Close proximity to the historical center yet quiet and private. The courtyard and surrounding buildings are beautiful. The hotel staff was friendly and non-intrusive, also informative. The bathroom needs to be updated and it would have been great if there were parking in the courtyard or closer to the hotel. We parked in P3 until we realized there was free parking along the side of the road out of town. |

There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Being built into the wall surrounding the village meant that it was very convenient for everything there. It was very noisy in the evenings. There is a restaurant below it on one side and on the other is a gathering place for local people to chat and smoke. It didn't go on too late into the night, though. |

I liked the fact that it was in a great location to the square and close to everything. The only thing we didn't like was the fact it was not east to find. |

It was spacious. Bathroom facilities not great for 4 people. Shower was blocked and basin leaked. Never anyone at reception. Did see someone once and reported it but nothing was done |

The apartment is part of a charming old palace and had a wonderful view of the garden. It had been imaginatively renovated and was full of character.The kitchen was basic but adequate for our requirements.A toater would have been a bonus. |

La ubicación en el centro del pueblo junto a una plaza muy tranquila. Los apartamentos no son todo lo confortables que aparecen en las fotografías. Después de haber estado allí a todos nos pareció que hubiera sido mejor un hotel o una casa rural. Hay que tener en cuenta que San Gimignano no tiene nada de vida por la noche (por si alguien busca tomarse algunas copas) |

Es muy amplia. Tiene solera y está bien decorada. Es una ca de pueblo, manifica, pero para pasar mas días de los que estuvimos. Muy bien. El colchón de una de las habitaciones de matrimonio era un poco viejo y se le notaban los muelles en exceso. Eso deben mejorarlo. |

el encanto de la Fattoria. Es una casa antigua en el muro de la ciudad y que da a la plaza de San Agustín. Mariela, la chica que gestiona la Fattoria, muy eficiente. |

ubicación, tranquilidad, amplitud del apartamento y trato del personal. no dispone de parking y el mas cercano te cuesta 15 euros diarios, el apartamento solo tenia un ventilador y hacia mucho calor. |
