€. Hotel shuttle 4€ to Termini at 8:00, 10:00 and 12:00. |

The best (and only) feature this hotel offered was the cost. However, once at the hotel you will discover why it is very low cost. Namely the remote location and the appearance of being situated on an industrial estate! The hotel offer a city transfer service i.e. a coach or minibus to the Centre of Rome. It is quite expensive and unreliable. On one occasion the driver left us in the city centre despite being at the pick up point on time. Upon contacting the hotel to ask them to return, the staff were unsympathetic and merely suggested getting a taxi back (at a cost of 35.00GBP) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

It was a very nice hotel, with lovely amenities. The staff was very helpful, and the shuttle was convenient. It was quite a way from the city center, but the shuttle made it seem not so bad. Also, the bed was very hard, and we could hear the people in the room next to us. |

the hotel is four star and the price is cheap, as 95 euro for two person for two night, ha which is good, generally is a fair hotel the location is far from the city center, 25 mins by Metro and 25 min by bus and walk for 10 mins, which is not good, but they have shuttle bus provide and is always fully booked. is not as clean as a 4 star hotel, is little bit too old I think. |

immediate impression was warm, inviting reception area, very professional and business like. would have liked a leisure centre or swimming pool - both are great for tired travellers at the end of a day in Rome and also for relaxation for business guests. |

Rooms were spacious. Parking seemed safe, we stayed there for 3 nights. Good value for the money. You need a car as it is about 15 min by car to the center of rome. The hotel offered a shuttle for €5 each way. The hotel looked better in the pictures, but it is still good. |

Breakfast and internet access shower was broken, location made it difficult to get to the center and there were few amenities in the hotel or near it (like shops and transportation) |

The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good with plenty to eat. we did find that just a walk down the road like 5 min there was a shooping centre, this was so handy - but be careful on your walk there as there isn't much of a footpath!!!!!!!! We found staying at the hotel comfortable but it was too far out from the city, and with our 11 month old baby daughter it was too much having to wait in the evenings for the shuttle bus, to the hotel which had two times one at 7.30pm and the other 10.30pm. (Also the shuttle bus is 4euro per person each way to and from the city - which soon adds up). It would be nice if there was other facilities in the hotel but there is none, perhaps this is somehting they could improve on. It would have been better for us to stay in the city centre as it was a good 30 mins to the hotel and longer if stuck in traffic, and it can be quiet hard to entertain a tired baby on the shuttle bus!!!!! |

The food available was excellent and the shuttle bus (great times available for this excellent service) directly takes you to the nearest train station, so easy to go anywhere from this station. Our spa was not working during our time, we reported this after the first night and it was still not working by the end of our stay. |

Big hotel with a nice design and good looking rooms Not so service minded staff. Also The hotel is locaded far from the city (1 bus and 1 train away from the terminal) by a busy road with no side curbs so that walking the last 200 m from the bus stop is quite dangerous if you are traveling without a car and with children. |

The staff was very helpful, even late at night we went downstairs to access the free wireless internet and someone from the staff came to help for the connection even before we asked for help. At the breakfast, the lady in charge was very welcoming and there was plenty of food to choose from. |

Grand Hotel Palazzo Carpegna is set in a residential area 3 km from the Vatican City. A nearby metro station provides quick connection to Rome city centre. |
Hotel American Palace is located in Rome's EUR district, 50 metres from Laurentina Metro Station (line B). You can be at the Coliseum in approximately 20 minutes. |
City Guest House is situated on one of the capital’s longest shopping streets. The residential Tuscolana area is just 15 minutes’ Metro ride from Rome’s most famous sights. |
