Best Western Executive Hotel and Suites  

Modern room ans very clean. The staff was very well educated and helpful and most of them could speak english. The maids kept our room spik and span during all our stay. There was also a great variety of choices during the breakfast. The hotel is situated just 2 minutes away from the Marconi underground which makes travelling extremely easy and there was a very good restaurant which we went to during all our stay just across the road. All in all extremely satisfied about our stay.

The only thing we disliked about this hotel was the area it is situated in, it is surely not one of the best areas of Turin, however when you get inside the hotel you forget everything.

WiFi - very slow and intermittent Location - seedy part of Turin in a red light district with rough sleepers and groups of alcoholics drinking in the street!

Well sized, modern and very clean. Extremely friendly staff. Parking at the hotel.

Lack of air conditioning. To cool and ventilate the room I had to open the window - facing the street and opposite buildings. Free Wifi, but unbelievably slow - don't bother to access your e-mails ("To many people using at the same time (sic)".

Price quality is very good. Had not much time to walk around but the first impression was that the neighborhood was somewhat rundown

In generale, sono abbastanza soddisfatto del mio soggiorno presso l'hotel. Posizione abbastanza comoda, anche se per arrivare in centro bisogna prendere un autobus o fare una lunga passeggiata. Camera molto pulita e con arredi semplici ed essenziali ma nuovissimi. Colazione a buffet normale, ma non da 4 stelle come l'hotel del resto. Comunque, visto l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo credo ci ritornerei!

Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile, ottima pulizia, ottima posizione per chi arriva in treno o dall'aeroporto, ottima dotazione nelle rooms, prezzi idonei alla qualità dell'hotel.

Buona colazione anche se ripetitiva e non variabile.

Lo specchio orientabile in bagno; e la camera davvero pratica e confortevole. Il personale sempre disponibile.

Da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Evitate di dar consigli su dove andare a mangiare. Le colline pistoiesi, a nostro avviso, non è un buon ristorante.

Il mega barattolo di nutella a colazione

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti presso l'hotel best western executive e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo!Camera modernissima,molto spaziosa con tv di ultima generazione e canali premium,bagno supernuovo ed infine una ricchissima colazione a buffet.Lo staff è preparatissimo,molto gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi problema.Un ringraziamento speciale a Serena dello staff che è stata davvero gentilissima e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa! Se viaggiate in treno scegliete questo hotel ad occhi chiusi perchè,oltre all'ottimo servizio offerto, è a due passi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova.

Ci hanno dato una deluxe anziché la classic che avevamo prenotato, senza ulteriori spese. La stanza è ampia e il letto comodo. Il bagno molto pulito con una grande doccia. Bella l'idea del bollitore in camera.

Stanza un pò troppo calda, se si lasciano le finestre aperte si sente il rumore dei treni.
