Eurostars Toscana is half a mile from the A11 Highway exit and a 15 minute walk from Lucca Train Station. It offers modern rooms with minimalist cherry-wood furniture and parquet floors. Rooms are air conditioned, and offer satellite TV and minibar. Their bathroom features green marble and is complete with toiletries and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is available at the 24-hour front desk, where friendly staff provide tourist information. Guests can use the on-site gym, Turkish bath and sauna for free. The Toscana Eurostars is one mile from the center of Lucca, which can be reached with buses that stop near the hotel. Free private parking is available on site. La Perla restaurant serves a mix of Tuscan, Italian and international cuisine, as well as an extensive wine list. A varied breakfast buffet is served every morning. Friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, free internet and very comfortable room with all amenities. Only thing I can think of is that there is a 25 min walk to the nearest station, for those who use public transport ,which was a little far. And would have liked to have tea/coffee making facility in our room. The rest was great!

The staff were extremely helpful. The location was not good. COuldnt open windows becuase of noise of the roundabout. Too far away from bus and train station and the centre of town.

The staff was phenominal!!! Very clean and reasonably prices. Conveniently located to Pisa, Luca, or Pinnochio Park. WIll return for another visit and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you. The food from the hotel resturant was average and was little overpriced when compared to resturants located around the corner.

This is excellent hotel for those who would be touring Italy by car, (it is located in close proximity to the motorway exit) and those who would not mind the lack of attractive view from the window. Plenty of free parking space, free Internet connection (a bit slow though), rooms with enough space, posh marble bathrooms, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff, close distance to Esselunga food store, will guarantee a relaxing stay. Lucca's historical center is reachable on foot, it is about 15-20 minutes walk, and after nice dinner with few glasses of wine this could be the only hassle. Simply, a good hotel in a great city.

We had a fault with the a/con but it was repaired within 30 mins of reporting. Very good service Difficult to walk to & from the town due to no pedestrian walkway around the hotel combined with very busy traffic.

Very modern hotel, close to the city center, easily reachable by car. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice and very clean rooms. Good value for money. The restaurant is not that good. The food is average to ok. Service is not great: one night we were almost alone in the restaurant and they still managed to bring the wrong food ; another night we had to wait a really long time for our food.

Hotel is designed for the business traveler but is a comfortable stay for tourists. It is a 20-30 minute walk to the walled city of Lucca and the hotel offers free use of six city bikes. The breakfast is typical Italian and well stocked. Made to order coffee on request. Room was clean and very comfortable with cool air and plenty of hot water. Ample free parking and elevator is available. If you have kids or are eating on a budget it is right next to a McDonalds! Easy access to the a11 Autostrada and a 20 minute drive to Varreggio and 50 minute drive to Florence.
