The staff was extremely nice, friendly, welcoming. The room was spatious, big bed, wi-fi access, big bathroom. Great breakfast, the chef went around greeting the guests and checking if everything was ok, you can order coffee (besides the long american coffee available in the buffet), home baked sweets - excellent. Gave us the map of Turin, bus is right in front of the hotel, it takes you about 30min to get straight to the centre. Una sorpresa veramente piacevole, alto livello di comfort ed ospitabilita'. Some spots of dump - mould on the bathroom ceiling and if they do not maintain the rooms - bathrooms properly, they might star to to show signs of wearing out. So far it is still very good. |

Staff very friendly and helpful, both at reception and during breakfast. Excellent location when going for a match at Olimpico Stadium. Good breakfast, Clean and spacious rooms. Quiet location. Important to have a car to visit city centre. Parking not a problem. Room was given to us immediately even though we arrived at 13:00. Very good value for money. Everything was perfect! As to question 4, all apply, rate, location for our purpose, reputation and also it wasn't our first stay at this hotel. We'll definetly go there again when visiting Turin! |

Comfortable, clean and good value for the money. Adjoining family rooms are perfect for family stay. Neighborhood not great and not so close to town. |

Welcoming and helpful desk staff, excellent breakfast and table staff. Very hard to find from Autostrada, not enough signs, directions on Intrernet not very clear.Garage not available on return visit. TV in room not functioning on return visit but we were given a change of room. |

Clean and airy room with coffee facilities. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of quality food. Friendly staff who were helpful on sightseeing ideas. 45 minute bus journey into city centre, although bus-stop is very close and it's only 1 euro each way |

free parking at 3mt from the hotel, in 20 min you will be in the city center by bus we met a young group of boys (a football team), very unpolite and stupid. I think the hotel staff has to manage noisy and not kind situations created by people not aligned to the civil living style |

Quiteness of the room the room toilet was dirty(mainly the floor). There was a constant leak without flushing the toilet. TV malfunction(slow ). Only one night table. Foot lamp broken... Far away from the touristic area |

the reception staff were very helpful, they provided us with maps and all relevent information on public transport etc. the choices at breakfast were also very good. perhaps a choice of daytime, evening snacks (other than pizza) would be good. |

Esta mas o monos bien, esta un poco apartado del centro y si no tienes coche estas bastante lejos. Te cobran directamente de la tarjeta, no nos dieron la opcion de pagar en efectivo. |
