We were robbed on our way to the hotel and management complimented our stay entirely and gave us a bottle of wine. Kindly credit hotel with your service charge. Their service was beyond expectations. Thank you |

The location in the city of Catania was perfect for us. There was no concierge and when I went to get a boarding pass for my flight the next morning I found the lady to be unaccomidating and then she said I could use the computer for a fee. The price we paid for the stay should have been enough to cover a the lady getting a boarding pass for us as they did in all the other hotels we stayed in on our trip. For that she gets an F. |

It met nearly all my expectations There was an implication that reserved parking was available in Catania. This was not so. Free parking (white) on the road was insufficient and municipal (blue) parking was expenive. internet Info was misleading ! |

We asked for another room on our second day (as it had a rather unpleasant smell) and were given a much better room. All 4 of us found the pillows very hard and uncomfortable. One of our party asked for a softer pillow but the replacement was no better. |

La posizione centrale,la gentilezza del personale ,il confort e la bellezza della struttura. Per la categoria dell'hotel mi ha stupito trovare il braccio doccia intasato di calcare che impediva il giusto flusso dell'acqua e,secondo,la TVun pò antiquata,meglio i nuovi LCD!!!!!! |

het vertrek het ontbijt was ontoereikend; weinig keuze; slechte bediening; voor bijv een gekookt ei moest extra worden betaald. De gastvrijheid was ver onder de maat. De kamers werden minimaal schoongemaakt.Tussentijds eten bestellen was niet mogelijk. Informatie wat te doen in de omgeving was onvoldoende. Zo moesten we een taxi nemen naar het strand ,terwijl het hotel een goedkope schuttle had met een taxibe |
