Perfect location, close walk to Rapallo town, great location and views. Service excellent, Lord Byron restaurant, 5* service and price. I would not complain about anything, however lift didn't go down from 5th floor, we simply went up to 6th and down to lobby. |

Great view of the Marina and clean rooms. Outdoor pool was really nice which looked out into the ocean. Great location. Staff just did their job, nothing extra. But we didnt require much from them. Good rate for 5 star. Not all rooms have a balcony. |

This is a truly lovely hotel in all respects Lots of ' extras '. Some rather over-expensive. We knew about the non-availability of the pool and sports area, but beware of others. |

We enjoyed the luxury in the hotel, and the great view from our room, the beautiful swimming pool and the friendly staff. Rapallo is a lovely town with a harbour and some nice restaurants. Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligurie are around the corner, so great hotel to stay if you are visiting Portofino and surroundings. |

perfect location...perfect views ...most luxourios in portofino coast but rooms to be renovated and there must be coffee an tea facilieties in the room but over all a very pleasent stay in great portofino.. |

Good location, stunning views of the sea and of Rapallo town. The staff were very quick to tend to any of our needs, helpful at all times. We were on a room only rate which we understood did not include breakfast. The rate actually meant we were excluded from use of the leisure facilities, ie. swimming pool, gym. Awful treatment for the rate we paid, I have stayed in many 5star hotels around the world and never felt so ripped off and abused!! It was far from a luxurious stay to pay that rate and be confined litrally to the use of the hotel room!! |

location we stayed at this hotel purely because it advertised a swimming pool . Only to discover that you have to pay 36 euro to have access to the pool , per person per 24 hours . A complete rip off . Have never experienced this in any hotel world wide . The service is Not 5* , Front desk staff answer the telephone whilst attending to a customer, anyone in the service industry would know that this is a definate No No ?? for the price of this hotel for one night you should be able to get 2 nights at an equally nice hotel . If you want 5 star service and facilitys forget Italy , Go to Dubai ... |

I really enjoyed over there, staff, rooms and services are excellent the beach was not bad but no sand beach you can find, but the pool was better. I loved there. Beach was not so good. |

The staff were excellent - very efficient with any requests and the bar staff in particular were very friendly. The views from the sea view rooms and from the pool area are stunning. |

Excelent service, kind and effective. Great food. Rooms were good and so was the view. I had to pay more than 20 EUR for internet access. My rate didn't include access to the beach nor breakfast. These services would cost 90 EUR. |

The views from our room were fantastic. This was supposedly a five star hotel. After much traveling, we decided to go for the extra luxury. It was disappointing. The main entrance was quite lovely, but most other public areas were looking out-dated and a touch shabby, (rust, chipped paint, fraying carpets). Our room, too, did not compare with other five star hotels. |
