All in all a good hotel. Upon arrival, discovered the toilet was not properly cleaned. Reported to the front desk staff who made me feel it was my problem and my doing. After that "incident", the same front desk staff shrugged off my requests (for an iron, for example). I was made to feel cheap. Too bad, because the hotel was in a good location and the beds were quite comfortable. |

The location. Ideal for station, shopping, and siteseeing. Enjoyed coming back to the Hotel - beds very comfortable - lovely linen. If there was one niggle - it would be about breakfast! There never seemed to be enough food laid out? Always in short supply, even though I breakfasted early. I did make do on two mornings with "what was left" thus leaving me still hungry! |

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff inobtrusive but helpful if required. Excellent location just over the road from the train station and airport bus stop and a pleasant 15 mkinute walk to the main square along the bustling and porticoed Via Independienza. Not really, but more non sweet and sticky breads at breakfast would have been appreciated. |

Rooms nicely decorated, updated. Beds comfortable. Slippers a nice touch. Air conditioning didn't work well. Wouldn't cool the room to the setting on the thermostat. |

This Hotel in good position for City Centre, room had tea making facilities not always found with European hotels. Staff were helpful in pointing out where to go, with out being asked, they also provided map. |

Convenient for the train as we did day trips to other towns. Hotel clean and comfortable with good facilities; everything we needed Only the lack of character, it could be any business hotel anywhere in the world, but fine for what we wanted. |
