Absolutely perfect location a large number of monuments are within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, ready to recommend good locations for dinning and giving valuable tips about Rome. Great choice if you only have a few days in the city and wish to have easy access all the attractions !

The location was perfect for Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Hop-on Hop-off bus. A nice district with lots of restaurants. Hotel staff friendly and facilities to leave luggage for safe keeping for a few hours after booking out.

the location was very good just in the centre. Nicolas gave us a lot of usefull information and helped us on several occasions

Location is perfect in the middle of Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, we asked bread and cheese and they added in their room breakfast for us

Even I have requested 1 large bed, hotel reserved us 2 twin. Other night they have bought a 1 large bed but it was an important mistake. Location is perfect but street is abit noisy but more important is inside of hotel was noiser than street. There was a huge echo and I woke up in the middle of every night. Also under the bed is not clean.

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel had a real feel of Roma with its fresco ceilings and sympathetic decor. The location was excellent within walking distance to a lot of major sights and also right next to the luxurious designer shopping street. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical of Roma and brought to our junior suite everyday with no extra charge. The hotel had a lift which was a bonus and not always typical in Roma. The price of the hotel was much less than other swanky hotels in the same area.

I can honestly say that there was nothing I didn't like at Eva's Rooms.

Very well located. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty small, an italian cornetto, capuccino and another package with toast. For the price everyone was very adequate and comfortable.

Superb location in the heart of Rome, a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and other attractions. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Our room (junior suite) spacious and cute.

The breakfast didn’t reflect the quality of the place. It wasn’t as rich as expected and there weren’t enough cutlery (we had only a knife and one dish): it was a bit of a let down.

A. We were not warned about repairing the facade of the hotel. We had heard the noise of repair from 8 am to 5 pm. B. Availability of the Wi-Fi zone only in the hotel lobby, but not in the room

Kind and helpful staff, excellent location, beatiful junior suite with nice atmosphere.

On the street side of the building the street noise is quite loud, maybe they shuold try to deafen the windows more effective. Breakfast is available only in the room - having a dining room with a slighly wider selection would provide a more pleasant experience.

Locatie is zeer goed. Hotel is basic, maar proper. Er is gratis wifi.

Ontbijt is zeer beperkt en er is geen ruimte om dit te nuttigen. Er was een kleine ijskast, minibar, maar deze was leeg. Ook geen koffie of thee voorzieningen.

- La situación. Al lado de la plaza de España por un lado, y por el otro tenías la Fontana de Trevi a 7 minutos.

- Da la impresión de estar en decadencia. Con poquitas mejoras decorativas mejoraría mucho. - Te sirven el desayuno en la habitación. Demasiado sencillo, nada de fruta; el zumo lo traían servido en un vaso de plástico ¿tanto cuesta lavar un vaso de cristal?. - Deberían facilitar una alfombrilla de baño tipo toalla, no la que tenían, siempre a los pies de la ducha y de la puerta del baño, es decir que cada vez que entrabas al aseo la tenías que pisar, lo que la hacía inservible para pisar descalzo.
