Location. Amazing view to Palau city from the room balcony. Equipped kitchen. Near ferry to La Maddalena island. We spend here 3 nights. Charming but very old building. Low water speed in the bath. Not for long stay.

Great view from the terrace. Old appartments, not that clean. Internet was only available at the restaurant. Moreover it was 'not working'... it may have been because the password was wrong, but they couldn't find the good one... When we saw that the desktop computer of the restaurant was online, we asked to use it.

Nice view from studio 309. Service minded person from restaurant "Zio Nicola" showed apartment. Clean studio. Clean up exterior! Abandoned car and trash at entrance! New kitchen but not possible to use oven (electrical) fuse tripped! Kitchenware and cuttlery totally insufficient! Should be easy to fix by owner! No information on where to leave thrash, tv function, where to leave key etc.

Beautiful view from the terrace. Kind staff. Sheets and towels are provided. Very simple. Poorly equipped kitchenette (that is in direct connection to the bathroom). The apartment for four had only two glasses and only three knifes.

I was 10 days with my girlfriend in a Residence Excelsior Vanna Apartement in June 2012. It was just wonderful. Everything was perfect ! -) the view from the room is unbeliveable -) the personal was very helpfull, kind and nice -) the city palau is really nice and has a beautyful center -) from the apartment u can reach in short time some of the most beautyful places and beaches at sardinia -) arround the apartment it was very quiet and comfortable I can just recommend the Residence Excelsior Vanna Apartments. It was a wonderful stay and i will return for sure )))

What I like to mention is that excelsior Vanna has closed down and I actually stayed at the studio flats which was good value for money. Its a shame such an nice hotel has closed down. The owner giacomo was very nice and helpful, I had no trouble walking uphill but one would need a car for someone elderly or with a disability. The view from the veranda was simply magnifiscent, the people are nice and Palau is pretty and the beaches nice. There was a really good ferry service to Madelena island My comment is I wish I had the money to buy the hotel and run it in the best way possible. That was my wish as I went past every day!

Le paysage depuis la terrasse et la proximitédu port. Si l'aménagement est plutôt bien pensé, il est cependant vieillot et mériterait une révision. L' équipement est sommaire: une seule petite cuiller, pas de tire bouchon.....

Les vistes al mar que tenia la ubicacion Apartamento con insuficiencies de mantenimiento importantes: puertas que cierran mal, baños destartalados, aparato de calor que no funciona. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y en uno de los baños anunciados no hay wc. Es poco acogedor y no recomendable para el invierno

Sicuramente la posizione che in ogni istante lascia senza parole e svegliarsi vedere l'alba con di fronte La Maddalena e Caprera da solo vale la pena di aver fatto tanta strada.Confidenziale il referente. Diffonde al tempo stesso tranquillità e trascuratezza senza futuro???

Udsigten over havnen og til øen Madallena Virkelig dårligt vandtryk. Uappetitligt service og køkken, hvor vi bestemt ikke havde lyst til at lave mad. Meget hårde senge!

La résidence offre un vue magnifique sur les îles de La Maddalena. La proximité du port et des restaurants. Le parking. La structure est vétuste et mal entretenue. La salle de bains est trop délabrée. Les chambres sont minuscules. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Dommage car l'établissement a un potentiel énorme.
