Location is great. Definitely ask for lake views.

It's a little tired & run down.

It was like a family run hotel, and the staff were all very nice. The location is splendid as well.

Someone should invest in this hotel and restore it

Our room was one of only three to have a balcony on the Lake Como side of the hotel, which was lovely. There was live music just in front of the hotel on two of the three nights we stayed, which we enjoyed. The breakfast was good. The small swimming pool and sunning areas were just what we needed after touring.

The A/C didn't work well--had to call down to reception each time we wanted it to come on, and many times, it seemed to be on a short timer; would stop after just a few minutes. Quite annoying. To us, and apparently, to the staff also.

The location was decent but didn't even have a view of the lake.

The rooms were very old and dirty, there were stains on the sheets and the internet was 5euros but only worked on one computer/device so if you wanted wifi on your phone you had to purchase another code for 5euros. There wasn't really a "lobby" area and the staff in the dining room were not friendly, somewhat anal. The keys to the room were left at the front where anyone could have grabbed it if they wanted since you knew if the key was there, the person was not in their room.

The balcony was great.

Key system was rather open to abuse. Expensive for what you get.

Location excellent, good breakfast, good value for money

The hotel is tired - it needs a revamp. The airconditioning worked sporadically. Shower too small and uncomfortable - no where to put the soap and shampoo.

The location was good, near the ferry. The view from the rooms at the front of the hotel looked straight out onto the street, the lake and the mountains. The rooms were large and airy and had air conditioning, the bed large and comfortable. The bathroom was large and in our room No 22 the shower had two shower heads. The added bonus of this hotel is that it has a swimming pool and small garden. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Once something ran out it was not replenished. I asked for more fruit salad as it was all gone by 8.30am when I went to breakfast and was told in no uncertain terms "Finished". This also happen when I requested bread. The gentleman in charge of the restaurant was a little surly. I didn't think a request for such a basic as bread was too much to ask for. If staying in the front rooms you have the lovely view but with it comes the noise from the bar across the road which goes on until very late/early hrs of the morning at weekends and the road cleaners blowers every morning at 7.00am. Even so I would stay again at this hotel. I loved the slightly faded beauty of the old building and the big staircase. Next time I would go early for breakfast and take ear plugs.

The location was great. We were lucky and got one of the hotels three rooms with a balcony. Lovely lake view. Love the high ceilings of the old building.

Very basic room. Hard bed. Poor breakfast even by Italian standard.

Location by lake was brilliant, shower and air con in room were great too

breakfast wasn't that great for price of room. Not much fruit, juice kept running out, drinks from machine weren't great (ie no fresh coffee). They did not check that people having breakfast were from the hotel (eg crossing off names against room numbers).

The location was excellent, very close to all ferries and buses. The room was a good size.

Just felt the hotel needed upgrading. We had a cracked toilet seat and the hair drier had started to unravel on the cord so hard to hold. The breakfasts weren't as good as the other places we have stayed in however they were still fine and we didn't go hungry.

The location is great. You are only a few metres from the ferrys and the view from any front facing room is straight onto the lake. There was very little noise both internally and externally and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical of a continental hotel. During our stay there was always someone on reception who spoke good english.

La posizione e'fantastica ,anche la vista sul lago e il comfort della camera.

La colazione !!! In Italia il cappuccino o il caffè in un bell albergo non possono essere fatti dalle macchinette! Era terribile!

Удобное месторасположение возле пристани, бассейн, красивое место. Удобно путешествовать по озеру и его достопримечательностям. Завтрак относительно неплохой для Италии.

Нет российского ТВ. Низкая шумоизоляция.

absence de climatisation ds la première chambre qui nous a été attribuée le premier soir ; coffre fort inutilisable ; pas de réfrigérateur ;

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden, Zimmer war gut.

Die Frühstückzeit bis 09:30 Uhr ist etwas kurz! In Italien erwarte ich einen anderen Kaffee zum Frühstück als diese alberne Kaffeemaschine.

le niveau de confort est vraiment insuffisant le bruit sur la place jusqu'à 2 h du matin la déco qui est vraiment d'une autre époque le prix qui n'est vraiment pas du tout en adéquation avec la prestation proposée loin d'être un 4 étoiles, une étoile suffirait amplement

La façade magnifique.

L'ascenseur unique qu'on attend 10 mn. La chambre dont la dernière rénovation remonte au siècle dernier... Les serviettes changées un jour sur deux Le ramassage des poubelles à 6h du matin... Le "souflage" des feuilles sur la place .... à 7h30 chaque matin et si on n'est pas encore réveillé..... les ferries qui donnent de la corne dès 8H00 !!

zuerst wollte man uns ein furchtbares Zimmer geben, dann, auf nachfrage, bekamen wir ein super Zimmer. es gab kein essen, außer einem italienischen frühstück. wir gingen zum il Punta wo es herrlich war

La situation de l’hôtel est très interessante avec vue sur le lac

L'insonorisation des chambres est vraiment médiocre.Le buffet du petit déjeuner est de piètre qualité.Il n'y a pas de parking attenant à l’hôtel.

A localização e a vista são otimas em Bellagio.

A relação beneficio/custo é muito baixa. O cafe da manhã é fraco e a atenção dos funcionarios muito fria em relaçao aos pedidos dos hospedes. Parece que o hotel precisa de um programa de requalificação e treinamento em geral. Como é bem localizado a frequencia é elevada, o hotel não deve estar se preocupando com o seu atendimento e seu futuro, mas o atendimento em geral é limitado. A diferença entre os quartos até o terceiro andar com os do quarto andar, que são em uma agua furtada, são bem significativas. Não tem geladeira no quarto.

situation face au Lac, au coeur du centre historique et à proximité immédiat des embarcadéres. Trés belle vue générale.

Chambre et salle de bains qui demande une sérieuse rénovation.... Manque de confort moderne général.

no me ha gustado nada este hotel , es un timo impresionante, es decadente tiene unas habitaciones con un baño pésimooooo... nunca volveré ha este hotel... y encima al principio querian acomodarnos en una habitación sin vistas... cuando yo había contratado con vistas al lago... la verdad que este hotel me ha dejado muy mal sabor de boca.
