no problem with parking and wi-fi very far from the centre. though Ferrara is worth seeing. the breakfast was very poor!

Good breakfast. clean , comfortable room. good location for whoever wants to be outside the town. it is near a factory - no view. the business double room did not include anything as promised. not worth the value.there is no exec lounge.

We stayed in April and the temperature in the room was over 24 ° When we asked a lower temperature (the ac didn't worked) the reception said, "the city didn't allow to put the ac on, before a certain date". This quiet amazing answer shows that the reception wouldn’t take any action. It shows also how they don’t respect the client. The customer is treated like a silly child.

This hotel have great location and great possition for all. Staff is great, room is comfort. I Recommended this hotel. I come with my friend on marathon Ferrara and this is good for us because we have only few kilometers to run and prepare for start. See you next year!

We arrived in Ferrara at the exhibition on our car. We chose this hotel because it was conveniently located and has its own parking. The only 1 plus - good wi-fi Internet. Hotel is small, the four stars are not pulling ... Our reservation was specified number of business class, but it was the usual small room, very poor equipment, no wardrobe, no hangers for clothing - it is not very useful in autumn and winter time! In the booking has been specified - on arrival at the hotel waiting for us a fruit basket. But it was not - the hotel said that the Booking give to us old information. Minibar - only 2 bottles of water! Breakfast is very poor. Next to the hotel - just a Steakhouse, there is not restaurant with typical Italian cuisine.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet, efficient and we had two bountiful breakfasts. I was happy to be able to park for free and to bring my dog with me. The price was incredibly good value. Thank you We were three in a room and had to ask fo an extra cup to make tea fo the third person.

Cleanliness and staff kindness. Very good breakfast. Room equipment. That's a 3 stars (or even a 2 stars) equipment. For example, we had an executive ("business") room and neither one wardrobe.

Generally disappointed with Best Western hotels but this one is excellent. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended. I could not get any sound out of the tv (very annoying)

Exellent! Near the highway, idealy for overnight stop on the way from Venice to Ravenna. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast good with a lot of biscuits. Cosy room with tea/cofee set. Bottle of mineral water for free.
