Quiet place, excellent location near metro stop and Vatican, good breakfast spread, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, our's had a beautiful stylish bathroom. Smallish room - which seems inevitable in big European cities unless one is prepared to pay a fortune. |

the stay was very good and the staff very friendly. They had a answer to every question. The atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and pleasant . We did have a problem with the beds. They were too hard to our taste! |

My wife became ill during the stay and the staff went out of their way to make her feel better and even extended our stay to help. The personal attention was better than I have ever recieved at a hotel. Even the basement rooms were very nice, but the basement smell could go. |

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, nicely decorated with class. Breakfast is delicious, the breakfast area is situated on the roof terrace with a superb view on Saint-Peters dome. There is a problem with the heating system: it was simply too hot in my room (the room where the children stayed was cooler) and I could not adjust the temperature. The only solution was to sleep with open windows so I was awakend by the traffic in the morning. Perhaps the management of the hotel has cold feet, because overall it was rather warm in the hotel (eg breakfast area). |

Very good breakfast - located on a pleasant terrace; politeness of hotel staff; good location (about 10 minutes walking to Piazza dei Popolo), easy to find a parking place. A little bit pricey, compared to other hotels where I stayed in Italy |

Excellent choice for us. The location was next to a metro stop and walking distance to the Vatican. If you have a baby or small child that needs to sit in a trolley you have to carry the trolley up and down stairs many times, to hotel entrance door and up and down stairs to metro (subway). This is a not a problem specific to this hotel, but to Rome in general (more than any other city I have been to) |

Alessandra and Marco were excellent. We really appreciated their recommondations for good restaurants. They were kind and caring. The Breakfast was good, and the roof top deck was really nice for breakfast. They did everything to help make our short stay enjoyable and both my daughter and myself appreciated this. R and BJ from Toronto. The rooms were small for the money, but this is expected for Italy. |

It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you. Staff was very friendly, helpful got us a last min. tour to vatican |

The staff was extremely helpful, and the room was very nice, with a nice private patio for us to enjoy. The location was also very convenient to the Vatican and the metro, and was within reasonable walking distance of the Spanish steps, etc. It was also in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The hotel's breakfast was good, and served in a pleasant breakfast room with a view of the dome of St. Peter's. The mattress was too firm for our tastes, and the room did not have a coffee maker or a clock. |

The notel staff were very friendly and the breakfast were very good. The hotel was clean and well placed for the vatican. It was also in a quiet location. The triple room was very small for 3 people and we did not feel that at 600Euros for 2 nights it was value for money. I would not stay at this hotel again becauseof this and because it was too far away from the nightlife. We had a 45minute walk home each night back to the hotel if we wanted to stay out late. |
