The hotel was neat and clean. Most of the attractions are near from this hotel. Also this is near from the Roma termini train station. The staff is excellent. Overall good for the money. - the bathroom is relatively small - the items in the breakfast can be increased. |

Central location - clean comfortable room - sorry but cant find 15 words to say good things about this hotel Staff at the reception desk were smoking whilst on duty which meant the whole place smelt of smoke. The last day we asked for an early morning call at 7am because we were flying out later that day. The call came at 7.40am without apology. The same morning, breakfast, which is advertised as starting at 7.30am, was not available as a staff member had called in sick. Again, no apology for this was offered. Overall thought that though the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were unprofessional and could not be relied upon to provide accurate answers to queries we put to them. |

The bed was comfortable and it was central, about 5 - 10 mins walk from Stazione Termini. The breakfast was basic but good. A good shower and air con was very good. The reception is on the third floor and unless you phone beforehand, you can't use the lift as it is key operated. It was overpriced and more of a 2 star than 3 star. Our bedroom had about 1 square metre of paint hanging off and looked as though it had been like that for a while. |

We like everything about our stay at the hotel. Nice, Friendly and a good place to put up your tired feet after a long day visiting Rome!! you get what you pay for...your visiting Rome, not the hotel. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had regarding things to do in Rome, directions etc. The continental breakfast was reasonable too. The location was excellent for sight seeing in Rome, as it was right beside the Metro and Termini Station. The bathroom was modern and clean. The room was very small and the bed cover needed a wash. Also the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the rooms beside you. |

Staff were very helpful. Very clean, great shower, towels changed daily - just a lovely and very conveniently located accomodation. The only place we needed the Metro for was the Vatican. Superb. Outside area would have been nice - however so close to everything it didnt really matter |

very well location, central area with underground nearly from the hotel.the room was very good. the hotel is on the 3 floor from one building. the old lady that stays on the entrance was unbelieveble her education, at all she had anyone, was terrible the way that she speaks with people from the hotel and us.the breakfast was only coffe, yogurt, and croissant.the man of the receptions smoks the entire day and smalls terrible the corridor and the rest of the hall of the hotel. |

The hotel is a really nice place to stay in Rome! Though one should be prepared that the hotel rooms all across Italy are quite small, our room in this hotel was qiute cosy and neat. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed every day too! The staff is very-very nice and helping. |

Nice area, very close to metro, friendly staf , very clean and full renovated room. In fact it is not a clasic hotel, but a block of rooms in a floor of a big building, with some hotel fasilities ( 24 hours reception, breakfast etc. About his price (60 euro for a SINGLE)it is a good choise. |

rooms were clean, beds comfortable, location of hotel was excelent for sight seeing. we were not impressed with having only 3 cerial bowls for breakfast, & they ran out of cerial on the 4th day. We had a delux room which was rather small with just enough room to get around the bed, nt worth the extra money charged |

Nothing. The breakfast is very poor and if you don't get up early, you may eat almost nothing. The staff is very rude. Although we arrived on check-in time, our room wasn't ready yet, and we had to wait for one hour! Besides, the two men in reception wanted me to change to another room during my stay and leave my luggage with the made, so she would make the change while I was out. |
