Fattoria Pratale  

Fattoria Pratale is situated in a lovely location and the views are absolutely stunning. Well positioned for visiting many beautiful towns in tuscany and a relaxing retreat to come back to at the end of the day. The staff were friendly and Maria was particularly helpful in contacting a doctor on our behalf when one of our grandchildren was poorly.

The appartment we stayed in was for 4/6 people.Our party consisted of 4 adults and two 18 month olds and we did not feel there was enough space or comfy seating for this amount of people,1 sofabed to sit on. The kitchen facilities were very basic and old.The oven/grill was very small, in bad condition,casing burnt and door handle missing.All the knobs on the hob were loose making it difficult to control the heat on each ring.The double beds were two single metal frames with a couple of basic mattresses on top and were not very comfortable.The construction of the building is such that you are very aware of your neighbours.

This was the highlight of our trip to Italy. A classic Tuscan villa with beautiful grounds in a quiet and scenic area. After many nights in cramped city hotels, having a full size bedroom and large kitchenette and living area is very rejuvenating. The staff was very thoughtful and courteous, even when we arrived late and forgot to call.

I do not recall seeing any air conditioning. It was not an issue on our stay because of cooler temperatures, but would be worth asking if you're staying in hot summer months.

The location was great.....to get to San Gimignano, Siena and Florence. Beautiful views. Lots of nice small villages close by.

The heat was not turned on until our third night there. The shower did not work. It was a little dirty.

מקום יפה מאד, שקת ורומנטי. לא רחוק מסיינה וסן גימינינו. קיף להישאר כמה ימים לרגיע ושקתנפשי. מקום נהדר!!!

שילוט מינימלי, קשה למצוא.

Het uitzicht is erg mooi.

De appartementen zijn vrij donker. Er zijn weinig ramen en voor de ramen zit ijzerwerk.

Landschaft

Einrichtung sehr spärlich und dem Preis nicht angemessen,kein Moskitoschutz vorhanden,weder Netze noch andere Schutzmaßnahmen noch Hinweise , wie man sich schützen kann, kein Frühstück möglich, obwohl angegeben à 12,- € pro Person,Sauberkeit des Pool läßt zu wünschen übrig

Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge. Auch die Anlage ist schön, gepflegt und gemütlich (zB mit Liegewiese unter einem großen Baum), wobei Fattoria Pratale 1 besser liegt (was Aussicht betrifft) als F. Pratale 2. Sehr nett fanden wir die Einladungen zur Weinverkostung und zum Essen.

Bei dem Preis wirkt es kleinlich, für Extrahandtücher oder Betttücher 8€ zu verrechnen und extrem unbequeme und insgesamt wenig Liegen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Die Lage und die Landschaft des Fattoria Pratale inmitten der Toscana war traumhaft schön.

Das Wechseln der Handtücher bei Bedarf sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein und ist für 8 € zu hoch.Eine Spülmaschine wäre auch zu empfehlen.

Umiestnenie hotela medzi vinicami, pekny vyhlad. Z hotela blizko do miest ako je Siena, Firenze, Pisa, San Gimigano, Voltera.... lahky a rychly pristup na dialnicu.....

Na booking com nebolo upozornenie ze hotel ma 2 rozdielne umiestnenia a individualne budovy Frattoria Prattale 2 bolo krajsie umiestnene v krajsom prostredi s krajsim vyhladom. Bohuzial my sme na to neboli upozorneni, boli by sme si vybrali urcite budovu s krajsim vyhladom a umietnenim. Bolo to pre nas trosku sklamanie. Ale na druhej strane Frattora Prattale 1 ma pekny vyhlad, ale neda sa porovnat s FP2....

Forši dzīvot vīnogu lauku vidū!

Īrei piedāvātie velosipēdi bija pamatīgi novecojuši un nobraukti.
