Price Lack of menu choices for evening meal and the quality was lacking for the inflated prices. The location was a long way from town and with a hotel of this size should have Wi-Fi in rooms.

Location is great! I really did not like that you can hear every single noise from the neighbor room, from the room above yours etc! Noisy!!! Very noisy all night long crying baby and every snore sound from a room next to my room!!!! I did not like that you can not close the doors to a balcony properly and that it would be a very easy task for a burglar to enter. The bathroom window did not work as well. I did not like that you can't buy cigarettes anywhere in 2 km radius. I did not like that there is absolutely no warm food for breakfast (omelet or sausage). I did not like that the reception has forgotten to make a wake up call earlier requested. The tennis rackets for rent are BAD.

The hotel is near to the seaside and to a wonderful nature reserve, however it has the feel of a country mansion and it allows guests to use two open air swimming pools with guest activities. It is possible to rent bicycles to reach the seaside. There is a choice of restaurants during the high season, however normally there is only one restaurant. The breakfast has a very good choice and a lunch box is available on request. Nothing, really. Perhaps the only thing was the military airport nearby, that hosted the NATO Eurofighters during two night attacks over Libia. The fighers and the cargo planes were very noisy, however this was over by midnight and I would not consider it a permanent feature, as it only happended twice in ten days.

The rooms were nice and clean, the reception area is nice and comfortable. Roofs available at the parking lot to keep the car from getting hot. Hardly any of the staff were able to communicate in English. Clumsy service in the restaurant. We were given only Italian menus at first even if we were obviously English speaking; later we discovered that also English menus would have been available. Forks and knives were forgotten, gnocchi were served cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen to be reheated. A dish with crabs was served without the pliers needed to get at the crab meat, and pieces of crab shell were mixed with the noodles. Wlan works only in the reception, there is no internet in the rooms.

Good value for money. Clean rooms, helpful staff, good location. The karaoke went on every night with loud music and singing (?) even if there were only 2 people to listen.

The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was fairly tricky to find. The rooms and hallways had so much echo, not soundproof at all. The room's patio deck was covered with ants. The bed had a very foul odor.

Cleanliness and spacious room with a small terrace. Good breakfast. Free Wifi in the lobby. Wouldn't be suitable if you don't have your own transport. Even the outdoor pool is a long walk from the hotel itself. There's a charge of 15 euro to access the indoor pool, which is in the wellness centre. The dinner menu seemed over-priced and the selection was poor. Didn't try it, though. Went to the nearest restaurant, Osteria San Rocco, which is about 3 miles down the road to Grosseto Marina.

Rural location. Price and included breakfast. Gym cost 10 euros per person. Facilities could have been better in the hotel and cleaner. Pool was filthy dirty but i guess because nobody uses it this time of the year.

Superb, what a tremendous location, situated between Grosseto and the beach, it's as good as a large hotel can get whilst not beig in-personal.

Very large rooms and balconies. Comfortable sitting areas in main lobby. Open setting close to Grosseto and the marina. Limited menu and moderate quality food in hotel restaurant. Internet available only in lobby (but no charges!). Halls echo every noise and so must expect disruption from other guests at night and early morning.

Senza alternative all'unico ristorante ed all'unico bar dell'albergo, quest'ultimo non particolarmente fornito.
