Very good breakfast included. Great english speaking staff. Well located within walking distance of all sites most would want to see. Room was clean, very large in European Standards with seating area and two baths. Good views out to streets and towards river. Would recommend very highly! Information needed (more than you can gather) concerning parking and driving into restricted areas of town just getting to hotel. Know where you are going before you drive into town. Traffic heavy and scooters reckless. Not for normal usa drivers without nerves of steel! If you've driven in a few large Italian towns with success you can do this too!

We loved everything about Hotel Executive, especially the staff! We were in Florence for a wedding and 50% of the out of town guests stayed at the hotel, providing us with a discounted rate. It was also part of our honeymoon and they sent us a bottle of complimentary champagne which was lovely! The rooms were large, ac and comfortable - couldn't ask for anything more! We would definitely return to the hotel on our next visit to Florence.

2 Bathrooms in room Smells from hotel and other restaurant kitchens beneath the hotel. Noise from all the kitchens forces you to keep windows and balcony doors closed. Only 1 a/c for 2 rooms

Daytime staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and clean. No breakfast before 7am. Night time front desk staff rude uncooperative and scary.

A very nice hotel for a two-night Florence vacation after our one-week Tuscany holiday. The location was nice; close to the major car rental companies for easy car return, walking distance from the main railway station as well as from the city centre. Beautiful room having a bedroom, working area and a nice bathroom. I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a relaxed yet classy hotel.

The staff were friendly, polite and professional. They would always help with any request. The rooms were good and the standards of cleanliness excellent. We chose a central location for ease of visiting the sites. The only problem with this is traffic noise, but the curtains and secondary glazing ensured that this was not too disturbing. The breakfast was full and comprehensive

The streets around the hotel are busy and noisy all night, we couldn't sleep good. The hotel is good, but not the noise in the street.

The staff were helpful and available. The location was good and allowed us to walk to all places we wanted to go to within 15-20 min. The hotel was loud, both from outside noises (windows not soundproofed) and inside noises from staff and other travellers. Room was nothing like the pictures on the website.

The Executive Hotel was everything I want in a hotel. Clean, comfortable, great front desk staff, and good location. Might be a bit far for some people, but I like a good walk. Ten minutes and you are at the train station and/or the center of the old town. The front desk was extremely helpful, very nice people. I would stay here again. No complaints at all.

Large room, high ceiling and paintings, old style. Very nice bathroom. A "welcoming" and nice lobby, lovely to sit down for a drink and aperitif in the bar. Nice breakfast room. The breakfast is very ok, but preferably some more different choices of meat/cheese and some vegetables would have been nice.

Let me start by saying anyone who says this place is far from anything is very lazy. Its a 10 min walk from pretty much all the sights. The river is right out side the front door. The breakfast is very good and tones of food. There is a coffee shop right across the street. The rooms are very big considering its Italy. The bathroom has a full size tub and shower by Italy standards. The staff is totally helpful and got us everywhere we needed to go. Amazing Nothing bad to write. Our experience was great.

Though it takes 10-15 minutes walk from railway station, the location and environment are excellent! I love the surrounding scenary. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quiet. I will certainly choose this hotel again when I am back in Florence.

Staff was friendly and helpful, providing dining suggestions, etc. Breakfast choices were the same every day. There were no offerings for people who need to manage their sugar or cholesterol intake.
