Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολική περιοχή, κοντά στο μετρό και στο σταθμό του τρένου αλλά και με τα πόδια μπορείς να πας στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Το πρωινό χρειάζεται βελτίωση, ήταν πολύ φτωχό. Η τιμή του δωματίου σε σχέση με το μέγεθος του ξενοδοχείου και τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει είναι πολύ ακριβή.

η θεση του εξυπηρετει στην επισκεψη στα αξιοθεατα της πολης, καθως και στη χρησημοποιηση των μεσων μεταφορας.

το ξενοδοχειο μπορει να βελτιωσει τη συνθεση του πρωινου του.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πρόσφατα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με αποτέλεσμα όλα να είναι ολοκαίνουργια. Φοβερή καθημερινή καθαριότητα (αλλαγή πετσετών-σεντονιών), ικανοποιητικό πρωινό χωρίς αλμυρά, μόνο συσκευασμένα. Κοντά στο κέντρο, εύκολη συγκοινωνία, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού θα μου μείνει αλησμόνητο.

Το ασανσέρ είναι λίγο χάλι. Λειτουργεί με κλειδί μόνο για το ξενοδοχείο, αλλά αν κάποιος ξεχάσει τις εσωτερικές πόρτες ανοιχτές στον 3ο, είσαι υποχρεωμένος να ανέβεις με τα πόδια.

Very good location, on Via Nazionale street, close to the metro and bus stops. We enjoyed our room, it was clean and comfortable. Also it had a lovely view on Via Nazionale. We would easily recommend this hotel, we did not face any problems during our stay!

The hotel was neat and clean. Most of the attractions are near from this hotel. Also this is near from the Roma termini train station. The staff is excellent. Overall good for the money.

Central location - clean comfortable room - sorry but cant find 15 words to say good things about this hotel

Staff at the reception desk were smoking whilst on duty which meant the whole place smelt of smoke. The last day we asked for an early morning call at 7am because we were flying out later that day. The call came at 7.40am without apology. The same morning, breakfast, which is advertised as starting at 7.30am, was not available as a staff member had called in sick. Again, no apology for this was offered. Overall thought that though the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were unprofessional and could not be relied upon to provide accurate answers to queries we put to them.

good for sightseeing in the city. its better when you travel without a car.

it is in the centre of Rome,very near to the metro system.no noise from the road which is however full of shops!very friendly and kind staff,especially Natalia!lovely view from our room(201).clean and roomy bathroom

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had regarding things to do in Rome, directions etc. The continental breakfast was reasonable too. The location was excellent for sight seeing in Rome, as it was right beside the Metro and Termini Station. The bathroom was modern and clean.

The room was very small and the bed cover needed a wash. Also the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the rooms beside you.

Staff were very helpful. Very clean, great shower, towels changed daily - just a lovely and very conveniently located accomodation. The only place we needed the Metro for was the Vatican. Superb.

Outside area would have been nice - however so close to everything it didnt really matter

Easy location, friendly staff

The hotel is a really nice place to stay in Rome! Though one should be prepared that the hotel rooms all across Italy are quite small, our room in this hotel was qiute cosy and neat. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed every day too! The staff is very-very nice and helping.
