The breakfast was excellent as usual, this was my 4th visit. The hotel is quiet, although the entrance needs to be cleaned very well as, especially when sunny, it stinks.

As I said this was my 4th visit. I found many services missing since my last visit. No porter to carry your luggage from the taxi to the receiption desk, Bathrooms need a through refurbishment as the carpets in the rooms. Heathing and cooling should be manned indivitually as our rooms were very hot even though the heating systen was off.

We liked size of the room and the fact that the bed for our 4 Y.O. daughter was given for free. Breakfast was quite good.

Well, for this level of price internet could be free of charge at least in the lobby.

Only the Foyer and the Receptionist fits in 4 Star Hotel. The rest needs an urgent upgrade for a 4 Star Hotel..

The room I was in (328) has most of the wallpaper peeling off, especially the bathroom and the bathroom floor appeared to be all stained. The full choice of breakfast was never available at the same time, thus you had to wait for your favorite sweet/cake to have its turn to be brought out. The Hot Water was almost always warm and not hot, so one cannot get a decent cup (small for a tea cup) of tea. In a 3 star Hotel in Rome I had 2 hrs free internet because I booked through Booking.com, at a 4 Star Hotel I had to pay for even a few minutes use of the internet.

At the arrival the purser parked the car in the hotel-garage and delivered our luggage to our room. At the departure, the car was ready at the door, with the luggage in it. That was just great.

Price a little bit high, especially drinks

Moderne hotel med fin beliggenhed. God morgenmadsbuffet. Busstop lige foran hotellet incl. Lufthavnsbus. Store velindrettede værelser med store badeværelser!

Posizione ottimale, stanze grandi e luminose, colazione abbondante e varia

In posizione centralissima, a due passi dal centro storico ma anche dal bellissimo lungomare della città, l'albergo vanta una certa classe negli arredi e nel confort in generale. Da consigliare in assoluto.

Nessun appunto; a volere proprio cercare il pelo nell'uovo, forse si dovrebbe curare la prima colazione, "regionalizzandola". Trovandoci in Sicilia, mi sarei aspettato almeno degli assaggini dei fantastici dolci e/o prodotti locali.

Acqua appena tiepita, telefono doccia rotto, centro fitness chiuso.

È un hotel situato in posizione centralissima; peccato che la nostra camera fosse sul retro e non si potesse godere la vista della splendida fontana dei Malavoglia . Gli arredi sono sobri ed eleganti, le camere spaziose e pulitissime. Nonostante la richiesta, la lampadina dell'ingresso non è stata sostituita. Per un hotel a **** il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è adeguato.
