Everyone was exceptionally helpful. Short walk from train station.
Location is ok but a little bit of a walk from the center. Noisy construction.
Delightful city, cultural and shopping experience
The hotel is awesome. Nearby many restaurants, bakeries and a ice cream café. The hotel is lovely and awesome. We had a room on top floor which was big. Bed are very comfortable. On our first day out we were given a map and suggestions of where to visit. The manager enquired the plan for the day how we were getting along and advised suitable places to visit. He himself did booking for us and ready to help us in all way. Really just so relaxing and homely.
I like this hotel totally ,especially, its staffs were highly friendly and helpfull.
I did not like the wife-service due to this system was so weak.
Location was good
Location was convenient Large well furnished room Good WI-Fi and TV
Tiny elevator Small shower
el trato y la amabilidad de todo el personal
Very helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff
Hardly to get parking place next to hotel. Therefore in 5 min walk is located parking garage.
From the minute we arrived the desk staff could not do enough to welcome us and have our luggage taken immediately to our room.On our first day out we were given a map and suggestions of where to visit. The manager enquired each day how we were getting along. Really just so relaxing and homely. Definitely recommend the Hotel Executive and hope to stay there next time in this beautiful city.
That we could not stay longer.
the hotel is beautifuly decorated location is perfect
a bit noisy sometimes, but did not prevent a good sleep You would expect more than a curtain for the shower in such a beautiful place
Best breakfast we've had this trip. Room was comfortable &'big enough. Very clean. We were not unhappy. Location was good.
Room warm and a/c never came on, no way for us to operate. Kelp door partway open due to heat & lots of mosquitos. I was bitten a lot, my husband not at all.
The rooms were nice and the staff were helpful.
Like all Italian hotels, a bit expensive for what you get! The star rating system is not the same as other areas of the world.
Close to S. M. N. railway station. Clean room with new furniture.
Reconstruction works (?) one floor below -- quite noisy. And so are the streets in front of the building. Lift only goes to the 3rd floor, then there is a pretty steep staircase to reach the 4th floor. Unimpressive breakfast for four stars.
The hotel is nice, breakfast is good.
We got a room under the roof, which was not at 4 star level. The room was very small, the furniture was not at all at the level shown at the pictures by ordering.
Great location. Good people. Worked great for our purposes.
Location, staff, comfort.
Breakfast is good, but somehow limited.
Rooms were nice we had a small balcony. Breakfast was included.
Staff was unable to make reservations at the Uffizi or the Academia. We spent hours in the no reserved line.
Location!! The Concierge, Ricardo, who made things easy. The lobby sitting area. The bathroom was luxurious!
AC weak compared to US. Room very small...no place to sit other than the bed but got great rate.
Comfortable and quiet. Easy walking in Florence so well located - also can walk to hotel from train station, even with luggage on wheels. Great restaurants locally - reception staff know where they are.
Felt a bit neglected at breakfast with only one member of staff- made it feel quite impersonal. We found this all over Italy though - minimal staff and you pretty much had to set your table with cutlery as well as doing all your standard up and down to the buffet for food , plus all the cutlery, crockery etc you realised you needed. I would go back to this hotel though if revisiting Florence
Close to all of Florence's beautiful landmarks but far enough to not be overwhelmed by all the crowds. Also easy to get to from the train station.
Breakfast. .too many pastries. Not enough simple healthy food choices available !
We only stayed one night but the hotel was lovely and the staff was very helpful.
The A/C wasn't very cool.
Beautiful hotel in historic building. Large rooms, nice period decor. Comfortable beds. Nicce bathroom. Beautiful public areas. Excellent breakfast with typical Italian fare as well as eggs, bacon etc for the North American crowd. Easy 10 min walk to train station. Good 15 min walk to centre.
Nothing. It was all good.
Staff Service Quality of rooms There is a certain charm in the way they have maintained the hotel.
