Out of city but had a regular bus just outside the hotel which was perfect for heading into the centre of the city!
Breakfast was traditional continental and would be nice to have had a warm breakfast some days.
nice location (car is a must), very quite, nice garden, free parking
Value for money, ambience, cleanliness
Outside city center
Spacious room Bathtub Big bed Big closet
-No wifi in the room, only if you seat in the loby -The room was not cleaned once during our stay of 3 days -The towels smell on dust and were dirty -No supplies were left if something was spent, like soap, coffee, tea and etc. -Nothing warm for breakfast, there is only ham and cheese as salty choice and ten types of cake
Free wifi, breakfast, and bathtub.
Receptionist not very friendly or helpful. If you are catching transportation to get there catch the 93 and make sure to cross the street because the hotel is on the left side and the sign is small and facing on coming traffic.
We came with our car, so we have private parking with very good and fast connection with Rome city center. Great breakfast, great staff and clean rooms.
There was slight peoblems with wifi in room which was on 2nd floor.
friendly and helpful staff, modern and elegant architecture, big rooms, nice view, excellent breakfast buffet, very clean. I was a bit afraid because I had seen some bad reviews, but having stayed in the hotel for three days I can safetly say non of the bad comments is true.
The hotel is pretty far from the centre of the city. Even if the buses from and to the center are really frequent (913 would comes by every 10-15 minutes until 00.00 and there is a bus (N6) even after midnight) booking a hotel at the centre is still a better choice. But if you plan on having a car this hotel is your perfect choice!
The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean with a great restaurant.
It took about 30-40mins to get to/from using the public transit but was very easy to use.
Very nice, quiet area. Very professional crew. Good, nice and tidy room. Comfortable bed.
Unacceptable high price for transfer to Ciampino Airport, arranged by Hotel (55 EUR or 60 EUR if you want to pay with credit card. Unacceptable high local taxes (6 EUR/person/nigst). Far away from Rome downtown (30 min by very uncomfortable, crowded bus. Internet does not work in room.
They need to add a duvet cover to the bed
Staff very nice, eager to help, nice room, spacious areas all around, nice continental breakfast included with juice, cold cuts, pastries galore, restaurant on site was good
internet didn't work in room, staff didn't know some things regarding directions, bus routes - this could have been language barrier - things in the local neighbourhood - but they did provide map of city center
Clean room,Excellent breakfast,friendly staff.
Shower cubicle too small and door was broken. No coffee making facility, no drinking water, tv not working. Air conditioning was not working as it is not summer(though room was advertised as airconditioned)
Grandeur and Space
Having to Leave
Good value for money. Nice garden and landscape.
No wifi. Bad breakfast for a 4* hotel. Very far from city center.
Near to Rome and easy to park in the grounds. Clean rooms and nice bathroom.Good breakfast.
Air con wasn't working so had to sleep with windows open. Our room looked over the gardens and on our last night there were several groups of people who were very noisy (including children screaming) until 1.30 in the morning. Don't think these people were staying in the hotel but using the sporting or restaurant facilities. Food in restaurant expensive and nothing special. TV kept losing signal.
The hotel advertised air conditioning but failed to mention that the air conditioning was switched off because it was "out of season" the room was roasting hot and we were advised to open the windows to cool the room down, the windows had no mosquito nets so let all the Mosquitos in and ate us alive! Also the fold up bed was knackered I had to move the mattress on the floor just so it was flat, I did not get a wink of sleep because of the heat, Mosquitos and the uncomfortable bed/floor.
The fact it advertised air conditioning but failed to mention we could not use it. Also The uncomfortable fold out bed
My room had no WiFi.
The restaurant, the pool, the grounds

No wifi in the room!! If you come mid-late Sep, swimming pool closed!! Breakfast selection is rather limited!! Bar seems to be closed all the time, the restaurant bar only open till 11pm. Far from the city.
Very good room
wi fi was not available in the room
Staff very friendly and helpful
Bar never open. Breakfast always running out. Stayed in better 3 star hotels
Friendly staff Perfect rooms Great service Incredible value for price
Distance to Center
Hotel was out of the City in a nice quiet location, lovely out door restaurant and attentive staff. On good bus route into the City.
Hotel a bit tired and dated, grund floor rooms slightly dark with no outlook, but great base for sight seeing in Rome. mind the pick pockets on the metro as we were robbed!
