The location is good. I thought the staff were very unprofessional. Some of the reception staff were very immature. The housekeeping staff were very noisy early in the morning. They even knocked and entered our room with a do not disturb sign on the door and with the door double locked. So much for the double locks. |

+ staff molto cordiale e disponibile, funzionalità e completezza arredi camere, buona colazione, ottima posizione centralissima - alcune camere possono risentire dei rumori del traffico. bisogna scegliere oculatamente. nel mio caso sono stati disponibilissimi e mi hanno dato una camera alta, mansardata e di livello superiore senza sovrapprezzo. |

la struttura liberty meravigliosa e arredamento camere eccellente Uno che arriva alla reception dopo 2 ore di ritardo di aereo , chiede se la cucina è aperta (dovrebbe essere una domanda superflua per un 4 stelle hilton).....e ti rispondono.....solo piatti freddi !!!!!.......siamo allora usciti io e il mio socio e siamo andati al ristorante da voi indicatoci, Le volte in via agrigento........ |

Le cadre est exceptionnel (ancien palais), les chambres de Luxe sont vastes, très propres et bien équipées, agréablement décorées, canapé, peignoirs salle de bains en marbre comprenant douche et baignoire séparées, hôtel très calme et personnel professionnel, discret et accueillant. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent Les chambres donnant sur la via della liberta sont légèrement bruyantes en journée, il manque une bouilloire et du thé/café dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner bien que bon n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité générale de l'hôtel. |
