Queda demasiado lejos del centro y de la Metro, el hotel es basico

Las suites son muy comodas, el desayuno es variado, muy rico.

Quizas requiera un poco de mantenimiento en su facahada. Al verlo por fuera, no pareciera un hotel de tanto confort. Sin embargo cuando te hospedas y ves sus instalaciones internas, de verdad que te va a encantar. Muy amable el personal, hablan varios idiomas

El desayuno no estaba mal

Para nada es un hotel de 4 estrellas, ni por calidad ni por confort ni por servicios. Además está bastante alejado del centro, a 20 minutos en autobús y otros 20 en metro de la estación de Termini.

El hotel es bueno en general, las instalaciones son modernas y limpias y el servicio es bueno.

Su ubicación cerca a un paradero de bus es buena, sin embargo es un poco alejado de la zona turística. El servicio de limpieza se llevó las toallas e implemento de higiene y no los repuso completos, lo que nos causo algunas molestias.

El personal cordial, buena señal wi-fi, el desayuno buenisimo, la habitacion amplia y comoda, importante lo del estacionamiento privado.

La habitación es un pequeño apartamento reconvertido en Hotel con lo que las habitaciones son muy grandes. La zona es muy tranquila, cerca de la Laurentina y a un paso del EUR, Roma 2 y del GRA.

El hotel está en una zona residencial, por lo que se necesita coche para moverse. Lejos del centro y lejos del metro.

Me ha gustado todo. El unico inconveniente,. Es que esta lejos del centro. Pero a su vez bien comunicado.

Solicitamos una habitación con dos camas y nos dieron una con cama de matrimonio. Al día siguiente nos la cambiaron

- Value for the money is outstanding! - English is spoken by most. - Location is out of the way in a residential section BUT, getting to Rome is via bus and subway...1.5E each way per person. EASY after you do it once. - Employees are very friendly and helpful! - Daily room cleaning service is GREAT! Fresh everything every day. - Airport to Hotel is either train/bus or taxi. Only did taxi - fast & straightforward costing about 40E.

- Free breakfast is certainly not what one would consider Italian cuisine - Hot pot & selection of teas in room but no coffee.

Far from the city center in neighbourhood known in Roma for drug dealers

Breakfast buffet is a must. Satellite TV the best out of our trip. Private and secure parking.

Problems with garage opening and small rooms. Wifi not available in rooms.

The breakfast there is perfect!!! And the cleaner is responsible the room is comfortable and clean.The hotel is far away from the city center, but the bus 776 can drive us to the metro station.

The location is far away and the staff in the reception is poor. They could not support us useful information about the city transportation.

Swimming pool was chargeble. Preakfast extreemly was poor

Friendly Italian staff. They checked me in at 10:20 am. I got a filed hot water container for my baby milk for free and they pressed my shirt also for free as they picked it up 5just 5 minutes late from the room. Free Internet access inside rooms. Big rooms. Nice view to the gardens.

They booked me a taxi with 55€ to airport while I came with 35€ from the airport. Pillows were not cleaned enough for me. The nearest restaurant, cafe and super market is about 700 m walking.

Everything thing a hotel needs was there. Breakfast was the best part of my day before 9 hours in the city of Rome. We were very comfort in the rooms as they were very clean bedroom, bath and sitting room. Location from the metro station Laurentina on bus 776 was easy about 12 minutes ride but you have to look carefully as the bus approach the hotel from the back and missed our stop on the first time.Apart from that it was a joy as we got to know the area. There was always a sercurity by the reception area which was very good for safety. Your day in town to come back to a clean hotel, clean sheet and clean set of towels was a joy and AC easy to turn on.Will definately stay there again on my next visit as the six days holiday was not long to see all what Rome have to offer.

We never have dinner there as we were getting to the hotel late so cannot comment on that.

The room was huge, the breakfast was great... I don't know if it's really good value for money, but it was one of the cheapest options we found

The location was rather poor regardless of the connection to public transport. The main problem is the frequency of the 776 bus that stops just about 50 m away from the hotel and takes you to the Laurentina M station. If you are lucky enough, you'll reach the Colosseo M station in around 40-45 minutes. The staff was helpful, but in one occasion two members of the staff contradicted each other when we asked about the possibility of using a computer: one of them said that we could (paying for it of course), whereas the other said they didn't have that service. They did have that service and we used it! The shower was not working properly.

Nice,spacious room. Actualy separate room and bedroom. Lots of space. Wardrobes,shelfs,big comfy bed. Good selection of food for breakfast.

location. It's out of nowhere. You need to get bus and two metro lines to get to the centre. Hence the low price for very good conditions i guess.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, it has really **** standard. It is also very quiet at night. The breakfasts were very rich.

There was a little problem with understanding, the night staff spoke English quite well, but the receptionist from the daily shift has only basic knowledge and it is very complicated to get any information from her.

Dinner menu was okay and the server "Paolo" was excellent

Room was large, en-suite was a good size too with separate toilet to vanity area. Plenty of storage, but we didn't need it. Good location for the airport but not for Rome.Good value hotel.

Staff could have been more helpful,couldnt even get a free cup of tea during the day, surrounding area is not so good, so don't bother going for a walk.
