Starhotels Excelsior

イタリア、ボローニアの駅前ホテル。どこへ行くのも大変便利。私が宿泊した日は大雪、でも駅までは５０ｍ苦- も無く到着。ただ、レストランが無い（地下にあるが夜はクロウズ）ため、極寒の町へ食べ物を求めてさまよう- はめに・・・・

ホテル内も部屋も広くて清潔で、ゆっくり休めました。

トラブルの多いホテルだ。鍵が機能していなくて、部屋に入れなかった。エアコンが集中管理でストップされて- いた。湯沸しポットのプラグがコンセントに合っておらず、使えなかった。これらについてフロントに連絡して- も「５分後に行きます」と返事しながら待たされたり、「人がいないので３０分待ってくれ」という信じられな- い対応であったりした。最高ランクの部屋を利用したが、間取り表示を見ると料金ほどの差はなさそうだ。

駅前で便利。部屋のグレード、使いやすさ、広さに比べ、価格が安く驚いた。安いシーズンだったのかも知れな- い。

駅の目の前で移動に便利、部屋は清潔で広く静か。宿泊に関しては何も不満はない。

レストランがダメ。パスタはボソボソで、大音量のBGMがうるさい。美味しいものを食べたければ、街の中心- 部まで行かなければならない。

オリエンタルで豪華な内装のホテル。とても寛げました！駅の真ん前なので、ボローニャを拠点にあちこち観光- するのに最適なホテルだと思います。

場所も駅前、ホテル室内も清潔で綺麗、適度に広く、完璧です。

Good location and friendly staff, railway station 50 metres and only a 10 minute walk into the town centre.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel.

A warm welcome from helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Great sized room and en-suite. Good location for walking into centre of Bologna or going to Venice/Florence/Modena for the day by train. Breakfast was good, ate out at night in town

Expensive food and drink, but plenty places to walk to in the vicinity.

Cleanliness

Only one internet point near the reception and can easily be seen from the street.

All in all a good hotel. Upon arrival, discovered the toilet was not properly cleaned. Reported to the front desk staff who made me feel it was my problem and my doing. After that "incident", the same front desk staff shrugged off my requests (for an iron, for example). I was made to feel cheap. Too bad, because the hotel was in a good location and the beds were quite comfortable.

Hotel in ideal location, very comfortable, good breakfast. Staff extremely helpfull.
