Fazio B&B is in the very centre of Sciacca, 100 meters from a local bus stop, and 1 km from the sea. The rooms are elegant and offer free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen satellite TV. The rooms of B&B Fazio come with bright tiled floors, stuccoed ceilings, and minimalist furniture. Each includes a private bathroom,.complete with shower and hairdryer. A sweet Italian breakfast is served daily in the stylish breakfast room, with coffee machine and TV. Traditional restaurants, bars, and pizzerias are available nearby. Location was great for walking in downtown core area; rooms modern, clean and tidy; good wifi. The elder Mr. Fazio was wonderfully gracious to walk several blocks back to our car with us and drive it to a tiny parking space near the B&B and successfully park it! (We were not brave enough to try.) And this despite the fact he spoke no English, and us, no Italian. In winter, it seems that the in-house breakfast is not served but you are given vouchers to a couple of local cafes for a small continental breakfast. In-house and more variety would be preferable, which seems to be the case in summer according to other reviews. To be fair, we seemed to be the only guests in the hotel that night, so probably not efficient to cook for just us.

Det hele var pænt og rent...nyrenoveret. værten talte dog ikke engelsk men det gik med forståelsrn. Ligger godt placeret og med god restaurant nedenunder såfremt man er til fiskeretter. Vil klart anbefale stedet... Hvis man så absolut skal sige noget må det lige være at der mangler et par små stole på balkonen :-)

Il n'y a personne à la réception... Même au moment du départ . Ils m'ont téléphoné pour le paiement. Du jamais vu!!! Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un petit bar voisin! Pour moi cela vaut maximum 2/ 10.

Staff cordiale e disponibile! Colazione ottima. Camere con bagno nuove e pulite. Centralissimo. Un po' scomodo da raggiungere con la macchina essendo nel centro storico, ma in compenso si può parcheggiare di fronte all'ingresso.

Lovely staff, very helpful despite the language barrier - even helping me find a free parking space on arrival. Well located in walking distance of everything in the old town. The coffee machine at breakfast was not so good. Apart from that, nothing bad to say about it.

It was 3:10 and we tried to get into the b and b which should be open at 3 . We left messages at all three numbers provided and nobody replied . That was not good ! a simple phonecall could have told us when to return. Oh well ...

We arrived at Fazio's rather late, 11pm because our flight had been delayed. The owners patiently waited for us to arrive, greeted us, showed us to our room, even brought up one of our bags to our room. The room was elegantly decorated and very clean. It is centrally located, parking was out front of the hotel or in a nearby parking lot. The breakfast was fine, local sweets, fruit, jams and an automatic coffee machine.
