Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Excelsior Parco war einer der schönsten Hotelaufenthalte der letzten Jahre. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind an Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft nicht zu übertreffen. Alle Tipps und Empfehlungen des Hotels haben uns restlos begeistert. Die Zimmer - am letzten Tag sind wir noch in eines mit Meerblick gewechselt - sind groß, geräumig und äußerst komfortabel. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse geradezu opulent.Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Das Hotel verdient die Höchstnote.

Es gab rein gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Das Hotel verfügt nicht über ein eigenes Restaurant. Der Blick zum Meer ist teilweise durch hohe Bäume eingeschränkt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der (einzigen) befahrbaren Straße in Capri. Entsprechend ist der Straßenlärm störend.

Super freundlicher und aufmerksamer Empfang, sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer, super Aussicht.

The service provided by the staff was first class. They could not do enough for you. A rooms with a jacuzzi is worth the extra cost and it was lovely having breakfast in our room on the balcony whilst enjoying the views. Breakfast was fantastic.

The service!!! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night on Capri, but the service at Hotel Excelsior Parco was incredible. They reception staff as well as the waiters have been super nice (we received complimentary welcome drinks as well as a room upgrade to a suite). They also organised a great dinner at a nice local restaurant and a private boat tour around the island.

Location is a bit off the main attractions / centre. But they offer a complimentary shuttle service, that drives you everywhere.

We leisure travel extensively around the world, and price is no bar when choosing where to stay. However, we prefer places with character that add to the memories, as opposed to indifferent chain-style hotels. We spend our time outside the hotel, but like to have a comfortable place to stay. The staff here are among the warmest and most helpful we've ever met; from Andreas, the thorough gentleman who is your chauffeur (and the first person you meet), to the lovely, charming Viviana, whose smile can light up a rainy Capri day (the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine she provided on our second day also helped!). Roshan, Chamin (spelling?) and the other staff are also amazing! Warm smiles, unobtrusive and always ready to help. To address other reviewers experiences: 1. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the car that we used during our stay (during this time, Viviana helped us with things to do and offered us something to drink). 2. There was no 'hard selling' of tours or trips, in fact the restaurants & bars suggested were excellent, and the hotel doesn't make any commission off those recommendations. 3. The room was always very clean which is something we're very particular about. Stay here. Make sure you get one of the upper level rooms as other travelers have suggested, and you'll have a wonderful time. If we could have, we'd have extended our stay. Can't say more than that.

It is a small hotel. Services and quality is quite good. But, more importantly staff was very friendly.

I loved the staff members there. They were all extremely nice, smiling and helpful. A true joy to be around. The hotel is located between Marina Grande and Capri Town and there's a shuttle with a very nice driver, Andres, that takes you free of charge in either direction. They were kind enough to give us an upgrade to the already booked room and welcomed us with drinks when we arrived, on the top of the hotel, where they have a lovely terrace with a stunning view of both Marina Grande and Monte Solaro. I forgot to mention they also have a jacuzzi on this terrace. The breakfast was served in a very beautiful garden and there were plenty items to choose from. We felt extremely welcome at Excelsior Parco and thank the staff for all their support and kindness.

The service and setting of Excelsior Parco was excellent from beginning to end; the art deco interior was as beautiful as it was comfortable. But, it was the people who made the trip exceptional. Everyone was warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. As a small boutique hotel, it was a beautiful place to stay and get away from the cruise ship crowds.

Staff very attentive

Everything was great, but their staff's service and attention to detail was some of the most impressive we've ever seen.

The staff was very nice. They have a driver to drive you around. Which saves a lot of money and very comfortable. Also you get greater with a free drink and biscuits . You are given loafs of info on what to do. We were really happy with the staff and service. The only problem was we were given the room that wasn't very nice. It was 2 flours and vet low ceiling. You couldn't open the window at night so had to use air conditioning . But we only paid $210.00. So overall it was definitely a good experience. If you can get a room with a view the hotel is lovely.

The hotel has an amazing view on the beach, with a jacuzi on the roof and in some of the rooms was a very nice plus. The staff working at the hotel was amazing and extremely cooperate, they make feel at home especially Maria and Viviana, they help and advice where to go, do not hesitate to ask them. Also Andreas the chauffeur, he takes you to Capri Piazzeta and Marina Grande whenever you want. The hotel service worth 5 stars. I love it and would stay there next time.

The room I stayed inn was small and no swimming pool

Without a doubt the Hotel is set in the most Romantic environment and is perfectly placed with a 5 minutes walk from the Harbour in Capri. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and fruit and on our second nights stay a bottle of bubbly to help us celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff couldn't do enough for you, booking meals, organising trips out on boats around the island, taking you to the harbour ticket office, basically anything you want. Vivienne the receptionist and Andreas the car driver make this Hotel special. They work hard to do the best they possibly can. Take Andreas advise about the good local restaurants and you will not be disappointed. Use the room service and have breakfast in your room. The view from your balcony is breathtaking and it was the best breakfast we had had on our whole tour of Italy

Service, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good location.

FAN-TAS-TIC! This is the best vacation we ever had! Capri by itself has a unique atmospere, but in this hotel you feel yourself as a royal person. Moreover, although we've book the garden view room, the hotel upgrade us with the fairy tale room with the seaview terrace and jacuzzi. All hotel is in Art Nouveau style, it has a small lovely garden where you can have a breakfast. Free transfer to the port or city center always available.

The staff was extremly friendly and very welcome for all assistance. Nice rebuilt Villahotel with sensitive architect styl!

Our experience was the best of our 17 days in Europe. Most importantly how the staff treated us, Vivianna, Valerto, Andreas, Armondo and all. They made us feel so comfortable, they catered to our every need and became our friends along the way. Our room and our terrace were spectacular, room on the smaller side, terrace was huge with great views, which is where we spent most of our time anyway. Andreas was our driver and shuttled us back and fourth all day long! We cant say enough about our stay, we LOVE the hotel Parco!!!

We enjoyed very much our stay at the Exclesior Parco hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially Vivianna was always with a smile ready to service us and I really like to see happy faces to my holidays and not people being rude or unhappy. Very convinient the shuttle of the hotel, always there to service us for our transportations a big plus. In total it was a very nice, pleasant stay which will remember with great fondness.

The breakfast I believe could have a bigger variety and a small minus was that there was not a swimming pool.
