The rate was good....a/c worked reasonably well....breakfast was quite adequate....we had a booking with free parking so the hotel honoured that

The wifi was charged at 9 euros for 24 hours which is exorbitant and didn't work properly anyway.....so that was a waste of money

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was excellent which was just as well as the hotel is situated in an area well away from any other eating place.

My son and I arrived at the hotel on our motorcycles and had to take tickets to get through the automatic barriers of the "supposed" free car park. Within minutes the car park security came over and told us we should park in a secure location near the guard hut. Next morning when we came to leave and found the bikes blocked by a locked chain and the guard demanding 16 euros to let them out. I went to hotel reception and complained and the young lady said that we should not need to pay and arranged for us to leave free of charge. So beware or rip off car park security.

Good location for my business needs. Also well positioned for events at San Siro Stadium. Good value for money, clean and comfortable beds

They have started charging for parking, but do not accept credit cards to pay for it! Breakfast is included, but uses a coupon system, which if left in the room they make you go back and get before allowing you to have breakfast. Plastic spoons and plastic water glasses.

Really like the staff who were friendly, English speaking and gave good and accurate tourist information readily.

Limited breakfast menu especially for those staying more than a day.

Looked good from outside, but room was a huge disappointment. Unkempt. Lamp falling off wall, pictures peeling off backing...beds not very comfortable. Breakfast very basic. Thought it was close to airport which is why I booked it...sadly, found it wasn't!!

To expensive for what it is, it's far away from de city and they don't have any reason to charge for parking.

The room was clean and modern, and the price was good. We paid only €49 for a night because we booked at booking.com

De staff at the reception were very rude and unfriendly. They were not helpful at all, very arrogant and not smiling or anything. I did not feel welcome at this hotel. At night we woke up at 04:30 AM because at the opposite of the hotel there was some farm where cocks and ostriches we're yelling very loud.

Very spacious room, good breakfast. Very handy stopping place when travelling as it is very close to motorway. Rooms well insulated.

Very expensive bar - we were charged €7 for a 33cl Italian beer - the most we have been charged anywhere in Italy. The décor is looking very battered and needs refreshing. The outside areas had not been strimmed/mowed and it all looked very untidy

The only thing I liked were the spacious rooms inherited from the previous owners Holiday Inns Express.

Simply this hotel is going down on my estimation because they are trying to "milk" their customer for every penny they can. One of the reason of my comment is that they have now introduced a charge for parking the customers cars in their ground which I think is totally unacceptable Considering that due to the position of the hotel (namely in the middle of nowhere), the only way for customers to get there is for those that have a car. The introduction of an €8,00 parking charge per night, as well as being a "rip-off" is also unfair because the extensive hotel ground has always been free for customers. Since Idea Hotels owners have taken over from Holiday Inns Express the service has been quickly deteriorating, even though the staff is trying their best to maintain a level of service as high as possible. Finally, the introduction of a "Breakfast Token" reminds me more of a "Works Canteen " or as they say in Italy " Mensa Aziendale"than a 4 Star hotel as they are trying to present this hotel.

- paying a parking in an industrial zone is not done - my airco was leaking. I told reception but they did not really act on it. - wifi should be free as in many hotels.

Additional payment for everything...tv, internet, parking So far from atm, bus stop is 10 min walk, m1 is soooo far, u need to go by bus to m1. Last bus to hotel is about 9pm. Then you need to from bus stop walking about 30 minutes.

Good staff.

Very-very poor hotel. It's located not even in Milan (but actually you can see the sign "Milano" frow your window). The safe was broken, as well as toilet doorlock. Stand lamp was torn out from the wall and didn't work. No wi-fi in the rooms. Poor breakfasts. Beds looked like they would fall to pieces under anyone. Parking place is payable inspite of huge parking and remoteness from the city center.

We were 4 adults and had booked quadraple room . the second bed was not that good and went down from middle. the room was also very congested. idea hotel should provide the second bed with maxi comfort when charging.secondly when the visitors are too much there should be increase in staff at the front office reception , cause when we arrived there was only one person attending to so many visitors at 12 night which took long time to settle which is very ridiculous.

Hotel is impossible to find. Navigation does not find the correct location, there is no signs in the neighbourhood as well. Hotel is located in the industrial territory in the middle of nowhere. Surroundings have been neglected for a long time. Grass has never been cut around the hotel. Truck drivers are the only ones using this hotel. You are charged for parking near hotel, even the parking place is huge and empty. Internet costs 9 eur per day. Overall feeling is that hotel is operating only because closing of it could be more expensive for the owners.

Nothing to like

No aircon in all hotel rooms, must need to open window, however, we stayed in the 1st floor that is not safe to open window while sleeping. We were so hot in all night long. We asked hotel about the aircon, the staff attitude is very bad. Luckily, we only stayed one night in this hotel. We will not go back to this hotel any more.

They advertise that there is Air Conditioning, and there was none. Our family slept in 28c degrees! Our child had a fever, and it rose even more in the hot stuffy rooms.

The staff was rude. The hotel is run down. This is at best a 3 start hotel, with no air condition.

We loved the size of bed, staff were kind,the room was nice and clean.

Stayed here for just one night after a soccer game in Milan. It was a wonderful little place. I was amazed at how nice it was based on the price. I didn't expect it as nice as it was. Taxi driver available in the morning to take us back to the train station.

The information I read said it was across from the soccer stadium which it was not. We opted to walk to it after the game and that was a big big mistake. With that said, it was not the hotel's fault. It was a lovely hotel and would stay again for sure.
