Oversized pillow made it difficult for me to fall asleep.

Very good value for money

Perfect location for stay overnight when driving from Italy to central Europe. We could have our 2 cats in the room - no extra charge. My daughter age 9 stayed free of charge too.Beautiful view of the mountains .Kettle in the room - tea available - no coffee or creamer.

No restaurant in the hotel.Very high temperature in the rooms. - minor problems really.

Really classy at a low price with fantastic staff.

A taxi was required into town.

The front desk staff were very friendly and patient. They had a lot of football supporters arriving all at the same time and dealt with all the questions with a smile.

from the point of our arrival until our departure the staff were outstanding in their welcome and customer care. from the director to reception staff nothing was too much trouble- good amounts of free food with drinks were given without prompting. the hotel is white,modern and comfortable and outstanding value for money too.the bar prices were similarly very competitive whilst being good quality. breakfast is plentiful and of a good quality particularly given the price of the rooms.

Lovely Modern Hotel, staff were very friendly and very efficient, room was nice and modern , bathroom was unbelieveable , and the view of the mountains just topped it off.

We stayed just for one night, nice clean room, no problem to find the hotel at night (but we looked on street view). Good if you need some place to stay on longer trip.

Breakfast was good, but we've would appreciate more vegetable and bigger cups for morning tea.

It's close to highway (Villach-Venezia), good for stop. Nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Breakfast offer should be wider, with more fresh (fruits, tomatos) and hot staff (scrammbled eggs, sausages) - but it's hard to get it in Italy

Location to terenzano

Staff ignorant - hardly spoke any english so preferred to snarl. Lamp was hanging offvthe wall with wires exposed but they did not seem interested. Requested NON SMOKING rooms and whilst my room was non smoking my sons room (alex Davies) was a smokers room and it was putrid - despite me double checking that ALL rooms were NON SMOKING The barman / receptionist on saturday night was fantastic - he was pleasant, accomodating and polite
