The room was not ready when we arrived. We needed feather-free (non-allergic) bedding, and the housekeeping staff evidently had not cleaned a room of that sort, though we specified in advance and had called to remind the hotel. Many hotels have trouble getting non-allergice bedding organized . . . so this is not a big deal for us.
Nice big room, double double-glazed window, beautiful bathroom, first-rate towels, comfortable bed and sheets, electric kettle, ample breakfast, very nice staff. "Suzy" at reception was both kind and very professional (the other person on duty when we arrived was unhelpful and rude, however). We look forward to returning to this hotel---I just hope they do not raise the prices.
