Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, very good connection to the center

Only there is no lift, but not that important

It was a cheap place, two twin beds pushed together, which seems to be the norm for Italy, and not much room around the bed to move. The shower was powerful and clean, the toilet clean too, and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a great place to rest your head after a long day of siteseeing especially if you are on a budget. It's about a half hour walk to the colloseum. It's also very close to termini station, and the photos on the page are what you get... a room with a bed.

The area is a little bit dodgy, if I had been there on my own I don't think I would have liked to have walked back to the place alone, and the walls are a little thin, we could hear the room next door quite clearly though the walls. But otherwise for a budget place it was great.

Excellent value for money! Very clean, spacious rooms, breakfast is in the snack bar next door - better than we could expect (especially if they send you to Via Eugenio place!!). Staff is very nice and helpful! Thank you!

Room was clean staff was help full. Room is tiny but clean and enough for sleep. Very quite for a hotel at centre. About 10 minutes walk from Colosseum and in fact the hystorical centrum is walkable. It tooks an hour to walk from colosseum to Vatican and it is allways something to look between.

Nothing. It is a decent small hotel for good price. Ideal for sleeping but for nothing else.

close to metro stop, clean room, always had hot water and good pressure even though we stayed on the top floor, friendly staff.

breakfast was at a cafe down the street and only one coffee and one croissant, no lift, no phone in room, air conditioner was extra 10 euro to use, our bed was one frame two mattress', so we would have to push them together durring the night when one of us would go throught the gap. toilet was very loud, very small bedroom and bathroom, though the shower was a good size. over priced for what we got!!!

Close to the center

Not all the staff was friendly and helpful. Some had attitude when asking a question. The room was not clean even though they clean them everyday.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, non-smoking rule observed, good location (15-20 min. walking to the railway station, some of the sightseeings also in walking distance), good transportation facilities. Good value for money.

Avoid the last floor - 5th or 6th (no lift and narrow stairs). Sometimes in the morning there was no hot water. Obviously it could not reach the upper floors when everybody was taking shower in the morning.
