We arrived tired to be met by friendly, helpful staff and a very clean and comfortable room Being close to Venice, on arrival we were asked whether we would be visiting the the city, and as we were, we were given train times, maps, and helpful tips. Also, being able to buy train tickets from the hotel was very convenient. Return tickets to Venice were 9€40 for two of us and it was under 10 minutes to walk to the station. We hadn't bothered to take a laptop so the computer with internet acces was very useful too. Breakfast was a little disappointing but satisfactory. |

The staff were excellent,very helpful and organised.The breakfast was good and the price was good value.The location was perfect for a train trip to Venice. |

Room was comfy, quiet and clean (carpet could use a cleaning). bathroom was spotless. great shower and the fridge and safe were a nice addition. the restaurant next door serves great pasta and pizza at very reasonable prices (delicious and cheap!) lots of trains to venice and only a twenty minute ride. it was a little farther from the train station than i had anticipated and some of the street signs were not well marked making for a few anxious moments trying to find our way. there are no buses or taxis if you have a lot of baggage.there was no internet in our room (we were a long way from the reception) and i had technical problems connecting when in the lobby. |

The hotel was very welcoming warm bright and clean,The room itself was faultless,very comfortable clean and tastefully decorated,there was one gripe,if im going to be picky,and that was there was no kettle in our room,but im certain if i could have been bothered to mention it to reception they would have got us one.Which brings me to the reception staff.They were as kind ,helpful and personable as you could wish for and a big thankyou to all of them for making our stay so pleasant.The hotel is ideally located for the train station from which there are frequent trains to Venice which is about a 25 minute ride away.We will be back! |

nice rooms at affordable price. recently renovated. quite atmosphere. walkable distance from Aquino d quantro stn diurects link from venice mestre stn 15 minute rail travel for just euro 1.80 . hospitable staff . dinner available in nearby rastaurant for just euro 5/= enjoyed a lot. no 1 knows about hotel location. no bed tea or hot cattle in rooms. |

The rooms are clean, with a nice design and new furniture, not very spacious, but the size is ok, the bathroom is also nice and big. I also liked its surroundings, its location is in a kind of a residential district or a nice small village, not very close to Venice, but not very far also (25 min by train). A good hotel for the price we paid. The hotel is a little too far from the railway station (15 min by foot), windows cannot be opened and that's why there is no fresh air in the rooms, even if the air conditioned is on, breakfast is ok, but not fantastic, there are no fresh vegetables (and if you go after 9 you might not find all the food that is there in the morning). |

Good value for money. Renovated hotel in a quiet place with normal size rooms, TV, wi-fi, fridge, air conditioning. Excellent personal, no problems with english. Good location to get to Venice. Normal breakfast. Parking. GPS coordinates on booking.com are not precise. Room was clean but there were some black stripes on walls, not perfect. Ventilator switch in bathroom was broken. |

Free parking, breakfast quite good, staff is very helpful and polite. Very good for visiting Venice and traveling across the Italy, like we did. Also close to Lido di Jesolo for going to beach by car (25-30mins). Situated in a small town close to highway, market across the road, few restaurants. Cleaning is very good. Excellent value for a small price. Windows can't be open and the room lacks some fresh air. No Internet connection, but it seems to be available soon. |
