自動販売機がコインしか使えなく、フロントで両替できなかった。夜食みたいなのもとかお菓子の種類を多くし- て欲しい。 部屋が思ってたより小さかった。 |

Friendly staff, the room was very modern, nice bathroom. A little far from the city centre but if you follow the time table for the bus ride to the metro station then it's ok. |

very good access with public transport. (Take busnr. 43/81 from the metro station Sondrio). Also the Shuttlebus is a good back-up. Heating system didn't work very well. (too hot) |

The room number is quite big, new furniture and good bathroom)May be for summer season it is ok. This hotel is located far from the centre, it is difficult to get to the nearest railway station, so we have spent a lot money fro taxi in order to get to the hotel from the city centre |

Very comfy and large bed to rest in after a long day exploring the city and a cosy room. We had a steaming box for tea and coffee in the room. Very friendly staff, esspecially Alina. Not far away from the hotel there are restaurants, shops, a supermarket and farmacy. The nearest Metro station is about...1 km from the hotel. A mini-bar in the room wouldn't hurt... |

This hotel was very good, officialy 3*, but similar to 4*. My best stay in Italy. It close to Centrale railway station and there is easy way to city center by public transport (underground or tramway). |

Best (included in the price) breakfast I have ever had at a hotel especially compared to what other hotels give you in Europe. Location. Was too far from attractions or metro. Also airconditioning didn't work and when told staff they kept denying there was a problem with it. |

Very helpfull front desk staff, good beds The metro station is a 15 minute walk away if you miss the shuttle bus, if you don't mind the walk great otherwise this could be a problem. We slept with 2 adults and 3 kids in a 4 bedroom and it was very tight. |

Friendly english-speaking staff, very good breakfast, nice spacious and clean room. Aprox 20 min walk from stazione centrale. No fridge in the room, no free access to the internet |

Pros: Good value for money, receptionists were very helpful and fluent in English, especially Frank. Quite city area, not so far from metro station, good restaurant nearby. Cons: The doorlock work anyhow, but I think it's problem of only ours room. Somebody broken glass in our car when it was parked near the hotel entrance on the street, so it'd be better if you leave a car on private hotel parking. |

The free shuttle from the nearest metro station. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The breakfast. The hotel is too far from the metro station (if you don't bring any car). From the metro station you have to take bus then walking. |
