Room 301 location
Was a good location
Staff were lovely for first day of a week and changed when I said the jacuzzi wasn't working in the room, this was included in price and we're told it would be fixed in the morning...which wasn't. It was like it was my fault and you can hear people talking in other rooms where our room was advertised as soundproof
Hotel setting is within walking distance of all tourist attractions. The architectural fit and finish of the hotel was comfortable and stylish. The care and level of the hotel staff service was fabulous.
Sound proofing of my room (close to the communal area) could be improved upon as the corridor to my room acted like an acoustic tunnel. It was not a big deal for me as the room was plush and very comfortable, but worth mentioning for light and early sleepers.
A very central location. All the highlights of Rome are within walking distance (20 min) there is also a Metro station nearby. The hotel is on the third floor. No audible noise from the street or other rooms. A decent breakfast every morning. Very friendly and co-operative staff.
Had some diffulties to find the hotel in the first place. You have to know that's on the third floor, without a visible sign from the street.
Location is fantastic for walking about Rome, the bed was great and so were the recommendations of where to eat given by the staff, who were friendly and helpful.
Bathroom plumbing was iffy, however was repaired in a couple of hours both times.
the lift was a joy at the end of a day walking on Rome's cobbles
red decorative pillows were covered in other peolples hair not very hygenic
It's easy to find there. And the manager of this hotel, he was so friendly and nice. I hope that I can be stay again:)
I like the wide bedroom,so comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and it was a good value... The breakfast was ok.
the lift is too small. It's hard to go inside when your having a baby in a stroller... You need more hands to help you to close the doors...
The location is good, near to the underground .
The room is so cold. The hot water just enough for one person to take a shower, and then, the water will be warm. The speed of Wifi is very slow.
Lokacija, udobnost, mir
Good value for money.
The location of the hotel was really good. Around 15 minutes to walk to piazza de Venezia, 10 minutes to Trevi fountain. Good and nice staff. The hotel is in a street with a lot of traffic, but it was good windows.
the wifi was really bad. It was better to go and eat at one of the bars or restaurants nearby and use their wifi.
Location , safety neighborhood and it's closeness to all the historical and touristic places.
WiFi didn't work inside the room
The location was good, close to many restaurants and shops and not far from the Termini Station and Metro.
The foyer smelt like smoke as soon as we walked up the 3 flights of stairs. Also the room smelt of smoke and through the air vents it was overwhelmingly smokey and we couldn't get rid of the smell. We had no hot water the whole time we were there, the owner said he would fix the problem but it wasn't resolved. Not very good value for money and the service was very poor
Good place, very close to nice places and restaurants.
The worst thing is that was no isolation of sound. We could hear what was going on in the next room and as well at the reception. One receptionist smoke in the reception and we could smell the cigarets.
we live in this hotel for two days, the first day without hot water for shower, we ask reception for help, he told us it is hot water for Rome people...but it is totally cold water for normal people...he ask us to wait 30mins to fix it. But it still cold after 40min. We find the reception again, he said if we not happy can change hotel and no money can refund...it is the first time we came to Rome for travel, but it is really bad experience, at that time we really feel lonely and helpless. You can image that after one day tired travel and go back to hotel for rest, they don't have hot water for shower and they dont care about you. We want to leave this place, but we don't have more money. We don't know how this hotel can get 8 points in booking.com. And I think I will never come back again.
perfect location.. very close to metro station
room was not clean..
Very nice and friendly staff. The price for the hotel was very good. The location is very good as well (close to Subway station and main train station Termini). I would recommend this hotel for sure.
National street is a beautiful street
Because of general strike we arrived the second day. They said me that they will refund me the money for the first day, and they asked for my iban. Unfortunately no refund ，no replies to my mails etc....
Great location Central to everything Calue for money Friendly & helpful staff Clean
Hard bed & the breakfast was a little boring. Too many sweets & not a lot of variety but I wouldn't let this discourage your stay.
The room was good
The hotel is located on the third floor of a building without a reception on the main floor. I had to wait several minutes after ringing the reception for someone to open the door for me. This was very annoying. Staff should provide a key for the main door.
Best location ever
I didn' t like the breackfast because the food was to sweet , just corns and milk
1. great location 2. wifi
1. There was no hot water at first day 2. poor breakfasts
