Hotel Executive  

Staff was so helpful and accommodating. Our room was large and comfortable with a pretty terrace. The housekeeping staff did a great job and it was immaculate. Our bathroom was large and provided many amenities in case we had forgotten anything. It was helpful to have a hair dryer provided as well. The room also had a safe in the spacious armoire and plenty of hangers, both of which were appreciated. The room had a minibar, although we did not take advantage of it. The included breakfast provided daily had a great selection and the breakfast room was clean and bright. The location is very convenient to the main areas for touring and a very easy walk to the SMN train station. We would definitely stay at Hotel Executive again when in Florence

The room was always clean. They did it very fast and in proper way.

I asked them to give a good room for one week being there and Despite that fact they gave us the room practicaly without windows and low- ceilinged, in that time there were a lot of high-ceilinged rooms, but....probably because we were from Russia ... But we pay the same money as all other people and would like to have good conditions for our holiday. Next time I will say not for the Hotel executive and will tell all my friends that story.

I did a bit of research into the hotel... But wasn't expecting much for what we were paying... When we opened the door for the first time, we were blown away by what we were getting. The whole visit was great... Nothing to complain about, and everything to amaze at (the breakfast every morning was pretty good too... It didn't change at all, so after 4 days it was a little dull with the same stuff, but was still head and shoulders above what you normally get for a complimentary breakfast). Would definitely go back again!

Breakfast was a little static... On a longer stay, you will get bored of it.

Room was depressing needed decorating Staff not too helpful. Breakfast average. Rates were Expensive,not 4 star hotel as described.

The staff were excellent, efficient, helpful and very friendly.

This is an excellent hotel for the price; there was nothing we did not like about our room or our stay. The room exceeded our expectations as we had reserved a triple room and found to our delight that the 3rd bed was in a separate room (which had a patio attached) and we had two bathrooms! The main bathroom had a towel warmer and both showers were roomy with a nice rainfall showerhead. The breakfast was great and accommodated American tastes with scrambled eggs and bacon. The hotel lobby was roomy with comfortable seating and even a piano and bar. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It is also within walking distance to the train station.

The location is great.

The internet was awful; the heating worked more like a cooler.

The streets around the hotel are busy and noisy all night, we couldn't sleep good. The hotel is good, but not the noise in the street.

Large room, high ceiling and paintings, old style. Very nice bathroom. A "welcoming" and nice lobby, lovely to sit down for a drink and aperitif in the bar. Nice breakfast room.

The breakfast is very ok, but preferably some more different choices of meat/cheese and some vegetables would have been nice.

Let me start by saying anyone who says this place is far from anything is very lazy. Its a 10 min walk from pretty much all the sights. The river is right out side the front door. The breakfast is very good and tones of food. There is a coffee shop right across the street. The rooms are very big considering its Italy. The bathroom has a full size tub and shower by Italy standards. The staff is totally helpful and got us everywhere we needed to go. Amazing

Nothing bad to write. Our experience was great.

We loved everything about Hotel Executive, especially the staff! We were in Florence for a wedding and 50% of the out of town guests stayed at the hotel, providing us with a discounted rate. It was also part of our honeymoon and they sent us a bottle of complimentary champagne which was lovely! The rooms were large, ac and comfortable - couldn't ask for anything more! We would definitely return to the hotel on our next visit to Florence.
