Very good breakfrast kai very clean rooms.
A liitle small rooms.
Federica seemed to enjoy our 2-year-old son and was interesting to talk to. She had good recommendations for sightseeing and local restaurants. I forgot to mention that my mother-in-law was lactose intolerant, but when Federica found out, she immediately went to buy soy products for breakfast. The breakfast was extensive and included proteins: yogurt, eggs, meat, and cheese. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout. The rooms were spotless. If we return to Rome, we will stay again.
The location is within walking distance of the train station and Colosseum, etc., but with a young child you might prefer to have a stroller and older people might prefer to take the subway.
+ Service was great (speaking english, showed directions and attractions on map) + very close to Vittorio Emanuele metro station (2-3min) + very comfortable, CLEAN room, bed and shower + free WiFi + very good breakfast + close to Colloseum and other attractions
- neighbourhood (not a best one but not insecure, i've seen worse)
Everything was great. Clean and big rooms, near the metro , wonderful breakfast and Frederica was very nice and helpful. It is an excellent choise if you want to visit Rome.
the staff was very nice and helpful the breakfast was amazing the internet speed was amazing very clean
the hotel was hard to find in the street because is bad signaled on the door
I highly recommend this B&B. We stayed there for 7 nights and had a great time. The breakfast was good (lots of choices), the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the location is also good (a few meters from the metrostation Vittorio Emanuele and about 10 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum). The owner is a fantastic host and was very attentive (we sometimes had a little snack in our room and after a few days, we saw that she had placed some plates, napkins and cutlery in our room)
Good location and good value for money. Fedirica was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant.
Federica's Home is a great place to check-in if you want to visit Rome by foot. It is located within 7 minutes walking distance from Colosseum and next to a metro station. The rooms are very big and clean, the bathroom is also clean. Every day somebody cleaned the room and hygienized the bathroom. The owner was very kind and welcoming and made us feel like home.
The entrance is not like you'd expect. It is an apartment building, where the owner transformed an apartment into a hotel. The diner is small and the breakfast was pretty plain.
Helpfulness of staff. Accommodating and Hospitable. Simple in the best of ways. Good breakfast. Very good value.
I have no words to describe how amazing was my stay at Frederica´s Home, very close to the subway, room very clean, the Wi-Fi was really good, breakfast with fresh fruits and breads, juice and a lot of other things. Frederica was always helpful, very attentive and a great professional. I definitely recommended this place.
No trash can in bed room
Very nice staff, very flexible regarding breakfast time. Also a nice breakfast.
Everything was great, close to metro stop, bed was great, very clean and wonderful breakfast. Our hostess was superb! Good value!
Federica who welcomed us and looked after us was wonderful. She was helpful in directing us how to get where we wanted to go, and helpful with reservations. The food (breakfast) was lovely, and more than enough variety. The bathroom was modern, clean with a great shower. Good location - near metro, 10 minute walk to colleseum
we had to leave!
Very Very helpful recipetion! Great location! Only 30 meters from the metro station. Recipetion lady helps me to find back my wallet which had been stolen by the theeves. Very very good lady!
the location of this is excellent and close to the metro station and historical sites
Great breakfast, great rooms & a great hostess
- great quality service from the staff -good breakfast for a b&b - very comfortable room ( bed, bathroom) -close to termini (good if you like to visit pisa or napoli)
- not the best area in the city but still OK
Federica was very lovely and helpful and made us feel taken care of. The room was clean, the furniture and facilities looked good as new, overall, a very cozy place! The location is, despite it's closeness to the Termini station, very convinient for tourists (a 10-15 min walk to the colloseum). I would recomend Federica's Home to anyone, who's looking for a pleasant stay in Rome.
The location is, as we expected, a little shady at night, but we never encountered any trouble.
Very helpful and friendly hosts, large room and bathroom.
A lovely & very helpful proprietor location great place to rest your head when in Rome for a few days
Great location and super friendly staff. Beautiful renewed rooms and baths and a great price.
The staff really made it here. Friendly and accommodating - went out of their way to make us comfortable. Room was small but completely comfortable and I really liked the decor.
Good service, room clean and very comfortable
We stayed in Federica's Home for three nights. The location is excellent. Metro station is just a minute away but we barely jused it as we walked nearly everywhere. Main attractions were in walking distance, at least for us. The surroundinga may seem not very safe but the B&B itself is very secure. Good choice and quality breakfast with freshly brewed coffee of your choice. Staff is excellent - Federica is a very nice person with a good level of English. She was very helpful during our stay and answered all our questions about attractions and Rome in general. Rooms seem rather small but big enough for us. Very clean, excellent air conditioning, good bathrooms. I would highly recommend Federica's home to anyone visiting Rome.
Like I said the area didn't seem safe but we were coming back rather late and didn't have any trouble. It was rather expensive but at the same time every place in Rome was expensive at that time and Federica made it up with quality, good choice breakfast and hotel like rooms.
