Receptionists were very kind and helpful giving directions. The hotel is very cheap and it is quite comfortable. We could not regulate the temperature of the room. Apparently, the heater did not work properly.

The breakfast was rich taking into consideration the price of the room. This hotel's cleaning service has to be improved urgently.Some windows can not be properly shut. The curtains are very dirty and the rooms haven't got war drops.

Nice rooms and good breakfast for a very good price. Free parking right next to the hotel, great for traveling by car. The hotel charged an extra amount on my credit card (through the data filled in booking.com) and referred that would take 30 days to return the difference.

Used hotel for one night stay travelling through Italy. Reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful with guidance on how to get into the centre, where to catch buses, where to eat etc. Corridoor carpets were a little shabby but our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Can't comment on what a longer stay may be like, but hotel met our one night needs perfectly. There was some sort of police convention on at the hotel so we certainly felt very safe and secure having breakfast there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well all points go for a very good accommodation opportunity for visitors in Turin. Car park is free and saves you alot plus internet is free which is also good. Other than that you should know that the most magnicifent breakfast will await you.. That was awesome and we really enjoyed with that. Finally Idea Hotel Torino is the best deal that money can purchase... Location is not well suitable if you are willing to walk for PO river around goodness but buses are frequent anyway. Grab one of them..

La colazione era ottima: una gran varietà di dolci e un' ottima scelta di salato, tutto molto gustoso Ho soggironato nella camera 519: pulita, ma nel bagno c' erano macchie di infiltrazioni sul soffitto, come pure parte di questo era scrostato. Non penso sia così difficile da sistemare, non fa una buona impressione

Hotel moderno, bello, molto confortevole. Camera grande, con balcone. Ottimo rapporto qualita'-prezzo. Davvero lo consiglio. Parcheggio gratuito sempre disponibile!! Abbiamo soggiornato qui anche per la vicinanza al Palaolimpico, per un concerto. Colazione abbandonate. Ottima insonorizzazione! Canali sky. Tutto ottimo. Unica "cavolata": mancava un comodino...

A parte il riscaldamento a gentile richiesta, a parte il pagamento anticipato (5 gg.) di tutto il soggiorno, e relativo addebito su carta di credito, a parte il televisore con trasmissioni a singhiozzo, causa analogico, a parte il lavabo del bagno con rubinetto per mancini. Per il resto tutto bene.
