Room was very clean and big. It was very quiet during the night so we got to have a nice long night's sleep. Overall, very good value for the money spent!. Breakfast was not very good, orange juice tasted more like flat Orange Fanta than anything else. We ended up having to have breakfast at the hotel's bar and well we got charged extra for that.

Juice machine didn't work and they did not serve juice for breakfest. Hotel stuff in breakfest room do not speak english. Hotel garage is open for everyone, you do not want to leave your car there.

Not far from Udine city center,helpful staff, room was clean well appointed but crowded for three (it was advertised as a triple). Easy access to room with elevators. Breakfast had good selection and was included in the price. Off street carparking.

Good location, nice and clean rooms. Good choice for everyone, who is "on the road" to the North Italy. Keenly priced It was very hard to find the hotel during the night. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The stuff at reception desk should be much more friendly.

Good value for money, free parking in front of hotel, comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom. Nice breakfast. No minibar in the room, but moderate prices of snacks and beverage on vending maschine in the lobby. Hotel is very close to main roads-highway and strada statale. Hard to find if you put Idea hotel in Udine on your navigation. Hotel is in Tavagnacco! Hotel administration charged my Diners card prior the arrival, inspite conformation by booking.com. Charging for internet use in 21st century is nonsense. Absence closet in the room is not minus if you are staying a couple of days. It's a pity that their is no bench around hotel specially if you are smoker. Inside and outside of hotel is nothing for children.

Although the hotel is not far from the highway is not easy to find it without gps. We have passed the hotel twice because there is absolutely no sign (the name of the hotel) visible from the road (it was dark) and the hotel itself is surrounded by a field of nothing. There is also no signs indicating the road to the hotel from the town of Udine and even in the nearest neighbourhood. Try your luck in the daylight! And the breakfast hopeless!

This is a tipical budget hotel,and they make you suffer for it.The main complaint is that it was very cold in the room, and despite complaints to the staff over our four day stay absolutely nothing happened!!! I know that all they had to do at the reception desk would have been to hit a key on their computer,but I guess they just don't need return clients.

We enjoyed our stay,as I had only booked one night we were very pleased with the htel we asked to stay another two nights and the staff were more than helpful and sorting it out for us.We will not hesitate in booking again next time we are in Europe.

Close to highway exit. Comfortable, modern rooms. Free parking place in front of the hotel. No free internet, even no free TV!!!. You need to pay 16 euro for TV and internet per 24h.
