Отель 2*, маленький итальянский бизнес, персонал очень доброжелательный, расположен недолеко от вокзала. лифта нет и лестницы крутые, завтрака нет, утром предлагают чай/кофе и выпечку в близлежащем кафе |

Доброжелательный персонал, удобное месторасположение, близко к метро, рядом супермаркет, маленький болкончик в номере. На фен, имеющийся в ванной лучше не рассчитывать. Предупреждать об отсутствии стандартных розеток, имеются только тройные и одна двойная в самом неудобном месте. |

Действительно хорошо работает кондиционер. Отель в 10 минутах пешком от Термини. Остановка автобуса в минуте хотьбы. Из пяти человек персонала лишь один говорит п английски! Это совершенно не удобно. Завтрак предлагают в кафе на соседней улице. Для этого нужно взять еще и ваучер, только лишь при предъявлении которого в кафе Вам предложат завтрак - кофе и булочка.За девять дней завтракали там один раз! Расположение не плохое, но... Этот район полностью заселен выходцами из Китая и, как мне показалось, Бангладеша. Соответственно, если Вы хотите видеть рядом итальянцев, а не чувствовать себя в Чайна-Тауне, рекомендую выбрать что-либо иное. Полотенца меняют (по правилам отеля) раз в три дня. Я спускалась и просила их сама. Уборка номера - не каждый день. |

Отдыхали с маленьким ребенком, которому 4,5 годика. Очень хороший отель, персонал тоже. Можно оценить не как две звезды, а все четыре и даже пять. Номера просторные, чистые. В номере есть душ, туалет, горячая вода. Очень подходит семьям с детьми. |

понравилось, хорошее отношение персонала, то что есть чайник для чая и т.д. хотелось бы иметь интернет в отеле и завтрак в госинице, а не идти через квартал для того, чтобы иметь булочку и кофе |

I did not like anything about Family House. I left Family House to find accommodations in Trasteverre which made me feel safer and more comfortable. It was not clean, the room looked like it had not been swept clean in weeks. It did not appear to have been wet moped in quite awhile. The sheets on the bed did not appear to be clean either. I was extremely disappointed in choosing this hotel. |

This is the second time we stayed at Family House, so you can probably judge that it's ok by the fact that we returned. This time it was just for one night before flying out, so it's location near to termini was fantastic for us. We had a different room this time, right at the bottom of the stairs, so no heaving heavy backpacks up the stairs. |

Hotel was close enough to walk to Colosseum. Room had small balcony which was nice to get a bit of fresh air. Hotel was not in an area with many nearby restaurants. Parking very hard to come by. Breakfast was one pastry and one drink; not really a "breakfast." |

15 min to Coloseum by walk, as well as 15 min to main station. Friendly staff, secure and pleasant hotel. It s the best you can get for your money in Roma There is no Wi-FI |

Great location, almost city center, real close to metro station Manzoni 5min, 20min walking to Termini. Good idea was to have breakfast in cafe nearby. Stuff was really nice, handled all problems that we had. I recommend this B&B. In our room kettle was missing, but it was just a matter of asking the stuff and issue has gone. |

I might say that the friendly staff was the positive point of this hotel. Even some of them not speaking english, they tried to be all time helpfull. Despite the friendly staff, this hotel itself was too simple and its neighborhood was not at all a place for being as turist, no restaurants near, all day dirty and quite dangerous at night. |

It was a cheap place, two twin beds pushed together, which seems to be the norm for Italy, and not much room around the bed to move. The shower was powerful and clean, the toilet clean too, and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a great place to rest your head after a long day of siteseeing especially if you are on a budget. It's about a half hour walk to the colloseum. It's also very close to termini station, and the photos on the page are what you get... a room with a bed. The area is a little bit dodgy, if I had been there on my own I don't think I would have liked to have walked back to the place alone, and the walls are a little thin, we could hear the room next door quite clearly though the walls. But otherwise for a budget place it was great. |

The location is convenient (10 minutes from Termini station and 15 minutes walk from Colliseo, also close to metro stations). The room was very quiet and the beds were good. The breakfast is nice - a coffee or capuccino and a fresh croissant in a bar nearby. There was a problem with the hotwater, but it was fixed. Although acceptable, the cleanance could be better (it's a little bit superficial). |

Excellent value for money! Very clean, spacious rooms, breakfast is in the snack bar next door - better than we could expect (especially if they send you to Via Eugenio place!!). Staff is very nice and helpful! Thank you! |

Room was clean staff was help full. Room is tiny but clean and enough for sleep. Very quite for a hotel at centre. About 10 minutes walk from Colosseum and in fact the hystorical centrum is walkable. It tooks an hour to walk from colosseum to Vatican and it is allways something to look between. Nothing. It is a decent small hotel for good price. Ideal for sleeping but for nothing else. |

big and nice furnitured room, we had a room with a cute terrace, quite and cosy we had double room, which was actually twin with beds put together - they do not have king-size beds, only single beds! no internet even for charge |
