Poor service WiFi didn't work Very poor lounge facilities e.g. chairs table etc No kettle or microwave and very little cooking facilities Overall a very dissapointing experience and we would not recommend them

Location very good . Lovely area for cycling particularly to A fahouse Poggio Alloria ... Gorgeous

The weather was a bit cold at times but we were able to turn on the heat which was great

The service was excellent, the location was perfect and meant we were a minute away from the San Gemignano centre making it lovely for early morning coffees and dinners.The apartment was extremely spacious and clean. It was a perfect place to stay.

Beds were a little hard.

Located in a really old building, just adjacent to the whole medieval town. View on the valley from the windows. Amazing hotel in an amazing place.

Wonderful location within the walls of old town san gimignano. Spacious apartments with loads of charm.

The location to the old city is fantastic. Bathrooms are very clean and modern. We didn't use it, but it does have a small kitchn in each room. Very old italian style Villas. The bed was really quite comfortable as well.

There is no parking. The owners speak little to no English which can be a challenge for english speaking customers. We had two rooms and both could use no sofas and rugs.

It's really nice place, close to the town gate. A big living room, the kitchen, bedroom on the second floor and the balcony with chairs. Take a glass of wine and be happy!

Good location , easy to find The apartment is located in city wall

Its location was just outside the town gate which was great. The apartment was VERY spacious and comfortable. Sofa bed was very comfortable.

Would have liked a toaster in the kitchen and maybe a microwave, otherwise we had everything we needed.

Everything! We had plenty of room and great location. Very pretty courtyard and very friendly.

Very simple to arrive at the hotel and great location. Even though it says no parking available, they have a large interior private court and let us park for free and that was a definite big plus. The room was large and comfortable and bathroom and hot water more than adequate--no a/c but they put in a portable fan and it was very comfortable even in July. Small fridge and kitchen we did not use but could come in handy.

excellent location, right outside San Gimignano walls. We booked an appartment with one bedroom - the rooms were big and the kitchen had everything we needed

the appartment - even though it had a sort of old rustic charm - wasn't clean and needed renovating. The TV was small, very bad reception(we wouldn't have noticed but our friends' daughter loves her morning cartoons). The worst part was sleeping(actually not sleeping) without air con when it was almost 40ºC - there was a fan in the room, but it didn't help

Our apartment was huge and completely charming - slightly rustic but exactly what you would imagine in a Tuscan setting. The staff made us feel like welcome guests and the location was perfect - it was amazing to walk out our door into the streets of San Gimignano.

We stayed in the middle of a heat wave, so in a perfect world we would have had access to a pool or a private outdoor patio in the evenings, but that didn't stop us from wishing we had booked a week instead of only 2 nights.

Second time I stayed there and would stay again, no doubt. Place is spacious, nicely furnished and clean, Great location, just a couple of meters from city entrance. Very good price for a very good combination of comfort and location - I recommend it with no restriction. And you are received with a nice bottle of chianti!

Una ventaja es la cocina, chimenea y el acceso. Al lado de una de las principales entradas al centro histórico.

El desnivel que hay del baño a la cama...un poco accidentado...

Eh a segunda vez que me hopedo na Fattoria e considero o estilo rustico dos apartamentos muito acolhedor. A localizacao eh otima, jah que fica na porta do centro historico e uma das entradas do Hotel dah acesso direto ao Centro Historico. Recomendo a estadia, principalmente para grupos, fica muito em conta.

O chuveiro apresentou problemas, a porta de um dos banheiros nao fechava direito e as nossas roupas ficaram com cheiro de "moveis antigos".

L'ambiente rustico e ben conservato

Scarsa reperibilità del titolare. Se la sera per disgrazia rimani chiuso fuori dalla camera preparati a cercarti un albergo perchè al telefono non rispondono. Fate attenzione perchè è una casa vacanze e non un hotel per cui occorre portarsi tutto, anche il sapone.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni da sogno, posto incantevole: in pieno centro storico ma non rumoroso.. assolutamente da tornare

Pas de réception permamente. Il vaut mieux telephoner avant d'arriver afin que quelqu'un se rende disponible.

La posizione,la possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze anche non a pagamento,l'ampiezza dei locali della casa

Le reti dei letti sono ancora reti a molla,c'é un solo bagno a disposizione per 5 o più persone,andrebbe curata un pò di più la manutenzione dei servizi igienici(leggi bidet)

Ottima la posizione nel centro di San Gimignano. Molto bella la casa e la sistemazione degli ambienti. Comoda per visitare la città e altre località.

L'accoglienza da parte dello staff è ottima. Gli appartamenti sono tutti molto belli ed in posizione centralissima. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale e del proprietario della Fattoria Guicciardini. Consigliamo vivamente a coppie con o senza figli il soggiorno in questa struttura.
