Well connected to the city center with busses. Easy to park, free net, very nice breakfast. You need a GPS to find it. At the moment there are some construction work and spot the small road where the hotel is located is not easy. No bathtuub available in the bathroom. Room a bit too small |

1. Modern, clean room with well fitted bathroom. 2. Good breakfast buffet. 3. Safe, internal car park. 4. Located in quiet outskirts of Rome. Also direct bus link to city center (but takes 40 min). Overall pretty good value for money. 1. No sports / gym facility (except outdoor pool - in summer at an additional fee). 2. Restaurant should change CD - 4 days of continuous Abba is a bit taxing :-)... |

free parking, Designg of the hotel, Quiet, Good location between city and the airport (own car) hard to find the hotel (tiny road). No free shuttle to downtown- well afterall not a big issue since local busses (1 eur) leave about 400m away and takes 25min to downtown. |

1. Nice rooms with new furniture. 2. Good breakfast (relatively to other Italian hotels, don't even think to compare it to Germany or so). 3. Free internet. 4. Good hotel restaurant, not cheap though. 1. Small rooms. 2. Somewhat hard to find even with the gps. For newer visitors, few meters after the University just before road construction begins, leave the main road (ignore no entry sign if you see one) near the gas station and turn right inside, go to the end of the road. 3. Expensive outside pool. |

The hotel is about a 20 minute bus ride from the centre of Rome. If you are after being in the centre of Rome then this is not the place, but if you want to sightsee and then after relax on a lovely terrace and enjoy an appertif then this is ideal. |

very nice facility with all amenities awkward location, situated 5 minutes from a bus stop, but then the bus service is very slow. Also hard to access the airport, train station and attractions. The staff was not very helpful (e.g.ignoring 3 email requests made in advance of my visit). |

modern in room facilities, spacious room, nice garden, free parking and internet access. you have to take a 20 minutes bus ride to the city, the hotel is difficult to find due to road construction and no signboard to the place. the bath compartment in the toilet is really small |

The position is a bit outside (above the Vatican) but it's really not a problem to get to the city via public transport (for 1€) and the bus stop is really near. There's also a McDonalds restaurant near the bus stop,which is really convenient. It's nice and quiet, and birds wake you up. What I loved the most about my stay was the friendliness and the readiness to help, the staff is just fantastic. The shower cabins are really small. I disliked the plastic glasses in the room. They could add some more bathroom goodies like cotton pads, tissues etc. The hairdrier is really weak. I wish they had a shuttle service option to and from the airport. |

The hotel is conveniently located and quite comfortable. The staff is excellent and the breakfast was good. By Italian standards the other food was moderate Service during dinner was somewhat slow |

Blue workers were nailing in front of customers in the buffet area during the breakfast timeslots (why not wait 30 min later after clients finished eating peacefully. Also, they started doing massive noise as from 7am on a sunday (not very customer caring). Insonorisation is very poor in this hotel. Don't go there if you want to have relaxed & sleepfriendly nights. |

I found the staff friendly, Breakfast was excerlent, the room was extremely good and i was given an upgrade, Television was brilliant with super choice, mini bar, nothing bad to say about hotel, although it was a little further out of the city than i would have liked. |

Gli spazi comuni e la location. Il prezzo in relazione alla ottima sistemazione che ci hanno dato (penso in upgrade a costo zero) Mancanza di alcuni pannelli nella camera, probabilmente stavano ristrutturando. Odore sgradevole nei locali comuni e in ascensore. |
