Hotel Expo Verona    

The staff particularly in the bar and restaurant were exceptional.

I did not like being so far out of verona but we chose the location for a conference at the Nicolis Museum.

modern clean hotel. location is ok if you have a car. 20 min drive from Verona

Everything was as expected. The price was very fair and service was good.

The breakfast variety was a bit small, but was sufficient for my one night stay.

Modern rooms, great staff, good restaurant.

Bottles of wine only available while restaurant is open and suite only had a shower no bath.

The hotel was great the rooms were new and clean, close to the motorway is in a calm area with plenty of parking was nice dining room staff was excellent except for one representative named Sarah who for some reason treated us is disgusting but did not detract from the goodness of the hotel

Wireless Internet service on request hotel staff for an hour to three so every time to get off at the front desk to ask for more time, a long stay at this hotel quite horrible and annoying. If you're a representative of the reception gives only an hour then you need do down every hour to ask more time which makes it really awful.

Modern, fresh and clean. Room was comfortable and well appointed.

We found this, as well as other hotels on this trip to Italy, employed computerized systems which required insertion of the room key into a slot in the room for lighting and air conditioning to work. Each system we encountered was slightly different but no printed information was ever available in the room to explain & orient guests as to how to use it. Instructions should be documented to enable guests to optimize room comfort.

Closeness to Verona Airport. Free transfer to airport. Near bus stop from city. Friendly staff. Generously sized room. Clean and modern. Great restaurant.

The hotel was quiet ok but: they supply only one key per room and charge a 5 euro deposit for every extra key Something I never meet before. They say they have a fitness room . They have one but some of the equipment isn't working well. No mattresses .No weights. No drinking water in the fitness room, no free towels and no T.v. Very disappointing if you intend to use the room.the hotel is 20 minutes drive from Verona by car

Very nice hotel stuff, good english speaking, clean and big rooms. Hotel offer also perfect breakfast.

Internet was working well but in the rainning days.

La tranquillità.

La prima stanza poi cambiata la mattina dopo, perchè con il televisore guasto e per i disabili.

La pulizia ed il confort delle camere, la colazione molto abbondante.

Rimane un pò isolato dalle attrazioni della zona, comunque facilmente raggiungibili x chi viaggia con la propria autovettura.

Mi aspettavo di più in termini qualitativi dal ristorante.

Buena atencion del personal de Servicio de Restaurant y Bar, asi como del front desk.

Esta un poco lejos del centro de Verona, y los taxis son escasos y tardan en llegar, el trafico es pesado.

Pulizia e cortesia

La prenotazione indicava bagno con vasca idromassaggio. Ma nella nostra camera la vasca non c'era. Posizione per aeroporto e/o convegni ma troppo isolata

Personale un po' "ingessato", troppo formale, sicuramente molto cortese e disponibile ma freddo

Ottimo ristorante , zona relax aperta 24 ore.

Struttura nuova e molto moderna. Staff gentile e disponibile. Molto vicina all'autostrada e alla zona Fiera. Colazione continentale molto abbondante. wifi gratuito in ogni camera!

La gestione della connessione wifi è un po macchinosa (ogni 4 ore di connessione bisogna chiedere alla reception un nuovo codice di attivazione)
