Lo Staff molto gentile,le camere ben arredate e curate. Ottima la pulizia nelle stanze e seppur essenziale niente da ridire sulla colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! L'unica pecca è aver avuto accanto a noi una stanza fumatori..e purtroppo la puzza di fumo si sentiva nel corridoio.

śWietny klimat, świetna restauracja ( najlepsza pizza jaką jedliśmy we Włoszech ), balkon z widokiem na wulkan, wanna z hydromasażem w łazience, dobra lokalizacja, przemiła Pani z Polski która pracuje w tym hotelu. Rewelacja ! Obsługa słabo umie angielski.

Ottima l'accoglienza, staff molto gentile e cordiale. L'hotel è situato in una zona abbastanza tranquilla e il centro di napoli ed altre mete turistiche sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina La colazione è base, dovrebbero aggiungere qualcosa.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente otttimo,vi ricordo chè sempre un 3 stelle,a differenza di altre recensioni,non si puo pretendere piu di quello che offre già,ottima posizione tranquilla,letto ottimo,camera dotata di servizi,tv lcd,frigo bar (vuoto),così uno puo mettere quello che vuole a sua scelta e senza dover pagare bibite con cifre esorbitanti come in altri hotel,di fronte cè il ristorante pizzeria,ma non so come si mangia.il personale per quanto mi riguarda è professionale accogliente e caloroso gentile,come la gente di Napoli del resto,per brevi soggiorni 2/3 gg,lo consiglio. Unica pecca,è il bagno,dove alcuni accessori erano rotti;tipo tavoletta e saliscendi doccia,se proprio vogliamo entrare nei dettagli,particolari cmq risolvibvili.

La vasca idromassaggio, sky, letto comodo e riscaldamento in camera Personale alla reception scortese e scostumato. Guardavano la mia ragazza in modo spudorato e senza curarsi della mia presenza ed ho avuto la sensazione di un hotel ad ore. Squallido sotto certi aspetti, parcheggiatore invadente ed obbligatorio, fuochi d'artificio e musica alta fino a tarda notte. Non credo ci tornero'

Camera curata, piccola ma pulita. Staff molto disponibile. Ho lasciato, per mio errore, le chiavi fuori dalla porta tutta la notte e non ho avuto il minimo problema.

Staff was very friendly and was helpful well beyond the call of duty.. The fellow manning the desk when we arrived deserves special commendation for the assistance he offered.. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport & it was, sort of [nothing in Naples seems to be easy to get to including the airport from a supposedly nearby hotel]; however, the part of Naples where the hotel was located seemed pretty dreary.
