Close to everything..was perfect place to rest after hectic sight seeing
The drinks machine at breakfast was not pleasant.
Was a good location and facility overall. Close to termini station and Trajan and colosseum.
Wifi was really bad though, if you need it. Would fade in and out all the time. Didn't reach the room always.
Perfect location, staff were very helpful- they let us use their computer to print out boarding passes and also booked taxi for us
Breakfast was very basic, only had one variety of cereal, but it did the job
1.great location, bus 64/40 and metro ' republica' only 300 meters. very clean area close to Department store and shopping street. Better than Termini area!! 2.There are lots of hotel nearby, can see tourists in the street until midnight. It is safe for a single women. 3. Staff is helpful 4. Good wifi connection 5.clean room and bathroom, actually bathroom is not small compare to other hotel in Italy 6.anyway, recommend this hotel!!
1.no bathroom door, but it's not a problem for single, shower room with door 2.need to care for others follow you enter the building 3. Small elevator but it's normal in Rome
Service Co-operation Location Staff went out of their way to accommodate you in every way possible
Bathrooms/showers to small Elevator
Liked the room and the location.
Very poor wi-fi.
The wifi was very poor
Good location Nice street level lobby area Good pub across the road with fab pizzas
Broken air-con that the staff promised would be fixed each day.....a really mouldy slimy shower (of the removable slimy type).....staff smoking in the reception area.......staff wearing jeans and looking scruffy .......boring breakfast .......no English tv channels ......ridiculously scary lift up to the hotel.
The hotel was clean comfortable and quiet. The staff couldn't do enough for you, very friendly and informative will be staying there again and will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends.
Very good location
Lift a but awkward with people and cases
Comfortable and quiet enough for good rest.
Lift not operational throughout my stay. No door between bedroom and bathroom. Communication difficulties with staff.
Very small room. Beds weren't the best either.
Location was excellent and the rooms were clean and quiet.
location, strong air-con, comfortable bed
Helpful and pleasant staff, good location and nice breakfast.
The situation (metro, train station, by foot). The Staff. Open all time. Good pastries. One of the cheapest at this location.
Third floor with only one old and rusty elevator (which was out of order for one day). Forgot to clean the room one night. Not the real fruit juice as announced. The noise in the morning from the inside of the hotel (poor isolation of the doors).
The staff at reception were very friendly at check-in. Breakfast was simple but lovely.
Convinient location, very close to Termini station and the historic center. We enjoyed our staying. Nice breakfast
Nice personnel, good breakfast and very good location.
The staff was quite friendly, the location was excellent, and the room was clean. We also loved the breakfast in the morning. There were many delicious options.
The air conditioner did not work well and the shower often overflowed into the bathroom.
The breakfast was good and reasonable. The rooms were clean.
Told on first visit towels are not provided, a floor mat was only provided when I told the management it was dangerous getting out of the shower. The emergency shower (chord) does not work. I rang the door bell for fifteen minutes (no exaggeration) and was only able to access the hotel when a patron of an adjoining hotel opened the door onto the street.
The architecture of the building! Unexpectedly there is our Hotel ! Comfortable rooms and centrally situated within Rome.
One minor omission; all TV channels were Italian.....
Shower was a little small.
Location was good. Staff was really nice and helpful.
The staff did not want us to take our keys to the room with us. Thought that was pretty strange. They seemed trustworthy but hotel information book said they would not be responsible for any personal items in room. The safe was not mounted to wall or shelf. It was just laying in cabinet. Figured it was a waste of time to use it.
