The location is good. I thought the staff were very unprofessional. Some of the reception staff were very immature. The housekeeping staff were very noisy early in the morning. They even knocked and entered our room with a do not disturb sign on the door and with the door double locked. So much for the double locks. |

The large room and especially the large bathroom and shower. The staff is in transistion since there is to be a take over at the hotel. We did not get the room we were promised. Our room overlooked a construction site and the men were on scaffolds outside our window. |

Very good area...situated very close to downtown. The hotel stuff was excellent, English speakers (very rarely in Palermo) very kind. They offers us all the information we request about town, beaches, shopping. The rooms are very very noisy due to the fact they have old windows towards the street. No private yard/garden...the windows are exactly near the street. |

Room and bathroom very clean, but we stayed for six nights and they did not change the bed sheets at all (only the pillowcases). No slippers, no bathing gowns. Breakfast was a disappointment, poor choice especially for hot dishes. Cook and waiters unprofessional, we once had to wait long for some fried eggs and when they eventually brought them they were overcooked. Reception staff quite arrogant and unwelcoming. We had to wait for the room to be ready on our arrival, in spite of the fact that it was later than the agreed check-in hour. |

Everything fair, more of a business hotel, but correct by all means. They gave us a room having an interior sight view and on top of it there were works undergoing right under our window and all the noise related to it ... |

Situation Staff of restaurant noisy and undfrendly- accomodation poor/ first day no airco (32 degrees in room), second day hotel keeps disco on the street below our room until midnight, .third day normal. Contestations about the 20% discount on restaurant, the main restaurant in very bad state: to old and dusty and needs urgent renovation... |

J'ai eu une chambre avec vue sur un mur situé à 2 mètres de la fenêtre, situé sous une climatisation bruyante... Bref c'est nul comme ambiance, on avait l'impression d'être dans une cave. L'acceuil est franchement mauvais, je déconseille. |

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl verschiedenster Geschmacksrichtungen. Mehr positives fällt uns gerade nicht ein. Unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Stadtbedingt Straßengeräusch bis spät in die Nacht. |
