The location is good, near to the underground .
The room is so cold. The hot water just enough for one person to take a shower, and then, the water will be warm. The speed of Wifi is very slow.
Lokacija, udobnost, mir
Good value for money.
The location of the hotel was really good. Around 15 minutes to walk to piazza de Venezia, 10 minutes to Trevi fountain. Good and nice staff. The hotel is in a street with a lot of traffic, but it was good windows.
the wifi was really bad. It was better to go and eat at one of the bars or restaurants nearby and use their wifi.
Location , safety neighborhood and it's closeness to all the historical and touristic places.
WiFi didn't work inside the room
The location was good, close to many restaurants and shops and not far from the Termini Station and Metro.
The foyer smelt like smoke as soon as we walked up the 3 flights of stairs. Also the room smelt of smoke and through the air vents it was overwhelmingly smokey and we couldn't get rid of the smell. We had no hot water the whole time we were there, the owner said he would fix the problem but it wasn't resolved. Not very good value for money and the service was very poor
Good place, very close to nice places and restaurants.
The worst thing is that was no isolation of sound. We could hear what was going on in the next room and as well at the reception. One receptionist smoke in the reception and we could smell the cigarets.
we live in this hotel for two days, the first day without hot water for shower, we ask reception for help, he told us it is hot water for Rome people...but it is totally cold water for normal people...he ask us to wait 30mins to fix it. But it still cold after 40min. We find the reception again, he said if we not happy can change hotel and no money can refund...it is the first time we came to Rome for travel, but it is really bad experience, at that time we really feel lonely and helpless. You can image that after one day tired travel and go back to hotel for rest, they don't have hot water for shower and they dont care about you. We want to leave this place, but we don't have more money. We don't know how this hotel can get 8 points in booking.com. And I think I will never come back again.
perfect location.. very close to metro station
room was not clean..
Very nice and friendly staff. The price for the hotel was very good. The location is very good as well (close to Subway station and main train station Termini). I would recommend this hotel for sure.
National street is a beautiful street
Because of general strike we arrived the second day. They said me that they will refund me the money for the first day, and they asked for my iban. Unfortunately no refund ，no replies to my mails etc....
Great location Central to everything Calue for money Friendly & helpful staff Clean
Hard bed & the breakfast was a little boring. Too many sweets & not a lot of variety but I wouldn't let this discourage your stay.
The room was good
The hotel is located on the third floor of a building without a reception on the main floor. I had to wait several minutes after ringing the reception for someone to open the door for me. This was very annoying. Staff should provide a key for the main door.
Best location ever
I didn' t like the breackfast because the food was to sweet , just corns and milk
1. great location 2. wifi
1. There was no hot water at first day 2. poor breakfasts
The location was more then perfect!! Near to evetything you need! Supermarket, subway etc. The staff was wonderful and helpful.
What wasnt good was the WIFI. It didnt work in the rooms, and when it did it just logged out from the system. The cleaning of the rooms wasnt that good. It could be much better. In the breakfast they didnt give bread, just some crackers. They didnt inform that Rome has a "special" kind of tax if you stay more then 2 Days in the city.
Nothing! Would not stay here again.
No hot water for over thirty-six hours and the staff continued to lye to us about when it would be fixed, even the manager. They had boiler problems and did not call in anyone on Sunday even tho they said it would be only a couple of hours. When I paid the bill I asked it they would reduce the bill NO discount for the inconvenience all the manager said was it cost 550 Euros to fix- that's about what we paided for our three night stay.BOO-HOO .
Location is very good but noisy. The room has sound proof windows which makes the room quiet. Room is simple but clean, with nice bed, bathroom, wardrobe and vault. Nice people on staff
Wifi is bad.
Very helpfull staff and nice room
Great location in the center of Rome. Staff were nice and helpful.
Wifi was not existent, the massage shower was calcified, the elevator was extreme old, the breakfast was dull and monotonous and the air condition was hardly working. Further they ran out of towels the last day.
Good, clean and comfortable stay. Great noise deadening in windows.
Breakfast basic but ok to get you started. Bit hard to find. Entry unusual. Didn't realise we needed to press a button like apartments to get into courtyard and then take lift up to hotel. There were other hotels and businesses in the building.
Hotel was situated in an area close to Termini Railway Station. Staff were friendly.
Room was noisy if you are a fresh area fanatic, otherwise the shutters kept the noise out. WiFi was slow and could be improved.
