location and private car park owner really try his best to help around. hotel is on the main road but hard to find as have no signs hotel owner is not always accessable by phone room are complete run-down. good for only 1 night on the way...

We have enjoyed a lovely and worm hospitality. Mr Guicciardini was really kind and helpful. The accommodation was clean and cozy for six persons, perfect for families as well as couples. The location was extra super inside the wall of San Gimignano. I strongly recommend it.

Location, location, location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lots of cobwebs... The cleaning could definitely have been better. Very dated as well. The room was also unbelievably hot as it was a warm weekend but without airconditioning, that's what you're going to get. It was cheap but really should have been even cheaper, considering the standard.

Ideally situated at the entrance to the historic centre of San Gimignano. Everything required for self catering was provided. No parking on site other than for unloading luggage was the only downside - although there is free parking within a 10-15 minute walk.

The location was excellent; very close the old city center. The apartment was 14th century, and typical Toscany style. We had living room, kitchen two bedrooms and of course bathroom, all very reasonable price. The other towns Sienna, Florence and many other towns are all around. The traffic was little noisy. There was no aircondition. But it´s ok.

The location was excellent, just inside the Medieval wall. The bed was the best one I found in Italian hotels. The owner gave us his self made wine as welcome gift. Nothing to complain from my point of view. People may not like the fact that it is an apartment and not really a hotel with all services included. Another point is that checking-out after 19:00 may be dangerous since you may not find the personnel.

Ótima localização e ótimo atendimento por todo o staff da Fattoria. O ralo do chuveiro não estava drenando direito. O apartamento tinha um leve cheiro de lenha queimada por causa da lareira na sala.

L'appartamento era molto caratteristico, ampio e soprattutto pulito. L'affaccio è su una piazza molto carina all'interno del paese. Staff disponibile e prezzi adeguati. Lo consiglio.

Очень удобное расположение (тихое место, одновременно центр), нормально укомплектованный номер. Трудно найти, вывески нет. Мы спрашивали у местных, повезло, быстро подсказали. Рекомендую сделать заранее распечатку из Google.

Subito fuori Porta S.Matteo con appartamenti ottimamente ristrutturati, una delle ns.stanze affacciava entro le mura. Questa situazione ti da la possibilità, volendo di pranzare o cenare in casa (medioevale) e tornare a passeggio nel medioevo, in tre passi. Bellissima scoperta!!! Dovrebbero consentire o attrezzarsi per il parcheggio

Tres bon emplacement sur l'enceinte même de San Gimignano. Appartement tres spacieux. Accueil charmant du proprietaire Quel dommage que le matelas est été en si mauvais état. On sentait tous les ressorts dans notre peau! Je n ai jamais dormi sur un aussi mauvais matelas de ma vie!

Grote kamers, nette keuken, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel (goed Engels sprekend), dichtbij het centrum, centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes naar O.A. Siena, Volterra, Florence, etc. Kortom: zeker voor herhaling vatbaar Als er al iets te noemen is dat wat minder is, is het de parkeermogelijkheid. Het binnenplaatsje is gereserveerd voor bewoners (je kan wel de koffers in/uitladen). De eigenaar/receptioniste wees ons echter op enkele (gratis) parkeerplaatsen waar we vrijwel iedere keer konden parkeren. Dit was 2 min. Lopen.

Accoglienza molto famigliare ma professionale, se hai problemi di orari ci si mette d'accordo per le chiavi. Posizione ottima per san Giminiano, anche per parcheggiare l'auto L'ingresso indipendente consente di entrare e uscire a qualsiasi ora. Giudizio molto positivo Non ci sono tende per oscurare I vetri, non pensate di dormire a lungo al mattino! (O portatevi una mascherina)
