Hotel Argentina has easy access to public transportation and a great location for sightseeing, shopping or eating out in Rome. Termini Station is just 650 ft from the hotel.
Score from 732 reviews Very good
Good service, helpful staff, clean and secure. Honestly can't ask for more in the craziness that is Rome! Good value.
Hmmmmm. Can't say.
The room was not clean, the air conditioning was not working, the bathroom was dark.
Close to everything, 2 mins walk to Termini, 10 mins to Colleseum, several nice bars around and a good pizza place just around the corner. The staff is very helpful.
Noise isolation is very poor, 24 hour noise of cars and trams, and of road works directly under the windows. AC worked poorly and it was very stuffy in the room. Notice: after two days of using, change of towels will be at additional expense. Water on reception is 1Euro for 0,5 l, so try to buy couple of big bottles in advance (fridge in each room).
Nice hotel, close to the train station Termini and metro. Clean. Good wi fi connection. The only annoying thing is noise from the street, but if you're tired you will not pay attention to it. A perfect place to stay for 2-3 nights. Breakfast isn't served, but it's not a problem to eat near the hotel.
The room was extremely clean and the stuff really helpful (they speak quite good english). It was also very quite.
The only thing missing is breakfast.
it's just 2 blocks away from Roma Termini... and many restaurants nearby.
it's rather difficult to find by the hotel name. so better to search by the building number.
Very friendly and helpful crew, room is very clean, the location is wonderful. Close to everything, very safe.
The shower is above the toilet, and the water spreads all around the bathroom. The price is too high for this kind of room. I would expect at least breakfast included.
Good location in centre, near Termini. Clean rooms, friendly stuff. Good value for money.
The staff are excellent. They provided me a map where and how to get to the major attractions and they are very knowledgeable about entry fees, timings, surrounding shops, etc. The room was very cozy, clean and adequate. WiFi is very good. The hotel is within the safe side of the city, just 2 corners away from Sta. Maria Maggiore and within 5 mins walk to Roma termini.
It is hard to find as there is no big signage in front of the bldg. It is the building next to Hotel Genoa. In the same building as Everest there are 3 other hotels on different floors. Everest is on the 3rd floor/piano. There is a small plaque outside the building that indicates the names of the hotels including Hotel Everest.
Location is near to the station, room is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.
Reception at 3rd floor with only 1 small lift sharing in the whole building.
staff was absolutely grate ( we love you !!! ), the room was clean, we had enough towels, size was ok for three people with all our things, it was safe and we could go to many places on foot including Termini, restaurants, coffeshops and supermarket
too busy and slow elevator but we like stairs, little bit noisy but we are used to this
Everything was just perfect
Very convenient location. 5 minute walk from bus/train station which takes you to both Rome airports. Also within walking distance of all tourist attractions,
The location was good, the staff was nice and helpfull
it's more like a youth hostel than a hotel, the room were noisy and the trough the closed window you can hear all the trafic.
This was a fair priced, clean and safe hotel located walking distance from the train station. The staff was friendly.
The wifi was slow and spotty. That said it was free and accessible from the room.
Wifi was fast and excellent. The male indian staff who attended to us at night when we checked in was courteous and friendly. Location was great as it was just a 5 minute to Roma Termini where all the buses, trains and metro were located.
However, the female European staff who was at the counter in the morning was rather cool, she wasn't as friendly and helpful when I needed her help, otherwise I would have rated the staff as being 'good' overall. She should have been more courteous and friendly to the customers at the hotel.
really nice staff，good location，big bed
Located nearby Rome main train station. Helpful staff. Good value for money.
Noise from the airco. No possibility for breakfast.
Location, safety, clean
Bathroom to small, LIKE ALL THE BATHROOMS in Italy. But for sure I recomed the hotel
The quality was fair for the price, a clean place where you can sleep. It's quiet and cozy so it was ok.
The room is too small if you wanna stay there long term. You have to be very focused on via Cavour as you may not see it.
Location excellent and so was the staff.
Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. We arrived at 12:30 and were able to check in early & store bags on final day while sight seeing. Good location, close to Termini train station but perfectly safe. Although it's on a busy street double glazing windows allow you to get a restful sleep. Strong Wifi and multiple devices allowed. Hotel is excellent value for money in Rome.
Fantastic hotel, excellent location. All members of staff were superb, always willing to offer advice with anything. WiFi was perfect, air con was perfect. Fridge and t.v included, En-suite bathroom was excellent. Room cleaned everyday. You can't ask for anything more. 10/10.
The staff was wonderful, informative and willing to help out at any moment. WIFI connection was great, no problems there. The hotel without a doubt is a great value for the money. Close the the metro (5 mins walk), walking distance to the Colosseum
Breakfast is not included, cash charge of 18 euros in cash when you check out (state/country tax?), hotel was nice enough to add that charge to my credit card, separate charges for coffee/towels
