perfect location.. very close to metro station
room was not clean..
Very nice and friendly staff. The price for the hotel was very good. The location is very good as well (close to Subway station and main train station Termini). I would recommend this hotel for sure.
National street is a beautiful street
Because of general strike we arrived the second day. They said me that they will refund me the money for the first day, and they asked for my iban. Unfortunately no refund ，no replies to my mails etc....
Great location Central to everything Calue for money Friendly & helpful staff Clean
Hard bed & the breakfast was a little boring. Too many sweets & not a lot of variety but I wouldn't let this discourage your stay.
The room was good
The hotel is located on the third floor of a building without a reception on the main floor. I had to wait several minutes after ringing the reception for someone to open the door for me. This was very annoying. Staff should provide a key for the main door.
Best location ever
I didn' t like the breackfast because the food was to sweet , just corns and milk
1. great location 2. wifi
1. There was no hot water at first day 2. poor breakfasts
The location was more then perfect!! Near to evetything you need! Supermarket, subway etc. The staff was wonderful and helpful.
What wasnt good was the WIFI. It didnt work in the rooms, and when it did it just logged out from the system. The cleaning of the rooms wasnt that good. It could be much better. In the breakfast they didnt give bread, just some crackers. They didnt inform that Rome has a "special" kind of tax if you stay more then 2 Days in the city.
Nothing! Would not stay here again.
No hot water for over thirty-six hours and the staff continued to lye to us about when it would be fixed, even the manager. They had boiler problems and did not call in anyone on Sunday even tho they said it would be only a couple of hours. When I paid the bill I asked it they would reduce the bill NO discount for the inconvenience all the manager said was it cost 550 Euros to fix- that's about what we paided for our three night stay.BOO-HOO .
Location is very good but noisy. The room has sound proof windows which makes the room quiet. Room is simple but clean, with nice bed, bathroom, wardrobe and vault. Nice people on staff
Wifi is bad.
Very helpfull staff and nice room
Great location in the center of Rome. Staff were nice and helpful.
Wifi was not existent, the massage shower was calcified, the elevator was extreme old, the breakfast was dull and monotonous and the air condition was hardly working. Further they ran out of towels the last day.
Good, clean and comfortable stay. Great noise deadening in windows.
Breakfast basic but ok to get you started. Bit hard to find. Entry unusual. Didn't realise we needed to press a button like apartments to get into courtyard and then take lift up to hotel. There were other hotels and businesses in the building.
Hotel was situated in an area close to Termini Railway Station. Staff were friendly.
Room was noisy if you are a fresh area fanatic, otherwise the shutters kept the noise out. WiFi was slow and could be improved.
Too expensive Only expensive paid parking Only one tiny elevator Smells like tobacco
Location is relatively close to most attractions. Very close to train station for arriving. Felt secure and safe in the large building. Staff were helpful if needed but not overly friendly. Breakfast was decent, no hot food but fresh pastries. Rooms were cleaned and they fixed broken lights for us straight away.
Asked for double bed but still 2 singles pushed together. Terrible wifi in the rooms, had to go into lobby but still very inconsistent. No ammenities provided in room for tea or coffee, had to pay to use machine in foyer. Lift was often not working, lots of stairs w luggage. If you got up on the later side for breakfast, often wasn't much left.
the staff was really friendly and helpful.
the room was pretty small.
Close to everything..was perfect place to rest after hectic sight seeing
The drinks machine at breakfast was not pleasant.
Location near train station and not far from sights. Roomy and clean room Friendly staff
Only windows to a dark air shaft with loud airconditioning units Funny elevator (but working) Simple breakfast (good sweet rolls, but practically no other choice)
Was a good location and facility overall. Close to termini station and Trajan and colosseum.
Wifi was really bad though, if you need it. Would fade in and out all the time. Didn't reach the room always.
Perfect location, staff were very helpful- they let us use their computer to print out boarding passes and also booked taxi for us
Breakfast was very basic, only had one variety of cereal, but it did the job
1.great location, bus 64/40 and metro ' republica' only 300 meters. very clean area close to Department store and shopping street. Better than Termini area!! 2.There are lots of hotel nearby, can see tourists in the street until midnight. It is safe for a single women. 3. Staff is helpful 4. Good wifi connection 5.clean room and bathroom, actually bathroom is not small compare to other hotel in Italy 6.anyway, recommend this hotel!!
1.no bathroom door, but it's not a problem for single, shower room with door 2.need to care for others follow you enter the building 3. Small elevator but it's normal in Rome
Service Co-operation Location Staff went out of their way to accommodate you in every way possible
Bathrooms/showers to small Elevator
