Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff that was willing to bend over backwards to provide quality services. Provided round trip transportation to and from Airport. Internet Service available at a reasonably cheap rate. Walking distance to local dining areas. Always had a smile on their faces and willing to help you out!! Thank you for a great evening to remember. |

The rooms were clean and very roomy. The staff changed the towels and made out bed very day were were there. The breakfast was a delight to go downstairs to every morning. The staff at the desk and for the dinning was very helpful and very pleasent to deal with. Each night when we came back from out adventures it we were welcomed with warmth and friendlyness that made coming back such a delight. There was a small stretch of road from the Hotel to the bus stop that did not have a sidewalk, which meant you had to walk along the roadway. Not that bad, it just will be nice when a sidwalk gets all the way. |

We were made to feel very welcome by the very friendly reception staff. The hotel room was beautiful and very modern and also very clean and comfortable.The inclusive breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. But what really made it for us was the excellent friendly reception staff. Thank you for making it a most wonderful experience to stay in your hotel I have returned to Britain wanting to see more of Italy and it's beautiful people. Everything was perfect!! |

we arrived at 10.45pm and very tired after an adventurous long day and journey from Riva in Lake Garda that morning. The receptionist was expecting us, no hesitation about anything at all whatsoever. I was very pleasantly surprised when told we were upgraded to Business suite which was well needed, lovely huge bed and everything perfect in the room, shutters to keep out light, AC, huge bathroom, millions of room and crisp white towels.at 11pm drinks/cafe lattes available. they called us at 8am for our flight home after 10 days holidaying in Veneto and the Lakes. the shuttle got us there very quickly and very politely...all staff spoke great english. definetely recommend this hotel, 5mins from Treviso airport and approx 50mins from Venice everything perfect. |

I did like the width of the room, its cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff What I didn't like has been the excessively high price of the restaurant. Much as my salad-vegetables-fish dish was tasty, I guess charging it 18 euros is too much, and the waiter 'forgot' to advise me my custom dish would have been so pricey. |

Our stay at this Hotel was cut short due to a fall prior to our Arrival. During our short stay the Staff were excellent and caring and could not do enough to help us. We would recommend this Hotel for visiting Venice. The town of Treviso is worth a visit itself but the hotel merits five stars plus. The hotel operates a taxi service for Residents which we found invaluable. |
