Very nice staff, especially Andrea! The most terrific clients service ever!

Room was a bit outdated, but we chose it from the suggested list of rooms and could get much better, but without a terrace)))

Loved it! Not the cheapest place, but you certainly get what you pay for here. Lovely, romantic design, marbled bathrooms, great staff, an extensive breakfast included, maybe a tiny bit of a walk to some of the major tourist attractions but if you enjoy walking at all it's a great area of town with picturesque streets and restaurants. So, if anything this was a plus for us.

Windows were maybe a little thin for the traffic noise on the street, however I'm a light sleeper and always use earplugs in the city anyways. Didn't bother my husband.

The hotel needs a refurbishment. The noise from the street was so bad, we had to sleep with the windows closed and there was no aircon. Tiles lifting in the bathroom, mould around the bath rim. The sole staff member in the dining room didn't greet guests, bashed the crockery while clearing the tables (to the point that I wondered what made her so miserable) and despite walking past the buffet did not top up when the food ran low or dried out from lying around so long. Dreadful.

The room is of reasonable size and is very clean. The size of the double bed is great! We have asked for a quiet room & it's indeed very quiet. The staffs are very helpful & the location is good, 20 minutes walk from main tourist attractions! Good selection of food for breakfast!

The wifi connection is really poor, can definitely do with an upgrade!!!!

First of all, the hotel is an amazing location to stay in florance. It is very closed to train station and bus station. All of the staff are very kind and helpful and all of them speak very good english.My phone didn t has very good connection on internet and the staff gave us laptop to find that we wanted. Our room was incredible. It was very big, very sunny, very clean. It had huge bed and the facilities which it offer are anazing. Music in the bathroom, comfortable bathtab. Everything was amazing. I consider that if we would like to visit again Florence we will stay there again.

Nice and big room. Speak French & English. Close to the main place of Florence (2min by foot). We land from Paris at Florence airport (5km from the city), there is a bus which land at the train station (5 min by foot from the hotel). Nice Staff.

A great hotel in Florence. The team from front desk are great! Very friendly and ready to help all the time. The location of the hotel is great, close to the Santa Maria Novella train station. This is a hotel that I probably will go back.

The breakfest table could have more options. A better wifi system would be great too, but nothing to dislike.

The hotel was a tipical Italian city-center hotel for tourists. Old, but renovated building, with nice and spacious entrance. The room was small and clean, perfect for tourists in Florence - only for sleeping. The breakfast was better than the Italian average. The location was good, just a few corners from the center. Car parking was 50 meters away in a worn, but spacious building. 20€/24 hours.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good. It is great to be able to walk to the centre and the station so easily.

It is a shame that you cannot sit outside anywhere in the sunshine and relax. The street outside my room was very noisy, especially on Saturday night.

Very well situated not far from all cultural places an with nice restaurants very close. We also got a room with a nice an rather large terass, which we enjoyed. Parking arranged to better price. We are very pleased and will use this nice hotel again. Breakfast with all you van expect.

No, not really.

From the moment we walked in the front door, we were treated very well. The room was wonderful with plenty of toiletries. We had 2 different rooms since we were celebrating our anniversary. The big suite was plush and wonderful with 3 balcony views. The only draw back from having the balcony street views were that it was noisy at night. The other regular room was nice and quiet and did not compromise on toiletries. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with scrambled eggs, pastries, cheeses, ham/prosciutto. Plenty of juices and coffee/ cappuccino etc. - perfect !! It rained 1 of the days and the hotel provided plenty of big umbrellas for the guests. All in all I definitely recommend this hotel and absolutely would stay there again!!! Loved every aspect of it !!!

Rooms are quite old.. Light is scarce..bathromm and particulraly bathtub not particulary clean.... General furniture too old for being practical... Painting at the walls just hamging somewhre , disordinately... Full of dust...
