the room was very very small, not enough room for 2 people with 2 suitcases. the shower was also to small

large clean room with big and clean bath,nice view to the forest,helpfull and gentl stuff by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in rome,and very good price also i will definitly stay there again in my next visit in rome i suggest this hotel to everyone

it is a little bit far away from the center of rome ,about 45 min with bus and metro,and the breakfast is every day the same without eggs,omelets,crepes or fresh fruits only sweets and croissant

Close to metro. Great directions from staff. Not far from restaurants. Gym was great.

Poor lighting from entrance to street. Wifi is bad. Restaurant not good. Television did not work.

The room was well designed. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. The conceige was very friendly and gave clear explanations on getting around Rome.

We booked 3 rooms but were not able to call one another as none of the phones were working. Upon enquiry, the staff said the rooms were being upgraded and the phones were not ready yet. However, our rooms were on the same floor, close to one another, as we had requested, so this is just a small hiccup. We were not able to get any tickets for the buses as they were sold out at the 3 tabak in the neighbourhood . We had to take taxis to the city in the end. It would be good if the hotel can stock up on public transport tickets for guests who need them.

Liked everything about this hotel.....wonderful rooms, great staff, excellent facilities.....our best hotel stay in Rome ever. We travel a lot and this was by far one of the nicest hotel experiences we have had. We will definitely stay here again and again and again!

Location and extremely poor and always the same breakfast! Didn't saw anywhere such noisy rooms, you actually can hear everything in your hall, who is talking, who is walking, who is crying...unbelievable Kinda OK but I wouldn't go there again.

Taking into account that the hotel is **** there is almost nothing good about it. Maybe fitness.

1. We chose the hotel mostly because of positive reviews. They wrote that there are good breakfasts which was important for us as we took a 3-years child with us. Actually it was good for the first 2 days (there were eggs, omуlet,pasta, some salads etc) then it suddenly became continental without any notice before. When we asked about it on reception they said they know nothing,and we should ask the manager of the restaraunt. We were very upset by this fact. 2. The location is not very convinient. It's far from the center. If you want to go to Spagna piazza you should take a bus to get to metro and then change to a train. It will take 1 hour. Taxi is approximatelly 12-15 EUR

Staff very friendly and efficient. The restaurant serves wonderful food and at reasonable prices considering it's part of a 4 star hotel.

Although the breakfast was good there was no fresh fruit which is a problem for who doesn't like the tinned syrupy stuff. I would ave liked more information about the gym/restaurant in the room but there was nothing so had to keep asking the receptionist.

The hotel is modern and very clean.the staff are freindly and the food and drink is also very nice,we never used the leisure facillities but they looked very good also.The room was quite spacious and modern and clean.

Unfortunatley our room was on the 1st floor,in which the flooring is wooden!all the other floors were carpeted,this meant that is was very noisy with doors shutting constantly.Also we were directly above the kitchen which meant it was even more noisy!The room itself was lovely but the shower did leek and was very small.I feel that if we werent in the room we was in we wouldnt have heard so much banging but as we was it was very difficult to sleep at night.also the hotel wasnt central to rome itself but was only a 15 minut or so bus ride away which was situated at the end of the road,about 5 minute walk.

Very nice building, looks like an ancient mansion. Free parking, nice environment.

Very hot, AC is not operable during winter, and heater is too powerful and no switch to turn off. Room is very small. I've asked twin bed, they did give us that but they bind twin bed with a single sheet and single blanket, so what's the purpose of twin bed? Also wifi is only work at lounge area, not in the room. There is a sport club at underground level, before 8:30 they are very loud, but it's ok after that.

The staff were excellent. A lot of people had complained about the breakfast but we found it okay. The rooms were very comfortable with cable and air conditioning. transportation into town was easy.

Its a bit far from town but there is a bus station nearby.
