Perfect location for a city trip to Naples Very nice rooms

Charges for WiFi were ridicilously high

The breakfast on the terrace overlooking naples bay is the way to spend the morning hours in naples-tasty,courteous,fabulous view. The hotel is comfortable.

Extra charges for wifi,for room with view , also it is a bit staid and old fashioned, no new fresh design concept,sort of inbetween being really old world and quaint and being modern. It is certainly neither trendy nor hip.

Location, easy to reach by walk to the Port

My room at this hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of the sea from its balcony. The hotel's staff were adequately trained, very friendly and discreet.

The internet access and Wi-Fi were not free. I would like to have seen free sunrise eggs as a breakfast choice. This hotel is par of the Starwood line, but I did not know this upon check-in.

This was not a cheap stay but the hotel did not disappoint. We had a deluxe room at the front of the hotel with a fabulous view over a small marina and the Castel del Ovo where you can find many good restaurants. Breakfast on the roof was excellent, again with a fabulous view. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom was also large in marble with his and hers basins and good shower. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly, we will definitely stay here again if we return to Naples

Most hotels now offer free wi-fi but the Excelsior is still charging. I paid €10 for a few hours.It was good that you can log in and out of this but really when you are paying a high room fee internet access should be free.

Excellent in all ways. Great location, nice and comfortable rooms, friendly and discreet staff. Wonderful al fresco restaurant on 7th floor and bar on the 8th floor, great views on Mount Vesuvius. Quiet because the boulevard below is closed to traffic. Many nice restaurants just nearby in the harbor.

We really enjoyed our stay in Excelsior Naples.Room was very clean and well equiped,breakfast was excellent.Staff treated us very well and very helpful,smiling.View from our balcony and terrace was also terrific.It is very close to center and port so that you can either stay in the city or go to islands by simply walking.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting naples and also likes luxury with reasonable prices.

WiFi was horrible & should not have to pay

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The facilities are first class. We had a seaside room on the fifth floor that was wonderful and a view that was breathtaking. Our daily breakfast was made a pleasant experience every day by Paola and Mario. Alessandro at the roof garden was more than ready to serve us our daily refreshment. The staff at the reception was professional and always helpful. The location is one of the finest we have stayed in.

We would like to see free internet access. This is not restricted to the Excelsior Hotel, it should be so everywhere.

Charme Dell' hotel. Location invidiabile.

Piccolo appunto sul garage. Sulla prenotazione il costo del parcheggio era di 26 euro al giorno. Alla consegna della autovettura l'incaricato del parcheggio ha preteso 30 euro al giorno per un totale di 60 euro.

EXCELSIOR appartiene a quella categoria di hotel ove , la professionalita' e l'accoglienza per mettere il cliente a proprio agio , raggiunge ottimi livelli . Il personale e' altamente qualificato e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza della clientela . Siamo nella categoria Top ed esistono pochissimi confronti . Complimenti

понравилось отношение персонала - доброжелательные, и предупредительные люди. хороший, в смысле вкусный ресторан на крыше с отличным видом на залив и везувий. мы жили в большом номере с видом на замок и залив, обстановка располагает для неспешного размеренного времяпрепровождения. напротив отеля замок на полусторовке, вокруг замка ресторанный "городок" - множество больших и маленьких ресторанов с морской кухней. недалеко шопинг и другие отели такого же уровня, в которых можно вкусно покушать. в отеле чисто и неоклассицизм в полный рост :)

в ванной комнате пол не моют и не пылесосят (денежку оставлял) . на русском языке всего один канал. в выходные швейцар входную дверь в отель не открывает - его вообще нет, а ветер там --будь здоров.
