once I got to the reception I was immediately greeted by a very sweet gentleman with a big smile. He was very helpful with the landmarks and also recommended some wonderful restaurants
Creaky elevator felt unsafe. Having to leave my key at the reception when I went out. the bathroom was very small (the toilet seat was literally inside the shower area)
The hotel was conveniently located, the room clean and comfortable, the girl and the guy I dealt with were extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Walking distance to Termini station and Colosseum
Small room in expensive Rome, limited toiletries
Clean, wi-fi, very helpful, polite and friendly staff.
Centrality, cleaning level. the hotel is very basic just go for it if you want to use it as a support point where only to sleep. However, in comparison to some crazy prices of hotels in Rome this one does not offer so much but it is not that expensive
Space for the room basically the room was barely more and a corridor with a connected bathroom. The wi-fi at night stops working, the signal is there but it is not possible to use it properly. If you want to use the computer or nay other activity that require to sit, the only place I found was on the internal balcony of the window
Staff were very good helpful at front desk. Great place at a great price near to Termini Station
Location near Termini railway station and other attractions is good. Staff very helpful and can speak English well. Room is a reasonable size and is clean and comfortable. Road noise not noticeable. Wifi which was important for me excellent.
Lift doors occasionally did not open on the ground floor - so you could not get in. This is only a complication if you have baggage - the hotel is only on the third floor and gge walk up is not arduous. Note the lift is quite small. The room is a reasonable size for the location and price, although the bathroom is very small. It's not a place you want to spend a lot of time but then you are in Rome so why would you? It's very good value at the price but I wouldn't stay more than a night or two.
Competitive rate for expensive Rome. Excellent location walking distance to Termini station and 15-20 minutes walk to Colosseum. Hotel staff were friendly. Good if just looking for a room to sleep in.
Located on 3rd floor of an old building.
Good service, helpful staff, clean and secure. Honestly can't ask for more in the craziness that is Rome! Good value.
Hmmmmm. Can't say.
The room was not clean, the air conditioning was not working, the bathroom was dark.
Close to everything, 2 mins walk to Termini, 10 mins to Colleseum, several nice bars around and a good pizza place just around the corner. The staff is very helpful.
Noise isolation is very poor, 24 hour noise of cars and trams, and of road works directly under the windows. AC worked poorly and it was very stuffy in the room. Notice: after two days of using, change of towels will be at additional expense. Water on reception is 1Euro for 0,5 l, so try to buy couple of big bottles in advance (fridge in each room).
Nice hotel, close to the train station Termini and metro. Clean. Good wi fi connection. The only annoying thing is noise from the street, but if you're tired you will not pay attention to it. A perfect place to stay for 2-3 nights. Breakfast isn't served, but it's not a problem to eat near the hotel.
The room was extremely clean and the stuff really helpful (they speak quite good english). It was also very quite.
The only thing missing is breakfast.
it's just 2 blocks away from Roma Termini... and many restaurants nearby.
it's rather difficult to find by the hotel name. so better to search by the building number.
Very friendly and helpful crew, room is very clean, the location is wonderful. Close to everything, very safe.
The shower is above the toilet, and the water spreads all around the bathroom. The price is too high for this kind of room. I would expect at least breakfast included.
Good location in centre, near Termini. Clean rooms, friendly stuff. Good value for money.
The staff are excellent. They provided me a map where and how to get to the major attractions and they are very knowledgeable about entry fees, timings, surrounding shops, etc. The room was very cozy, clean and adequate. WiFi is very good. The hotel is within the safe side of the city, just 2 corners away from Sta. Maria Maggiore and within 5 mins walk to Roma termini.
It is hard to find as there is no big signage in front of the bldg. It is the building next to Hotel Genoa. In the same building as Everest there are 3 other hotels on different floors. Everest is on the 3rd floor/piano. There is a small plaque outside the building that indicates the names of the hotels including Hotel Everest.
Location is near to the station, room is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.
Reception at 3rd floor with only 1 small lift sharing in the whole building.
staff was absolutely grate ( we love you !!! ), the room was clean, we had enough towels, size was ok for three people with all our things, it was safe and we could go to many places on foot including Termini, restaurants, coffeshops and supermarket
too busy and slow elevator but we like stairs, little bit noisy but we are used to this
Everything was just perfect
Very convenient location. 5 minute walk from bus/train station which takes you to both Rome airports. Also within walking distance of all tourist attractions,
The location was good, the staff was nice and helpfull
it's more like a youth hostel than a hotel, the room were noisy and the trough the closed window you can hear all the trafic.
This was a fair priced, clean and safe hotel located walking distance from the train station. The staff was friendly.
The wifi was slow and spotty. That said it was free and accessible from the room.
Wifi was fast and excellent. The male indian staff who attended to us at night when we checked in was courteous and friendly. Location was great as it was just a 5 minute to Roma Termini where all the buses, trains and metro were located.
However, the female European staff who was at the counter in the morning was rather cool, she wasn't as friendly and helpful when I needed her help, otherwise I would have rated the staff as being 'good' overall. She should have been more courteous and friendly to the customers at the hotel.
